Natural Hair Wash Day Routine | Issa Rae Wash Day Ritual Set X Sienna Naturals

Hey loves: welcome to another video today is a wash day and i'm going to be using the issa rae wash day ritual. This ritual is made of issa, rae's top picks for adding deep, moisture and strength while soothing and nourishing the scalp. So let's try these products out all right, so i'm going in with the happy shampoo - and this is supposed to be formulated - to remove any buildup and any environmental toxins that clog hair pores and, of course, i can't forget my hair clips y'all. This is definitely a staple when it comes to washing your child. You need some clips all right, so this is how i pretty much measure my thoughts on hair products for wash day, mind you. This is the ritual set now personally. For me, i feel like the product should have been a little bit bigger. That shampoo does go a long ways, i'm okay, with the shampoo bottle being this small but we'll get to the conditioner bottle next. So i'm just going in lathering that up on my scalp and i did go in and lather up twice, i will say this: shampoo! Doesn'T have any type of slip now most people kind of judge conditioners when it comes to slip, but sometimes i can get slipped from shampoos i mean did i feel like it cleaned my hair? Yes, yes, i did um, but in a more stripping drying way. So, in the sense of it, you know cleansing your hair and being a clarifying shampoo i'll, definitely give it that so moving on to the do magic conditioner i do like the conditioner, it smells pretty good. However, you know we tend to use a little bit more conditioner than we do shampoo. So a little disappointed that this chimp i mean not shampoo, but the conditioner is so small - definitely would have you know, prefer it to be a bigger bottle. You know all natural girls know that really using way more than a dime size of conditioner. So i'm just going in applying that all over my hair, i did work in sections two sections to be exact and i'm just combing that conditioner through my hair, just making sure it is really in there and detangled pretty well as far as the conditioner goes. It definitely helps me detangle, my hair pretty well, so that's good, but the next step is deep conditioning and i will say this plant powder deep conditioner was my favorite item in this ritual set. It'S formulated for protein and moisture repair um. It'S a good consistency. I like that, and a little does go a long way, so i'm just putting that all over my hair, and this is why i like to detangle with the regular conditioner first, just so it'll you know be easy to apply the deep conditioner all over and it Smells really good y'all and i can definitely say i felt and saw a difference. So that's really good because after this i did end up doing a wash and go so i am just allowing this deep conditioner to set in my hair. This is where my clips come in handy i'm just going to clamp my hair up and let all that hot steam, let it seep in, and this is how my hair looks now, believe it or not. I am still able to do a wash and go y'all. Now i know i said i was over doing wash and go's but stay tuned for my next video, because i'm going to show you how i get my wash and go to be popping, especially with this color. So i will give this issa rae wash day ritual line a solid seven out of ten. Like i said, i wish the size of products were larger, but overall it definitely did my hair some justice.
