#Ayurvedichaircare #fenugreek

Are you looking for a diy hair mask using an ayurvedic herb that will give you moisture and growth? At the same time, i got the herb for you, it's going to be our organically certified fenugreek powder. That will be perfect for you and welcome to the henna soup channel. My name is khadijah. I'M the ceo founder of hennessook specializing in henna, natural hair, dyeing ayurvedic, healthy hair care, and i will be doing some gorgeous henna body art in many of these videos that i have here today. So, let's get into this recipe, this fender greek so summer can wreck havoc on your hair. You know it's pulling out moisture you're, going through a lot of things. You'Re sweating, you know you're in the ocean, the water there's a lot of things going on with your hair and you've got the sun beating down on it at the same time. So it's really important to restore that moisture and hydrate. Your hair and fenugreek is one of the best ways to do just that and what are the best hair types for fenugreek. I personally feel that all hair types can work really well with fenugreek, but especially type 3 and type 4 hair types and those who in general just have dry hair. So you could be. You know any type. It'S about that. You know that texture. Yeah is one thing, but really you know it's about. Is your hair feeling really dry uh, you know what's going on with it, you got ta, really recognize what your hair needs and in this whole hair journey. You know all these things that you're going through and trying and figuring things out, you'll see what works best for your hair. So this is an ideal mess that i really want you guys to give a try. So i got our fenugreek powder organically certified. It'S also very finely sifted, so it's not like your average fenugreek powder. This one is really good and easy to use. I do like using the powder mask over the seeds if i was to talk about the fenugreek seeds, real briefly, that it's really good for infusing oils in because you can strain it really easily when it comes to making a hair mask, which is always going to Be like super potent and rich for your hair. Then the fenugreek powder is what you need and it smells amazing. I love it so we're going to use about probably only about half a pack of fenugreek for about shoulder length, hair because fenugreek expands. So, look at that fenugreek smelling nice and i'm going to be adding in some aloe vera powder as well extra moisture and extra, promoting hair growth, and that was about two heaping teaspoons and i'm gon na mix and blend this in really well. So that way, it's all you know, even in the whole recipe kind of like baking. You want it to be all even and just really well blended everywhere. Then i have our warm taut, distilled water that was probably about a quarter cup. It'S probably going to need about half a cup or more of water, but also what i wanted to add to this amazing, delicious, luxurious, hair, mask and note that a lot of you do talk about those lumps and bumps make sure you're constantly mixing it. You really really really really really want to mix well, you want to blend that water in nicely, even if you go a little bit slower than i just did, but you really want to mix it together really well and we're going to be using the organically certified Amla oil and i'm going to put like two really big squirts in there - yeah really good squirts in there. So am the oil all this hair growth. All this moisture, i mean you guys, are going to be in love with this mess, but you see how it's expanding look at how thick it is still, it is growing, it is growing and if you want it to smell, you know even a little bit more. You know nice and luxurious. All you have to do is add a little bit of rosemary, essential oil. Add a few drops right in there, maybe like five, five five to ten in total and that helps promote hair growth. I had a bit of sweet orange, essential oils. You know if you guys know and watch my other videos. Those are my favorite essential oils from morocco, oh they're, so good love them so we're gon na mix this up really really well, i'm trying to mix it in a way that it doesn't splash on me there we go and i'm kind of turning it. So this technique really gets your recipe smooth and creamy. I mean look at it so far and it's still it's still growing guys, so you need more liquid. So i'm almost using the whole thing - and this is about half a liter according to this uh jar right here, so yeah, i'm using a lot of warm the hot distilled water and remember never use boiling water, though you don't want to kill the properties and benefits Of these recipes - and i would go ahead and even add more liquid, because i know the way that fenugreek behaves it will continue to expand so make sure you have a really good consistency, especially when it comes to fenugreek, like once your other masks in general. You know were about this thickness. This would probably be good, but i know how fenugreek behaves is probably gon na expand a little bit more and you don't want to just let it sit there either. You want to use this so once it's ready, your hair should be freshly washed. You know using our co-wash or one of our hair, washes or shampoo bars applies onto damp hair strands and the best way to wash out your mask after you've left it for about an hour or two is using one of our cleansing. Co washes that will add more moisture, and then you can moisturize and dry your hair and style as usual. Look at that guys, love it, and yes, so also about that leave-in you can use one of our hair oils, even almond oil. You have or one of your creaming conditioners as a leave-in. You could definitely do that. Don'T skip that part, but if you do feel like okay, i have enough moisture. My hair feels good already. Then you don't have to but just note that just pay attention to your hair, what it needs you know, you'll you'll, feel you'll feel if it needs it or not. You know for the most part at some point, you probably will need to use some a bit of a leave-in or some moisture or hydrating with, like our rose water, there's a lot of options that you can use in between as well in our hair tees as Well and remember, i have more videos on fenugreek, so you definitely got to check those videos out watch those videos, so you can get more tips on using fenugreek on your hair for best results, focusing specifically on hair growth and moisture, and i hope you really love This mask, i hope you give it a try. You have to. Let me know in the comments below how you best love to use fenugreek, and if you give this recipe a try, i'm going to mix all of this right now. I need something sharing some social medias, so that way we can get. You know the word out on fenugreek and just really just spread our natural hair community and keep us.
