Hi guys welcome to my English Channel today, I'm going to talk to about my hair care routine. I was actually surprised on how many requests I got on this video and I'm happy to do it, for you show you guys what I used on my hair, how I take care of it and also answer some questions that you guys ask a lot. So hopefully it will be helpful and I'm gon na get started. The first question that I want to answer to you guys like something that I get a lot. Everybody asked me: what's the color of my hair: what's the name of it and I never dyed my hair girls, I never dyed my hair and it's been. You know this color forever. I was so blonde when I was little. I was like really blonde because of the Sun. I grew up in Brazil and when I get a lot of Sun it gets lighter. This is like the color during the winter. It'S a light brown, I would say yeah light brown, but on the summer when I get a lot of Sun, it gets like almost blonde, but that's my color. I never dyed and I will dye my hair someday, but not yet. I have some stories that I want to share with you guys of my hair. When I was like about 15 years old, my hair wouldn't grow, like I had my hair down to here down to my shoulders for so long and my hair just wouldn't grow and it started like falling a lot, and I didn't know what to do. Like my dream was to have long hair and my friend Cynthia she, she told me one day, she's like why, don't you just do like treatments like deep conditioning, even even at home, and I said yeah, I know what I'm gon na try that and she recommended Some products and I started using them and that's what I'm going to show to you guys in it, and I still use these products too today and they help me so much. So I'm going to share with you guys the conditioners that I use the deep conditioning stuff shampoo, I'm not I'm not picky with shampoos. I just used, like whatever I try to change every month, like my shampoo, because it's bad to use the same shampoo, the same product all the time but shampoo, I'm not picky. I just used whatever I'm feeling so conditioners is very important for me, the conditioners and this product right here, the silicone mix. That'S the conditioner, that's been with me for so long for more than three years. I did a video on my Portuguese channel right when I started YouTube talking about my hair routine and I showed this product. Nobody knew about it at that time, but today, like a lot of people, know about it, it's really popular, so this product has silicone and carotene in it and what it says here. It'S a hair treatment to restore the health, shine and softness of dry damaged and weak hair. It'S exactly what I needed and why? Why do I love this product? Actually, it's like so light right now, because I just ran out of it and yeah it's something. I can't not live without. You have no idea. If I stay without using this, like my hair will be so bad, so I have split ends: you'll be dry, it won't have as much shine it's just like a lifesaver but anyways I'm taking too long. So how did I start using this product? My friend? Actually, she was doing this and it worked for me it's kind of funny how we used it and it worked. But you know how you go to the salon and just sitting in the hairdryer with the you know, when you do a treatment or something your hair's wet, you put the deep conditioning, they put you on this dryer. So if your hair gets warm and then then the conditioning just goes into your hair and treat your hair, but since we didn't want to go to the salon all the time we just decided to go to the sauna. You know at the gym. We had a sauna, so we'll go like twice a week, we'll go take a shower after we worked out. We wouldn't just go to the gym too: the sauna, okay, we work out and stuff and they've all. Let'S no treat are here today so wash our hair shampoo and they will go to the sauna and we'll apply when we're at the sauna will apply the deep conditioning it could be another one. It doesn't have to be this one, but this one is the one that worked better for me and I use it too today. So at the sauna you apply the deep conditioning to each leg, get like locks of hair and a massage it, and then we stay at the Sun of like 10 minutes or even like seven minutes, five minutes and your hair. We get so soft. Like my hair, we get really really soft after I did that for about a month, I noticed a big huge difference on my hair, and the really good thing about this product is that you can use every single day that you wash your hair. You can use this product, your hair won't get used to it and get like really greasy, because some some products, some conditioner, especially deep conditioning deep conditioners. They make your hair greasy. If you use it all the time, but this silicone mix it does and every time I wash my hair most of the time that I wash my hair use this and it just works. It just keeps my hair healthy. The down point of this product is that you can't find it everywhere. I it's a it's a product from Dominican Republic. I actually, when I got it the first time I actually bought it on the website, and then I found it at a Brazilian salon. Some, like Spanish salons, you may find it, but there's a website that sells like all the silicone mix line like all the line, the complete line, because they have hair oil like that you can apply, they have leave-in stuff. I have some other stuff here. From the same line that I'm going to show it to you guys, but I'm going to link the store down below where you can find it so in the ship worldwide, so you be able to get it if you want, so that's it for the silicone mix. My main product - ok, that's my main hair care, hair care product. That'S a silicone mix, deep conditioning, hair treatment, so another product that I really love - and I like to use sometimes is the all see 3 minute miracle. This is like this products so cheap. It'S like 3, something find that a Walmart, any pharmacies and what it does is. It is a 3 minute miracle. When you take shower you master shampooing, you apply it. You massage your hair in your hair, just like it gets so so so so soft like it gets softer than when I use the silikal mix. But the thing with this: it's is that it's not a treatment, it's just it's just something that you can use when you want your hair to look good and fabulous and shiny. It is a product that, if you use all the time, your hairs are not going to look good, it's going to start getting greasy and without shine. So it's something it's a product that I use like maximum once a week. Sometimes I blow-dry my hair and when my hair is still wet, I like to use a leave-in, and this is the one that I use also from silica mix. It'S really really good. It'S like I'm gon na put it in my hand, so you can see the consistency. It'S not like liquidy, but it's not it's like a conditioner, but I just put a little little bit on my hand and I mix it and I apply it more on the on the ends on my of my hair and it's very good. It leaves your hair very silky and soft, and after I blow-dry my hair for my ends and for my hair to look shiny, really shiny. What I love to use is the Moroccan oil. This product is amazing, really amazing, it's funny because the the mask for like the deep conditioning for Moroccan oil - I don't really like it like I like it, but it's I'm not like a big fan of it, but the oil. It'S so good. It'S a glimmer! Shine! Spray, the good thing is, you can apply on your hair when it's dry or wet, so when your hair's still wet at before blow-drying. If you don't want to put a leave-in you just you can just use the this spray or you can spray it after. Your hair is dry on the website that I'm going to link down below for the so uncle mix. You can also find the Moroccan oil, because I know you can't find it everywhere either another product that it is important to use after I like, I wear my hair straight, but I curl my hair a lot with a flat iron and that damages your hair. So much I'm always doing something with my hair and that's why it's important for me to take care of it. Of course, I really like to use this product from Schwarzkopf that got to be, I like to call it got to be it's easier right to say, but it's the guardian angel, it's a it's. Actually a 425 Fahrenheit heat protectant. So it's very good because usually your hot irons are like it goes up to 350 400 maximum, so it protects really good. It has a glossy finish and it's a flatiron bomb really love it. You can find it at any drugstore. My hairspray that I've been loving to use is this Paul Mitchell? Actually I was in that way. I met, and I forgot my hairspray and Tiffany makeup by Tiffany she's like I'll. Let you borrow mine. I have an extra one. The little one should she, let me borrow this one. I mean she gave this one to me. This one is so good and I love the smell of it. It'S the Paul Mitchell Express style so been loving this and I like the sebastian due to the sebastian hairspray that i've used here. You guys know that one, but i like this one better to call mitchell and now a dry shampoo that i found i found out about this. Actually i got this as a gift to i've been getting a lot of stuff huh, and I love this. I had never used a dry shampoo before and I needed it because my hair is straight. It gets really oily here on my bangs and you know it's not healthy for you to wash your hair every single day and dry shampoo. It really helps you out so much because you just apply it and it gets. You know it's like your hairs. You just came out of the shower, it's so good. I was like I wanted to use a dry shampoo, but I didn't know of like any good ones, but I got this as a gift. I really love it. It'S from a jean. I don't really know where you can find it. I'M gon na find out for you guys, but it's so good, it's so so good. It is an amazing product. I don't know where you can finding it. I'M gon na find out for you guys and I'll link it down below okay yeah. So this is my hair care routine. I I hope I didn't talk so much because you know about the silicone mix. I just had to talk so much because there's you know stories behind it, but it really helped me - and this is like my hair care routine. I'd love to try the Silicon Mix product but I'm going to have to research it's ingredients to make sure it doesn't contain sulfates since I do color my hair. My natural hair color is about the same as yours but when the gray hair strands started popping in at about age 35 I had to start highlighting my hair to hide those pesky little gray strands, lol! Ash C: I use the same conditioner as her for years and it's amazing! Silicone isn't bad in moderation and as long as you remove the build up it doesn't damage your hair. :)

MsPcast: I bought the silicon mix conditioning treatment based on your Portuguese channel. (Tbm sou Brasileira ) and also the leave in the same you are showing in this video, but I stopped using because it made my wavy hair to voluminous and frizzy!! But I agree they leave your hair very soft but I think it works better for people with straight hair. The conditioning I still use it only when I use my flat iron and it leaves my hair amazingly soft and shinny but it adds much volume otherwise.

Since i stopped running my fingers (as often as before) through my hair, the oiliness has decreased...... but i wouldn't live without a dry schampoo thou....;)
