Aloe vera gel as a prepoo? Sigh so I prefer aloe vera juice WAY over aloe vera gel as a prepoo. It just didn't work as well.

Mmm toilet - hey you guys so today, I'm going to be doing a slightly different video on how to use aloe vera gel as a pre-poo. Now there isn't why I want to do a lot more of these pre food types of videos. It'S just to show you! The benefits of pre-clear here I've been free cooling for 3 years all around for three years. I try to do it every time whether I use coconut oil, whether I use just a plain oil. Typically, I use a great conditioner with flip-flop coconut. That model is coconut. Oil is coconut oil. I should say, but I'm getting like. I said a lot of comments like I've mentioned in a several my other videos, a lot of times that some of you cannot use coconut oil. So I'll do this, for you guys to a little bit sensitive to coconut oil. Perhaps you having a little bit of protein overload so try to mix up with it alright. So what I have here is fruit of the earth. I love vera gel. I purchased this from my local Walmart and I want very jealous twenty. You guys. You never typically find this for the farm. Ten motion is that and where the motion is that, anyway, um, what I'm going to do is miss my cure lightly. I have warm water bottle in my spray bottle. Okay, then I'm going to apply aloe vera gel and then I'm going to follow up with an oil. Now I have been here: Casto oil from the Hubble oil and I put some rosemary oil in your lamp with mother oil to broaden my design, oh um, so yeah we have a little bit: okay, yeah! I'M still getting people arguing with me on Amazon, you're, arguing with me, but tell me that you know someone recently said I was a Tracy no comment, but you can really tell what someone's texture is based on really shrinkage 3c hair not going to have a lot Of shrinkage come on like this, I just stretch my hair, for you guys you'll see what my hair looks like over washing, though the amount of shrinkage I'm going to get so yeah hey. Let me see leaving them out here alright, so what you want to do is to make your hair damp. You don't really want it wet going to squeeze in the product. Now I'm going to apply aloe vera gel. This is the first time I'm doing the show. So I don't know how this is going to turn out. Okay, now, let me add the oil to that Apple. So let me kind of finger detangle a little bit so so far, I'm not really impressed, I mean. Is it working yet, but I have better options. Put it like that, I'm not really caring for this. You know now for one section: for the other section, I'm going to do a lot more of the Oliverio. Could I use a conditioner along with this? Absolutely, but what's the point when I could use conditioner and hair oil is David ill for Megan? Washing, though that's what this section, let me use a little bit more water see if that helps you. My hair is very dry. Let me squeeze that water in now. I use that same loop on my shed hair don't come now. I use the same amount of gel for a smaller section, and now I don't like this. So look under the real exam, I think is useless for me for my hair and hair are going to do. I think that let me try not to sound like I'm wanting. I have aloe vera juice in there. I would prefer to use olive Erin juice in a spray bottle, along with the condition, but greaseless, I'm not finding that my hair is getting great. Since I don't have slip, I mean that is a bit more oil. Let me show you the difference: real, quick. Okay, this is the old, cheap, old dollar store conditioner and that so I'm just going to show you this. So you'll get my angle one and I'm going to stop using aloe vera gel. That'S it really kinda trick my hair conditioner. I'Ve never even used this before or about how actually get that it's been a long time. This has good slip already. Oh, so you see the difference already, I'm a something, and, of course, what's the difference. You use the conditioner. Well, there is some people that standard take a look at that look at that look at there's something about walking. Looking you follow her Angelica don't eat any more Supremes. You know, so it's the null for me. I'M going to stop using it because I think it's a waste of a product. That'S not enough to do a washing, though. How much is it I don't know so? Hey you know some things don't work out the way I could have easily kept more through with my hair bow wash class. Why Michaels attempt to travel borrow so anyway that is it everyone? CurlyNaps: The Aloe Vera Gel you're using is what people use to soothe their skin after sunbathing. Aloe Vera gel normally only has Aloe Vera gel, Carrageenan (thickening agent), citric acid (pH stabilizer), potassium sorbate (mold inhibitor). If it comes from the plant, of course the only ingredient would be the aloe Vera but you know that already. Thanks for posting, I am going to try a pre poo with Aloe Vera on my next was day!
Jessica: I see a lot of comments about using the plant. Which I agree. Some folks don’t have the funds to go out n get the correct stuff or products, so they use what they have. I am those folks.
Ardeja Beale: I found this gel in my grandmas closet its for after cancer radiation to soothe you skin when or if it gets inflamed she saw that i used it she said GIRL THATS NOT FOR YOUR HAIR....that didn't stop me it worked great on my hair lol all i know is that it said GEL

moonlitrose7: Just like there is a difference between fresh and bottled lemon juice, there is a difference between fresh and bottled aloe vera gel. I wouldn't trust aloe vera gel that is not near produce or regulated temperature As well as the process being too tedious for the amount you may need for your hair.
C. Bellamy: Rub this in your hair and scalp before you wash it and your curls will clump beautifully and your scalp will feel fresh and clean. I use the same brand to date.
annettemint: Let me point out that I love adding aloe vera gel to my deep conditioners but it didn't work as well for me as a prepoo. I honestly think it would have worked better with coconut oil and using aloe gel from the plant...however this was a requested video. Many of my subbies are also sensitive to coconut oil.
Sondria Jones: If you want to use aloe as a pre-poo? use aloe juice in a spray bottle, part hair spray roots to ends put on a plastic cap wait for 10-15 Mins finger detangle, shampoo condition as normal. Aloe applied this way lifts dead skin cells on scalp start to break down product on hair giving you slip causing less breakage. No other products needed at this stage.

Hey, I know you kinda on the outs with Shea Moisture - but have you tried that Apple Cider Vinegar & Castor Oil Cream Leave In??? OMG... that stuff is the BOMB. That + Aloe Vera Juice/Veg Glycerin/Water (in a Spray Bottle, then seal with an oil... honey Listen!!! Talking about Moist, Juicy twists.

BrokeGirl Magic: Thanks for making this video. I tried to use aloe vera gel too as prepoo following a Naptural85 video. It felt sooo good on my scalp but made my hair vey hard and dry. I commented on the video and it was removed. Thanks for being honest. i will try your coconut prepoo.
Marleen G.: Oh yeah true about the shrinkage; if I have a few inches it's a lot - you just can't compare textures in that way. I might use the same products for my wash 'n gos, but I use *far* far less product. Like a coinsize per layer in the LOC/LCO method.

Evelyn Brown: I just used fruit of the earth to make me some leave in conditioner I used 2 2oz bottles of the gel 4oz of water and some tea tree oil and vitamin E oil mixed it all up in my mini blender it came out white and creamy I will be testing it on my next wash day

I have not used this product in years as it’s not intended for hair but the body. I make my own prepoo using fresh aloe vera, oils, and conditioner. I have several videos demoing how I prepoo now.

Browndigs69: Nah 4get the gel girl for prepoo. coconut oil is the best.....or any oil. I don't get how useing gel for a pre poo would even work, the evidence of this is in the video. Maybe the juice would have worked better, I don't even use conditioner anymore since learning about oil to prepoo I find it works the best.

Denysha Dials: Sis, I really don’t consider whatever’s in that bottle to be aloe gel...I don’t care what it says...your juice probably isn’t either, even the ‘organic’ stuff. Raw aloe gel and juice lasts 2 weeks in the fridge, max; long as you want when it’s frozen and bagged. You mean to tell me the ‘organic’/ bottled gel lasts anywhere from a month to ‘forever’ outside of the fridge?? No. In what world?...think about it, that’s not right...it makes more sense to try the plant. If you’re still curious.

purpose101: I purchased that same bottle from Walmart only to discover that it IS NOT 100% Aloe Vera. That company decieves the buyer. It's actually 100% GEL. That's why its not costly. I ended up going to Whole Foods and bought the plant. Now that's 100% Aloe vera gel. It has worked wonders on my hair.
