Let'S review the best-selling haircare range for color-treated hair, if you're new to my channel and if you're not welcome back, i'm mike i'm, who i'm a hairdresser, a l'oreal, color specialist, a makeup fan and a skincare lover in today's film. I shall be testing out reviewing and trying out the best selling hair care range for color treated hair, which is color magnetic extent by redken. So if you want to find out more about this, haircare range, whether it's good or it's a hypo dirt, then you better keep on watching. What is this story? Everyone in today's film we are reviewing an icon which is color magnetic extend by redken, which is quite popular, and it's probably one of the best selling hair care ranges for color treated hair. So like that, you guys i have shampoo, i have a conditioner and i have a leave-in in product by redken that i can't wait to try out. So you guys, starting off with product number one color extent magnetic shampoo by redken. First things. First, you guys like that we have beautiful packaging. I like the bottle, i'm still not a fan of the new packaging idea of red. Can i still get confused between the shampoo and the conditioner and in this shampoo we do get 300 ml of product and this shampoo retails for 17 year and 45 cents? This shampoo is for color treated, hair, that's gon na, add vibrancy and prevent color fyi. You guys this is not a sulfate free formula. What i found actually interesting is when i was looking at this range. I don't know whether it's just in europe, but obviously every red can range, has a ph value on it, and this shampoo is five to five to six. The sulfate free formula on their website is actually six to six point, six, which the ph is slightly higher than this one. So the sulfate free that we do not have in ireland or i couldn't get in ireland - is lower in ph where the sulfate free formula. That'S available in us. Another website is actually higher in ph and for apologies, if you can hear background noises, but there's just loads of word work but there's just loads of road works going around my area, but life needs to go on. This shampoo is going to gently cleanse and condition your hair, adding vibrancy and preventing the color and the shine. This is acidic formula: that's going to strengthen the hair, fiber soften and smoothen our hair, so i mean it's perfect for color treated hair like that there is sulfates, but it's meant to prevent the color from fading. So, let's open this up - and let's smell this so like that it is quite iconic - color extends been around for ages. I remember when color extent was actually just color extent. Then they added the magnetic. So obviously we have a nice creamy, rich formula. So, let's smell it, because i have not smelled this range in so long. Okay, it smells really really beautiful, it is perfumed like and it is nice and sweet. It has that iconic red consent. Whenever i can send redken i'm like oh yeah, that's redken! It'S one of those products that you can recognize straight away, so we're going to try this out on my hair. Obviously my hair is not colored. I have a few blonde pieces. I do need my hair done. I do need a haircut, but what we're going to see is how it performs how it cleanses, how it softens my hair, etc, etc, but before we gon na do that, let's move on to the next product. Color extend magnetics conditioner in this product. We also get 300 ml and this product retards for 18-year and 95 cents, like that. The ph of this product is 3.5 to 4.5, which is very acidic. This conditioner is going to enhance, shine and vibrancy over colored hair. It'S going to protect the hair from fading. It'S going to detangle like that, it is acidic formula and it will soften shine and smooth our hair. So let's open this up and like that, you guys, if you have colored hair, so who would this be perfect for anyone? That'S hair is tinted, so not blonde. Not someone, that's highlighted someone. That is tinted, so if you get semi-permanent color in your hair, if you get really really vibrant color in your hair, let's say: if you get copper or red and it fades very quickly. That'S when you need a color saving, shampoo and a conditioner, so hair that is prone to fading, like that blonde hair doesn't fade blond, hair, goes brassy, etc, etc, where tinted hair, colored, hair, like red, hair, brunettes, etc, etc. That is like tinted. That'S when you need colored, so color care. So let's rub that on me hand it's nice and thick and it smells absolutely beautiful. It'S really sweet. It'S really perfume. I mean nothing else from redken, so you guys. What are we gon na do? Is i'm gon na go off camera? I'M gon na try out the color extend magnetic shampoo, which is not a sulfate free formula. I'M gon na follow up with conditioner and then you guys we're gon na come back and i have one of those 1 in 25 benefits products by redken to try out before blow drying my hair. So i can't wait to try this out. So don't go anywhere right, you guys, and i am back after shampooing, my hair using the color, extend magnetic shampoo and a conditioner by redken for color treated hair and, as you can see you guys, i have to look which ones which, because it's very hard to Distinct, which is shampoo, which is conditioner, but what can i tell you? The scent is beautiful and it's not overpowering. The hair feels really really soft and really really smooth. It definitely detangled my hair, it cleansed the hair, really really gently and you definitely only need a tiny bit of product and that's the joy with professional hair care, and you only need a tiny bit of product because they are highly concentrated and like that. I did perform two shampoos followed up by conditioner. I did find the conditioner slightly on the heavier side and i definitely noticed that i had to rinse it out tiny bit more than i would normally with any other conditioner, but before we're going to dry my hair. Let'S try out one of my favorite products i always like to play around with and try them out, and this product is one united by redken. So you guys this is your classic. 25 benefits 1 in 25, whatever it's a multi-purpose hair conditioning spray leaving in treatment like, and if i ever come out with my own haircut. I would definitely have one of those, because i just adore those products they're. Just so handy. You spray them in your hair and they just do everything, so this is basically all in one multi-beneficial, hair treatment and this product. We do get 150 mils of products that retails for 16 year and 95 cents, and you guys i am bit disappointed when it comes to packaging. The packaging is a bit meh, i mean come on wet. Can you improve your formulas and you improve your packaging and with this, the packaging is still like a bit mess. So i like that you guys this spray has 25 benefits that we're going to go through. It is a leave-in treatment you can use it in between washes on to dry hair as well, so you can use it on dry hair and then let it dry. Naturally, you can use it after shampooing, your hair and conditioner before blow drying. So it has definitely many uses and when it comes to mixing this with any other styling products, you always apply this first. So you guys i'm going to cheat and let's read out 25 benefits. So basically, we have hair manageability conditions and nourishes the hair helps even porous hair. So it's going to help to even out the porosity of the hair, which is very, very important, reduces hair dryness tangles and helps to strengthen the hair. Then we have hair protection. Primes. The hair for styling it helps to prevent hair from breaking and from breakage from brushing safe for color treated and ombre. Hair helps prevent heat damage from hair tools, helps prevent split ends and seal in hair cuticle helps protect the hair from external aggressors so like that it prevents the health from everything it protects it from heat and it protects from external aggressors, so heat damage and external Aggressors the hair is protected, then we have hair beauty, gives hair silky touch, adds hair, smoothness and hair shine, helps to control frizz anti-staticness controls, hair flyaways, hairstyle, refresher lightweight result. If you ask me you guys, there was no need for 25 benefits and it was awarded in 2025 for the family circle best beauty by best leaving in conditioner and latina beauty awards. So i mean this has won few awards now. Basically, what it does it protects. It from heat controls the frizz helps to even out porosity, etc, etc. I mean there's not 25 benefits. They make a sound like there's, 25 25 ben. What is wrong with me today, rat? So let's spray this first, i can't get words out of my mouth today. All right, so i'm going to spray that okay, so it feels actually thick. I'M not sure. If i like the scent, it is very sweet. It is very perfume like it wouldn't be my favorite. So let's spray it in my hair. You probably don't need much, but i do love good bit of product and i'm just going to work that through my hair, making sure we get it everywhere now the product does feel light on my hair. It does not feel heavy and it did say that it's gon na be lightweight, so you guys, what am i gon na do? Is i'm gon na go off camera? I'M gon na quickly dry off my hair, we're gon na come back and we're gon. Na conclude. All those three products, so don't go anywhere right. You guys and my hair is dry. So what can i tell you first things. First, there's definitely shine to my hair. There'S definitely softness the product did not weigh down my hair. I mean overall, my hair does feel good. I mean my low blonde piece does feel great as well. So overall i mean my hair does look and feel good. So let's talk about everything when it comes to the shampoo first things. First, i do find it funny that there is two different ones. One is online, that's sulfate free and has different ph to the non-sulfate one, which is this one, which is 5.5 to 5.6. So this is not a sulfate free formula. I think this shampoo is good. If you've used color extend magnetics before on your hair or you're using it, please let me know in the comment section down below what you think about it, what your thoughts are about it, but, overall i cannot fold this. I think this is actually quite good shampoo. I mean you only need a tiny bit, so the formula is quite highly concentrated when it comes to the conditioner. The conditioner is definitely heavier than any other conditioner. I'Ve tried from redken before so. If you have fine hair, i would definitely be a bit more weary about it that you might need to rinse it out that extra bit more and i only did put a tiny pea size on my hair and i still had to rinse out a lot more. So i did find this conditioner a lot heavier so when it comes to those two products, they're, definitely not a of dirt, but when it comes to one united overall i am not so impressed. I mean the packaging is meh. Those 25 benefits are just feel bit like do you know what they didn't know what to write, so they just wrote loads of bs on their website about it. Like i mean the scent i do not like and overall, i definitely think, there's other better one. In 25 or 10 in one products out there on the market - and i think red can nearly just jump on the market, be like hey, let's make one, because everyone else make one.
