Hey guys, it's me Debbie from accidentally about here and I'm in my kitchen today to show all of you who are struggling with embarrassing dandruff how to make your own DIY, dandruff shampoo. The good thing about this is most dandruff. Shampoos are so expensive and they really don't work. So now I'm going to show you how to make a natural dancer shampoo, so the ingredients that I've chosen are some of the best ingredients that you can use to grow your hair, to stop hair loss and to fight those embarrassing dandruff. Our first ingredient is castile. Soap, Castile comes from plants derived from vegetable oil or olive oil and we're going to use a half a cup of liquid castile soap. Our next ingredient is coconut milk and I've chosen coconut milk because it promotes hair growth by stimulating your hair. Follicles is also very very moisturizing and it moisturizes your hair from roots to ends. It'S also great for relieving a dry, itchy scalp and it repairs damage to hair, so we're using one and a half cup of coconut milk. Next, we're going to use half a cup of purified water, one teaspoon of apple cider, vinegar, 1, teaspoon of coconut oil, one teaspoon of rosemary oil - this is the fenugreek seeds and fenugreek is amazing. This is actually the secret to this marvelous marvelous shampoo. That can grow your hair and also stop dandruff and stop hair loss. Fenugreek helps to rebuild and strengthen the hair shaft, it's actually a natural conditioner and it's a good source of protein and amino acids. It gives the hair an amazing shine. It actually is loaded with b6 magnesium and it is a phenomenal antioxidant. I can go on and on about it, but fenugreek is that hidden, Indian spice that grows that hair long now, if you want to use the seeds, you'll have to soak it overnight and that's what you see here. That is what the seeds look like once it is soaked. However, this is what it looks like dry and I chose the powder because it makes your life in my life much easier. We'Re using one table spoon of fenugreek powder. Now we're going to mix this up. Very, very well so that all of our ingredients have a very good creamy consistency. I'Ve chosen a bpa-free bottle, which is one of the best bottles that you can store food grade items in, but any bottle with a squeeze top will do. The easiest way to pour your ingredients is to get yourself a funnel, and you just take your funnel put it on your bottle and now just pour all of your ingredients in there. It makes your life so much easier with not so much mess. Once you put everything in your bottle, shake your bottle up and every time you use your shampoo shake your bottle up, because some of the ingredients could settle at the bottom and as you see there, you have it a nice creamy consistency shampoo, one with no sodium Lauryl sulfate or harsh chemicals, one that could grow your hair, stop your hair loss and get rid of that embarrassing denture. That was my secret sauce to the most amazing dandruff shampoo. You couldn't find these ingredients in your local stores and if you did, it would probably cost you about forty or fifty dollars. So now you have the secret to stop your dander check out my channel and subscribe to my channel. So there you'll find more of my wonderful secret recipes to help grow your hair to stop hair loss to stop that itchy scalp is so much more and then you can check me out at xkb about here and you'll have you'll learn so much more about Who? I am and how I can help you

Patrick Lewis: Hey Debbie, I just wanted to say at first there was a lot doubt about the shampoo, conditioner and rice water. I have been using the products since late April and my hair has been growing like crazy. The male pattern baldness I had on the top and the front of my head have started disappearing, you are a true miracle worker.

Cyndy La: I love how this Queens shares her wealth of information about hair...continued blessings Queen...continued blessings

Vanessa Downs: Hello Ms. Debbie. I made your DIY shampoo and conditioner and rice water for the 1st time yesterday. Let me just say as you say your " secret" sauces" are game changers. I did not want to wash out the shampoo. Lol. I love all the natural smells and NOW all the knowledge you are sharing with us. I truly appreciate you. Blessings

Walk in LOVE: Castille soap 1/ cup, coconut milk 1 1/2 cup purified water, rosemary oil 1tsp, acv 1tsp, coconut oil 1tsp , 1 tbs funegreek powder. Mix well,

Annquiette Reagan Marshall: I love this shampoo, it smells really good and it lathers really well. I was surprised by the amount of lather I got. The first time I did this I used the shampoo and rice water rinse without conditioning and my hair was still very soft and full of body. I have relaxed hair and all of your recipes have done wonders for my hair. In fact it saved my hair. I was so close to chopping off some of my hair because I thought it couldn't be salvaged and now it looks so beautiful. I also added just a little liquid African black soap to this recipe. Thanks again Debbie.

Zakir Zafar: For hair promoting shampoo: 1/2 cup castille soap 1 1/2 cup pure coconut milk 1/2 cup distilled water 1 tsp apple cider vinegar 1 tsp coconut oil 1 tsp rosemary oil 1 tbs fenugreek powder Mix well, all above ingredients.

Indigo Lynn: I used this on my last wash day and MY HAIR feels so nourished. Clean, yet not stripped of moisture. Can't wait to see the long term results!

Nishata: 1/2 cup Castile soap 1 1/2 cup coconut milk 1/2 cup purified water 1 tsp acv 1 tsp coconut oil 1 tsp rosemary 1 tbsp fenugreek powder

stef luver: Hi Ms. Debbie, what’s the shelf life for your DIY shampoo?

MsLioness: Hi Debbie!! I absolutely love this recipe. I've made this shampoo for 2 months and it has done wonders for my hair and my daughter's. I was wondering if I could add Slippery Elm and Marshmallow Root for more slippage? The shampoo is great. I just wanted to add more slippage to ease the tangling process. Thanks.

Sade *: Hi Debbie! With the coconut milk, how long can this mixture last and does it need to be refrigerated?

Kiesha Speech: Just wanted to express my gratitude and say...I’m so glad I found your channel. Looking forward to giving this shampoo (and hopefully a homemade conditioner) a try soon.

Rodericka Seaman: This shampoo eradicated all of the problems I have been experiencing over the last year, in a few days. My scalp was itching non-stop and my wavy hair had become limp, lifeless, and thin. People now compliment my hair all of the time. It has obtained its body, looking full and luscious while growing. The itch is gone along with the dry scalp! This shampoo is so moisturizing that all I use is a few drops of homemade oil to seal in the moisture! Love it! Thanks so much!! Blessings!

Kay Jay: Hey Debbie you are not lying about the power of fenugreek! I use it in a diy hair growth oil. My hair has never grown this well nor been this conditioned (I also started using henna, protective styling and moisturizing my hair every day). Fenugreek works! I bought the seeds from my local Mediterranean store and cook them on very low heat with the oil (curly proverbs recipe!) My hair loves it.

Katrina Simmons: Do you have to refrigerate it after making? Also, what is the shelf life?

Lolsey wolsey: Hello Dr Debbie, thank you for your thought provoking videos. They're always well explained. Is there an alternative that I can use instead of coconut milk & oil...my hair becomes very stiff and brittle if I use those products.

MisterTracks: Nice video! Keep it up!

Pamela Davis: Hi, Debbie. You are a life saver. My hair is starting to thin and itch. I'm going to try your shampoo, which has everything my hair needs. Thank you in advance.

Eli Gee: I am definitely going to try this! Thank you so much Debbie. I just have one question: Is there any way you can make the shampoo a little bit thicker? It looked kind of milky that's why.

Monica Maus: Thanks Debbie. Made this shampoo in one week and can tell a difference. I bought the fenugreek seeds and ground them myself into a powder. Can’t wait to report in a few months!!!

Omid Adami: Hi Debbie! Any alternatives to the Castile Soap? A little concerned about the PH levels

Jannis Sherrod: Thank you so much Deb for your videos. I commend you on your knowledge regarding hair care and especially your willingness to share information with us at no cost. I have used the DIY shampoo and rice water and the results were positive. May God continue to bless you. I mean this from my heart. I will be praying that God takes you to unimaginable heights in Him.

Rosita Morris: Hi Debbie. Thank you sharing this wealth of information. I do formulate Organic Hair Oil and Skincare products. May I know how long this shampoo will last without preservative? Since you added coconut milk to the shampoo, will it spoil easily? I will appreciate if you could share with me these information. Thanks in advance

Oyin Adeniyi: For those with locs, can you use fenugreek oil instead of the powder that will get trapped in the locs?

Chelese: Thank you Debbie! I’ve been struggling with hair loss and growth for years.

RCB: I don’t have dandruff but I still appreciate this video! Thank you SO MUCH for sharing your knowledge! I have bought my onions and I just received my glass bottles for storing my rice water treatment. I’m looking forward to experiencing good-great results.

JOEGGGJOE: Very interesting video. Can you eat the fenugreek seeds? I know it’s for the shampoo but just wondering. Also do you leave it in for a bit or just use it as you normally would use your shampoo?

Veronica Johnson: Love this recipe I use clays weekly to cleanse my hair used this shampoo as my week day cleanse along with the rice water rinse and my hair looks and feels great I will be adding this shampoo to my mid week regimen thanks so much for sharing

Mrs. M.: DR. DEBBIE!!! I love your videos! Excited to try the rice water and also this one. I would assume the answer is yes it works on all hair types but before I make this shampoo, does this work just as well on hair types of other nationalities? I hope so!

Rebecca B: Hi Debbie I just made some of your shampoo. Can wait to try it! How long will it keep and does it need to be refrigerated? Thanks

Godstolemybike Jones: Hi Debbie, Should I keep this in the refrigerator? Including the leftovers that weren't poured into the bottle?

Tristine Kayo: Really excited to make this recipe and share with my friends and family. Thanks for sharing with us.

One who is waiting for His Return: Hi Debbie, just watched your video on rice water. I have never heard of this hair growth treatment before. I see there are others who know of this treatment also. Now, my question is do you rinse the organic rice before making g the fermented rice water and should it be refrigerated, as one person says leaving it unrefrigerated will cause it to go bad? Another person says she leaves it ferment for weeks and that it smells very bad but it's actually better and has more beneficial properties to it? Help! I am now confused. Also, pour over hair or spray? Thank you for your help. God bless.

Daesia: Hi, I loved the video! How long does this last, and if a preservative like citric acid was added would that make it to where this shampoo wouldnt have to be refrigerated? Thanks in advance!

Kimberly J.: Debbie, what’s the best way to store this and how long should it last? Thanks.

Denise M: Dr. Debbie, I'm getting ready to purchase items needed for this awesome shampoo. I have been looking for something like this for a while. I will let you know the outcome. Thank you for putting together this awesome much needed and informative video.

Victoria Jones: I’m so excited to make and use this shampoo! Thanks for sharing ✨

Rita: Do you have any suggestions for a replacement for the Castile soap? Some people can't use coconut oil.

4loveOnlyLOVE: I love watching her! She is so pretty and I love how knowledgeable she is. I can't wait to try this recipe.

Heva Mirlande Mersier: Hi Debbie, I made this shampoo. It is indeed one of the best shampoo I've used. Many thanks. I have one question. Should this shampoo be refrigerated? I am afraid it may go bad since it's mostly coconut milk. Thx, MM

Laina Marie: Be Careful: If you've never been exposed to Fenugreek, you'll want to make certain that you're not allergic to it. I used this shampoo and had an allergic reaction.

BeaunaturelleFeb11: Hi Debbie, I want to make this next weekend, but before I do I’ve got 4 quick questions for you: 1) how long does this mix last for please, as I have a twa and it’s a lot of shampoo even if I halve the amounts 2) can it be used weekly? 3) as I already have a large bottle of citrus-orange Castile soap can I just use that please? and finally 4) is it rosemary essential oil you use? If not please tell me what brand of oil it is so I can see if I can get it in the UK. Thank you so much my darling.

c f777: Thank you Debbie. Question: Is the rosemary oil essential oil or just infused? Thank you

Tiffany Drake: By the way awesome plethora of information. Thank you for sharing all of your knowledge and advice in order to help others, means a great deal to me.

Nonna Grazia: Hi Debbie, Can you please tell me how often to use this shampoo and how long to massage it in your hair to see results. Thank you.

Fearless Girl: Thank you so much for sharing this recipe, I am definitely going to make this!

glenda Shane: Hi Debbie Thank you for sharing. I made the aloe vera shampoo with castle soap and I also made the hair mask with onion juice and rice water. I have an itchy scalp and want to use Apple Cider Vinegar to clean my scalp and relieve the itching. My question to you is In what order do I use each product?

MiKayla: Thanks for this ! Do you have to use it all right away or can you store this in the refrigerator ?

Eveling Brown: Hi Ms. Debbie, how are you? I wanted to know what’s the difference with this DIY shampoo & the DIY rice water shampoo? Do both of them help with hair growth or it’s one better then the other? Can I use peppermint instead of rosemary? Also do you have a DIY conditioner video?

Monae'KeKe Designz: Thank you so much beautiful sis... I been tryna find out how to grow my own hair to the length I need it to be without buying and using products with those harsh ingredients in it... I keep some of these ingredients in my house cause I also use it in my handmade skincare and on my skin as well...❤

rukia amin: Can you use lavendar oil instead of rosemary oil?

israel navarro: I’ve been using it for about 2 weeks now and I love it. Can I wash my hair everyday with it or is it not recommended to wash hair ever day?

love2watch40: Hello Debbie. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Can you freeze the shampoo if you make a large batch? If not, I can make small batches each week. I look forward to your reply. :)

Miss MLB: I'd love to see you talk about how to color hair and how to treat it. Is this shampoo ok for color treated hair ( I use a rinse)? I believe it is, due to the nourishing ingredients. Would love to hear your thoughts!!

Lucianne Hinton: As soon as I saw the ingredients I knew this was about to be lit This is the truth☝ subscribe!

Dumarnimo Hiil Naag: I just made mine and i washed my hair. It feels amazing! Thank you so much! Did you put on the fridge after you made? Since I add coconut milk I wonder if I store on a cold area.

Pamela Turner: Hello ms. Debie. Im new to your channel, i have been looking at all the rice H20 videos. I have seen some people leave it in some rinse it out. I'm desperately trying to grow my hair. Plz help. Thank you.

Michael Rodriguez: Couple questions 1. If we buy the seeds do we have to grond them up or just add them to the soap mixture? 2. How often does one need to wash their hair w this soap? 3. Is there a condtioner we can use to follow up w this?

Glory Mars: Hi Debbie! Making the shampoo should it be kept in the refrigerator after each use ?

Jaye Velazquez: I've made the shampoo about a month ago. I use it twice a week. Love it! How long can it be in the bottle? It's starting to smell a bit tart.

Lady ADOS: Yes! So simple. Thank you.

tripudium17: New subscriber to your channel! Thanks for posting about DIY treatments and recipes. The video says that Dr. Bronner's castille soap has a low pH. However when I tried looking for the pH of that soap my results say the soap is alkaline (one source said pH of 8.9 another source mentioned the pH was 9.3) Has the formulation of the soap changed since you first posted the video? I would like to try this recipe, maybe I could add more vinegar to reduce the overall pH of the shampoo?

LA TESHIA HENDERSON: Thanks for this I have locs and I am looking for something all natural. Queen, may you continue to prosper. Major congrats for having 294k subscribers. Now, I am a part of your flock!!!

Jennifer Mcghee: Hi Debbie great video, how long does the shampoo last?

Barbara4817 Conkey: Hi Debbie. I just started watching your channel and I love it. Q: what would you do to grow eyelashes and brows?

stacy grayson: Can this be used on gray hair without making it dull

Liz @ The Mixing Bowl Homestead: Wow. This is amazing. Question, what would I still need a conditioner after the shampoo? I am Hispanic and my hair has lots of coils. It’s 100% natural, so I’m thankful for this recipe which I know it will help. Thanks

Lalitha Nagarajan: A nice video. Bringing the forgotten basics to the front. Fenugreek seed is the basic ingredient in any Indian hair care recipe. Actually you can use it as a natural conditioner for your hair. Soak fenugreek seeds overnight and grind it to a paste in the morning. Mix it with rice water and rinse your hair with this paste after shampoo. Wash with water thoroughly. If used at least once in a week, you can see amazing results in just 3 months.

TeiRen2012: Thanks for this video. I have an autoimmune disease in which I can't consume gluten (wheat, rye, barley or spelt). Most shampoos and conditioners have wheat in them and I have been looking for a DIY shampoo I can make at home that is wheat and gluten free. My condition causes my hair to be very dry, hard and brittle. I am going to try this. If I can see a difference I will definitely send in a testimonial.

InTheGlow135 ASMR: Can I add neem powder to this as well? Very cool recipe!

Leslie Lelaind: I'm so excited to try this shampoo, I've been chemical free over twelve years now... But, can I fresh Aloe Vera, cayenne pepper, or Turmeric to this mixture too? I made a similar mixture before with most of your ingredients except the fenneigreek and castele soap...(I know I didn't spell then right), and my hair was amazing, especially the tingling from the cayenne pepper, it warmed my scalp up So I'm just curious if it could still all work together with the: Aloe Vera Turmeric powder Cayenne Thank you❤

Peaches Frandel: Thank you so much for sharing your wealth of knowledge

Victoria Malone: hello could you do a video on homemade diy conditioners & deep conditioners? Thank You!

Karen Kampfer: Debbie, I have a very itchy scalp can you tell me which of your homemade shampoo's is best for it? The Aloe Vera shampoo or this one your made in this video?
