It is now the moment of truth, where i tell you if these products worked or not, but before we begin, if you haven't seen my previous video, where i talk about using these two products, because i have thinning shedding damaged hair well, not really damaged, there's more So just thinning there were a number of factors that i couldn't that could have. There are a number of factors that could have contributed to this and i was just very lost. I was concerned. I was left on my own to figure this out because um, i hope, that'll go away on its own, so i decided. Let me go online and do my research - and i got these now, i'm following up with the video that i posted before. I'M basically letting you know, did these products work? Were they worth getting? Should you even waste your money on it? Does it really help thinning hair? First, let me just say this: everybody's head is different. Everybody'S hair texture is different. I'M an african-american woman in my early should i get my age is that appropriate? Like i said there were a number of factors that i could have contributed to this, i'm in school, i'm a mother. So i'm a student, i'm a mother, i'm doing the at-home school stuff with my daughter, because this one's our covered thing and i'm just also trying to maintain myself my health, my wealth, all while um just trying to live my best life - and i am completely stressed - I feel like, when is life going to slow down and just get easy with all that being said, though, stress could have been the factor of my hair being then, but because i was desperate. I bought these two products right here. Okay, so if you are not familiar with these, this is the felicio, shampoo and conditioner. It contains biotin in it and then some other fancy ingredients that i really don't know what they are, but it does say, there's no harmful chemicals. No soft face no parabens. Okay, so that's nice right, i wanted to use the product and i wanted to use the product the right way. So when i use this product, i didn't use any other products when i was washing my hair with these now, of course, i did use when it came to me blow drying and straightening out my hair. I did use other products and i did take supplements as well, because i just wanted my hair to stop shedding. I wanted to not have to be washing my hair in the shower and then picking off all the hair off my hands and then rolling up into a ball and putting it to the side. So i went that way. Wouldn'T clog up the drain because my drain was clogged. I decided. I want to use this product for at least four to five months before i came back and gave you any type of results, because i feel like hair does grow very slowly and if you're seeing any sort of growth it's over an extended period of time when It comes to washing your hair, so i would wash my hair with these products. I'D wash it once a week with these products. So whenever i first wash my hair, i want to experience a lot of shedding, but then once the week mark hit, i don't know if it's because of the oils or something in my hair, my hair started shedding a lot. So i noticed that every single time i would wash my hair my hair would stop shedding towards the beginning of me, finished washing blow drying and shredding my hair. It would stop shedding and then a week or so later, once my hair got oily and needed to be washed, my hair would start shedding again. I was not washing my hair once a week. I was washing my hair, like once every three weeks or so once every two weeks, because i wash my hair, i blow dry and straighten it, and i wear it straight as long as i possibly could and i put flexi rods in it and the flex rods With curl my hair, so that was another style and then, when i got to the point where i couldn't wear it curled, i would either pull it back. I would pull it back into a sleek bun and i would just wear it like that or i would pull it back spray. My hair with a water bottle put some conditioner on the end and then pull it up into a bun, because i knew i was getting ready to wash and i wanted to hydrate my hair before i put a stripping shampoo in my hair, but i couldn't do That with this, because i was just scared to apply any type of tug and cool on my hair, so i was just washing my hair blow drying it and straining it once a week. Okay, when i first used the products my hair felt smooth, it felt soft. The products smell good and i like the way, the shampoo and the conditioner both made my hair feel, but i noticed that as soon as i wash and blow dry and straighten my hair, my hair was sleek. It was nice, it felt good, but um over and i would say like over. I would say once my hair hit about two three months after using this once every week, and i was only using this these products to wash and to condition and shampoo. My hair. Now, like i said when i was blow drying and straightening, i did use the lotta body with coconut and shea oils blow out lotion, because i wanted my hair to be nice and sleek. I wanted my hair to be as sleek as it possibly could and i did end up trimming my ends too, but, as you can see my instilling another drum and then i put the sleek me sleek and shine instant sleek uh moroccan sleek, i'm instantly moroccan sleek Sleek and shine rock and sleek oil treatment, so this is uh, i'm an oil treatment with argan and moroccan oil from garnier fructis. I picked this up because i just needed something so that my hair wouldn't be all frizzy. Then i had to keep applying heat to it, so i wanted to make sure that i have put something in my hair that would keep my hair in the state that i wanted it to be in for the longest period of time, without having to go back In and run the flat iron through my hair and snag it at my ends because my hair is shedding, i don't need to lose any more hair. So disclaimer, i'm going to say this um and i knew this before doing it. But i was just loving the results of my um blow-dried and straightened hair, putting oil in your hair before you straighten it. Oil is like we all know when you put oil in a cooking pot and you cook with it, it heats the pot up. It heats. The food up it cooks, everything faster. I knew better than to put this in my hair before i was straightening it, but i just was, i don't know i was hoping for a miracle or my my antwen gets split um, but which leads me to what i'm getting ready to talk about next. So i just wanted to show you all something: okay, the only thing i didn't like about this whole time. Experience was the fact that my ends were really me and it's got really split. I don't know if it's because of biotin shampoo for me, i'm not going to completely pin it on that, because i know that when you apply heat oil to your hair, then you apply heat to it. It cooks it. So i don't know if it's because i apply this onto my hair and then decide to straighten it, no one i should have done. That is why my ends got split, but i have some really split ends. Like i cut my hair, i would say three times and i'm not talking about like a tiny little tiny bit like i cut, maybe like this much, but i cut my hair about half an inch three times ever since i said november december january march april, within Five months so i'll cut my hair every single month. I usually don't have to do that and my ends is fine, but my ends got really really split and they haven't been split like this in a long time, and that was just really like tang. Like i don't know, if it's a shampoo, i don't know if it's the oil and also my scalp was flaky and itchy, and i had dandruff and i never had dandruff like. I didn't have a lot, but i was starting to get flakes in my scalp um, which i know is from the shampoo and the conditioner, because i was not applying oil to my scalp because i did not want my hair to be pasty and all that stuff. So the shampoo, i would say, is a tad bit drying over a period of time. If you are somebody who has more coarse, um coily hair, i would definitely recommend using um or adding some type of oil or something to your scalp um, because it was drying for my scalp and i didn't have dandruff prior to using these. I think you know. I think the back i like i had dandruff when i was in middle school, but then once i started using conditioners and shampoos and using oils in my hair and massaging it into my scalp, it went away and it hasn't came back in almost about, like maybe Like 12 years 12 to 15 years until i started using these right here, all right, um and then the last thing i want to touch on before i just give you my overall like do, i think it's worth it. Has this work for me. Have i seen any results um i do take daily vitamins daily. Vitamins are something that i have always taken that i've always incorporated into my lifestyle routine regardless. If it's me washing my hair me wanting my hair to grow or not, i just still take daily vitamins, especially with this pandemic. Going around. I take my daily vitamins, even i'm more even more honored for me and for my daughter, so i was taking the women's one one day. These are the ones i take and uh, particularly the biotin, because i know that's you know everybody's, like oh, my gosh. That'S! What'S gon na make your hair grow, the biotin has 30 mcg, so i decided to go into amazon and i purchased this, which is the premium biotin gummies and i looked for what is it called? I look for one that had an mcg content. That was really really high because, like i said in my women's one a day it was 30 mcg and then with this one for just one gummy, it's 10 000 mcg. So i went out. I didn't go by anywhere. Actually just went to amazon and searched for the highest biotin amount that i could find and at first i was taking these every single day um. But there were some personal things that were going on with my body that i just didn't like it was. It was making me feel weird in certain areas. I don't want to discuss it but um. I noticed, though, that after i stopped i was taking this every single day and i was like okay. I don't think you need to be taking this every single day. I just don't think so, but um i started doing like maybe like two to three times a week instead of every single day, and i stopped feeling weird um, i don't want to get in too much too much detail, maybe later in life. I may talk about it. Who knows i mean it's like serious or anything big like that, like i didn't have to go to the doctor, but you know like i it's just like i don't this. I don't think this is your body? Don'T need this much biotin per day unless your doctor recommended it to you and there's something going on, then take it but um for me. No, but these are strawberry gummies, they taste good. The bottle looks cute, not that that's the most important part, but hey i'm just saying. I have noticed that when i do wash my hair when i first started washing my hair, i had clumps of hair in the shower. I was freaking out thinking. I was going to be a bald eagle and i just didn't know what to do. Um i started ordering vitamins started doing heat protectant. I used oil before i straightened my hair, which is a no-no i'll stay away from that next time, but, like i said, i bought shampoo and conditioner, because i hope that this will work and i have noticed a difference. My edges are back they're, not all the way back, but my edges like i was. I was a lot balder on my edges than i am now. I don't feel i feel like my hair is grow. It'S finally growing back up, i would say around the fourth month around the fourth month, was when i noticed that my hair stopped shedding as much i feel like it took a while for it to finally stop shedding and for me to notice that so i didn't. I didn't get immediate uh results like i said this is hair people like hair grows and slowly it's not like hair or something that you just it's, not your fingers. One night, you got a hair full of head. Now you have to take your time with this. So you have to take your time, which is why it took me a little bit longer than i'd like to make this video. But i want to make sure when i did make the video that i was giving you accurate results and information and letting you know to everything that i included um into like my hair care, routine and then also i forgot to. I did make sure that i was always drinking water, because when you are dehydrated, your hair will be dehydrated too um. So those were the things that i did and i do see a difference with my hair shedding because it was falling out from the follicle. It was like literally a piece of hair that was just coming from the follicle. It wasn't even breakage or like split ends like that. I have more split ends now than i did when i first made that video, like, i said, i'm, i'm i'm pinpointing that one. Eighty percent of using this oil before straightening my hair and then of course, because i i do think the shampoo is slightly drying but other than that. I would definitely say give these products a try. Try them out see if they work for you see. If you see any results like i said, you have to give it time and, like i said, i only use this from. I think when i made that video in october or november, up until now today was the first day i actually tried a different, shampoo and conditioner aside from these. That'S only because i've seen results of my hair to stop shedding not my hair starts shutting again, i'm going back these because i'm trying to lose any more hair but yeah try it out for yourself see if you want. This is my honest opinion. My honest review. This is honestly what i did, and i hope that you guys find this useful. If you are experiencing hair loss just know you are not alone, i feel your pain. I i know how frustrating it is to worry at what point is this going to freaking? Stop um so just know that i i understand that i get that too. No it's, it can be frustrating use, your supplements, drink your water and just just do your research and just just try, try just try it. Try it see if it works for you um. So anyways, thank you so much for watching.
