on week 4 I used an Amazing hair mask. I also used cloves water for hair growth and moisturize my hair. I also used a treatment that I prepared with Moringa Ginger and cloves.

I shared both water and oil.

I really don't want to talk about that. It'S a shame. Okay, it's really a shape hi. My amazing family welcome back to my channel today. Once again, i am going to bring you the weekly update. Today'S video is going to be week 4.. I can't believe that it's already before guys the time is flying as usual. I am going to share with you exactly what i did last week, but before i go into that, i want to talk about something else. I realized that i shared the treatments with you, but we never talked about nutrition. Nutrition is also a very important part of it. Sometimes, when people hear that you're talking about nutrition you're talking about healthy stuff, it's like you need to eat only vegetables, only salad or wheat, stuff, healthy, stuff, organic stuff. This is not what i'm talking about right now, i'm talking about simple changes. Okay, i understand that it's not easy to change your eating habits in one day, i'm telling you i'm a living testimony of failure when it comes to eating okay. I am fighting and fighting to see if i can reach my weight goal and i can't okay every time i lost few pounds, i just gained it back, i'm trying my best, but i'm telling you it's not possible. So i'm telling you all that, just to tell you i know i know it's not easy to just change your eating habits, to just change like that in a week in two weeks. It'S not easy. It'S a process. It'S a journey to go from unhealthy to healthy and if you started to follow me since last year, you also know what i'm talking about guys. I had to start sharing things about my weight loss journey because it was a big fail. Okay, i lost a few pounds and then i gained even more okay, so i don't want to talk about that. I really don't want to talk about that. It'S a shame! Okay, it's really a shame! I'M telling you all that just to tell you that i know that eating healthy. It is not easy, it's not easy, but but there is some habits that you need to have. What i'm trying to tell you is to make simple changes. Simple changes, make big difference. Try to keep your body hydrated try to drink a lot of water at least try to do that. Water is very good for your whole body. Okay, when you hydrate it your hair, gon na look healthier your body gon na, be healthier, and also iron deficiency is a very common thing, guys it's very common. When you have iron deficiency, it's not good for your hair. So when i'm talking about nutrition, this is what i need pay attention to. What you're eating? Okay? Try to eat more spinach, more carrots! Try to eat black beans. Black beans have a lot of protein. It'S good to apply all the good stuff on your hair, but it's even better to eat them. If you are someone who doesn't eat meat, it's good to eat black beans, black beans, eggs, they have a lot of protein in them. You need to add them to your diet: don't just eat because you're hungry okay, guys when you are about to eat, try to see if you can balance your food as much as you can. I add carrots to almost everything. If i'm making a sandwich. I add it there i add spinach, i eat a lot of spinach and i try to drink as much water as i can because i know it's good. So simple changes make big difference. So i'm not asking you to change your life in one week, but at least make the changes slowly slowly, you will get there drink. Your water eat your vegetables, especially carrots and spinach. If you don't eat meat, try to eat salmon, try to eat black beans and chickpeas. Oh my god, chickpeas are very, very good. They are rich in protein. Black beans also so try that that was a quick reminder to keep your body healthy. I recorded this video a few months back or i can record another video guys to let you know exactly what you can eat to help with hair or maybe i can also record some smoothie video, because i drank smoothie a lot making smoothie is the quickest way For me to get all the vitamins all the nutrients that i need, so i can share some smoothie recipes with you. I can recall a few videos showing you the food that i'm eating. I didn't want to talk too much about that in this video, because you know it's a week for updates. So if you guys want me to record videos about food that i eat, you know what you can eat share everything with you. I can also do that. I will definitely do that. Now, let's go to the weekly update. The first thing i did it was on sunday i washed my hair and i applied the carrots banana and aloe vera hair mask. I shared that with you, it's an amazing mask and then on the next day i moisturize my hair. I use the clothes water and then i apply my living conditioner and then i oil, my scalp, that was on monday. So i washed my hair on sunday and on monday, this is what i did. I woke up the first thing i did. I moisturized my hair. I have to say that i moisturized my hair twice last week. I also use the moringa ginger and cloves water on my scalp. I use that twice last week and then i also use an amazing oil on my scalp. You know which one guys the moringa ginger and cloves oil. This is an amazing oil. I have to tell you that right now it is amazing. You know why, because i didn't even put it on the fire guys. This is an oil that i prepared without any heat, so the oil is very concentrated with all the nutrients in it. Okay, no heat. So it's even better because i didn't have to put it on the fire at all, so guys try to prepare this oil, it's very easy to make.
