A lot of you guys are jumping the gun and looking for a vendor, you guys don't know what vendor to choose. You don't know how to pick a vendor. You don't even know what you're looking for hey boxes, Thursdays per new hire. Welcome back to my youtube channel on today's video we're going to be talking about how to start a hair extensions company, okay, so I've been getting a lot of like comments and emails from girls asking me. How do I start my hair company? I really want to start my company. I don't know where to start so I do not provide coaching. I thought it would be good for me to just make a quick video and just give you the steps. Okay, so today we're gon na be covering step. One of how to start your hair company, so this is your type of thing - definitely stay tuned and watch the video if you enjoy watching business tips, resources, product reviews and all things motivation subscribe to my channel and let's get to the video okay guys. So I'm gon na jump right into it. Okay, so the very first thing that you need to do when you're starting your hair company are really any company. Okay, because all the business gurus any entrepreneur book that you read on how to start a business is going to tell you to make sure that your business solves a problem. Okay, the very first thing that you want to do when you're. Looking to start your hair extensions company, it's X to yourself what problem is my company gon na solve okay? What is the need for my business so grab a pen and paper and write down this question? What problem is my hair extensions company going to solve, and why does my hair extension company need to exist? Okay, so you might say why does my company have to solve a problem and why does there have to be a need for my company? It'S easy to market a company that is very much needed in a market, and also companies that solve a problem and that are needed in a market are very profitable, usually very profitable. Okay, so that's why you want to ask yourself: why is my company needed and what problem is my company gon na solve? You might be thinking? Well, how do I find a problem to solve right? So the first thing that I would say is look at your own life, ax yourself. Why am I starting this company what's wrong with the hair extensions brands that already exist? Is there a reason why I'm starting am i starting because I had a bad experience with another brand? Am i starting it because all the other brands don't have a particular hair that I'd be looking, for I mean why are you starting the company? Let me give you an example: so have you heard of the girl, Moon, X, cosmetics and she just made a billion dollars in like eight minutes, and she started her cosmetics, mining, Munez cosmetics because of one problem that she was having in her life acne. She had acne all over her face and every time her mom was taken to a dermatologist, their products would not cure her skin. They were actually make her skin worse. They were burning her skin, so she said you know what no doctor can heal me. Let me try to heal myself, so she formulated a product that actually worked okay. So there was the problem her skin no doctor could heal her skin the solution she formulated a product that actually worked for her skin type. So now she packaged her solution up as a package and solely put it out into the skincare market. She made a million dollars in eight minutes because there's other girls out there, that's her skin color that look just like her that has acne and they're looking for help. Okay, let me give you another example: my business. Okay, let me tell you how I found a problem to solve. I found my problem on accident just being on Instagram, so I was looking on Instagram and just over time. I just kept seeing that it was just so many women always leaving comments saying I want to start a business, but I don't know how to start. I want to start a business, but I don't know how to start. I want to start a, but I don't know how to start and in one day I was like. Why is this so many women saying the same thing? Why are they saying? I want to start a business but don't know where to start. I just couldn't understand that because I actually do know a thing or two about starting something like okay. Well, I can help. I can start a blog, copper new her and I cannot give entrepreneur everybody I can give tips. I can give the information that I have you know. I do have information that could help somebody, so I want to start a platform where I can give out the information. So that's why I started preneur her and so far renew her has worked for me because I found a problem and then I offered a solution to that problem. So back to your hair business, what problem are you going to solve what opportunities exist for you? Why are you needed? Why are you starting? So let me just help you dive even deeper, so an opportunity for someone may look like say if every time you go out, everybody always stop you and say: oh, my god. Where did you get your earrings? Where did you get your earrings everywhere you go, people keep saying: what did you get your earrings? Where did you get your earrings? That'S the opportunity, that's the opportunity for you to go ahead and take those earrings that you made and sell them or either find out. Where you got those earrings from and try to get them in wholesale and sell them, because you know everywhere, you go people love your earrings say if you're scrolling on social media - and you just see all these people on different pages saying anybody know where Indian hair Vendor is anybody know where Indian hair veneers? That would be opportunity, because you see that it's just so many people saying the same thing. They can't find the Indian hair vendor. That would be a great opportunity for you. So go ahead and start selling Indian hair and you will market to those people that are complaining so again back to your hair business. What problem are you going to solve and why is your business needed? We already have so many other hair companies out here. Why is your business needed? Why does your business need to exist in the market and if you can't answer that question, you have to ask yourself: should you even start the company? There are other things that you can actually do to start a hair company. You could become a franchisee, so if you just can't find a need in the market - and you can't find problem to solve, you can't find a gap. You can't find your place over you gon na fit in and how you're gon na set yourself. Apart from all these other hair companies in the industry see if there are any franchise opportunities you're getting in the hair industry and starting a hair company. Is that important to you? If you can start a franchise, see if any of the other big hair companies will? Let you become a distributor of their hair if selling hair is just your main goal saved your beautician and all your clients keep coming to you saying you know: where do I get my hair from? Where do I get my hair from that's the opportunity in the market, for you so go ahead and start selling hair to your customers? If you cannot find an e in the market, if you cannot find your place or where you're gon na fit, if you cannot find our problem to solve then again check and see if you can become a franchisee see if you can become a distributor so that You can sell popular hair in stores, see if you can buy from some of those big companies and put your label on it, which would be like private labeling. So if you can't start your own hair company from scratch, because starting a business from scratch, it's no joke! So if you can't start a business from scratch, if you can't find a place in the market for you then check out those other opportunities franchising to come into distributor, private, labeling and other things like that. This is step number one if we can't get through step number one, that we can't get to step number two and a lot of you guys are jumping the gun and looking for a vendor, you guys don't know what vendor to choose. You don't know how to pick a vendor. You don't even know what you're looking for, because you're not clear or your place in the market, you might find that there's an opportunity in selling Japanese hair. Then you need to be looking for a Japanese vendor and also a lot of you think that I just want to start my hair company. So I can just make money, and then you start the company, and it does know numbers and trust me. I'Ve been there before. I just want to start a company, so I can make money, but I didn't know anything about. I had to solve a problem or that they need it to be a lead for my company. I thought that I could just start and that people would just buy from me, but it doesn't work like that. There needs to be a need for your company, so a lot of you at this point may be feeling like well. The only reason why I wanted to start a hair company is because I just wanted to make money, and I really I'm really not into like getting a franchise or trying to figure out why people need my company in the market or what prominent gon na sagar. Really not into that, but i do want to just start a business. Then what i would suggest you do is just take a regular everyday problems that you have in your life like. We need a cure for colon 19, i'm sure it's so many smart people out there that they, like putting formulas together, they're like mixing stuff up and trying things out. You might be the next doctor. You might find a cure, you might reflect and you might look back and be like, oh well. I do. I have this type of problem in my life. I'M gon na work on solving this problem in my life and then once I solve the problem, I'm gon na help other people that's going through what I'm going through to fix their problem. So if you know after watching this video you're feeling like well, maybe I just need a better idea, because a lot of us are just lacking creativity when we're starting our businesses. We see other people being prosperous and doing things, and then we lack creativity and just want to do whatever the next person is doing. That was prosperous, but it just doesn't work like that. So I would suggest you just to reflect on your own life at yourself. How can I help if this is something that I can't help? Other people with like Mon X, cosmetics or you might just be, you know, keep your eyes and your mind open to opportunities, because you might hear people saying I'm complaining about stuff. There might be an opportunity for you, so keep your eyes and ears open to opportunities, you guys and be creative, so that is it for this video you guys. I hope that you guys enjoyed it again.
