Dyeing My Hair Black With Box Dye (Purple To Black Transformation)

I'M going to be dyeing my hair and jet-black today time for new makeover. As some of you know, I dyed my hair purple in March that was one month ago and before that I dyed my hair light from dark brown. That was a process on its own. My hair is definitely not its best condition, but it's also not in the worst condition. Let'S just ignore that this is even I think right now and I was planning on keeping my purple hair for a while, but I didn't realize how much work it would be. An actually key purple hair and if I want it to be vibrant, how old times I pretty much have to dye it like once a week. That'S a lot of money. I decided that I would go get some black hair dye. I actually already had this box from when I dyed my hair purple, because I needed gloves, so I bought the box to get gloves because I was in different province and I didn't know how else I was gon na do it. I do have this box of black guy and I spot a second box because I do have pretty thick hair and I normally need more than one box. So I'm just gon na take my gear out of this ponytail. It'S going to look horrendous, so please just try to love me anyway. These bangs though, but as you can see, the purple is really not doing its best right now. It does this like once a week, maybe every two weeks and that's just a lot of upkeep, and I already know I like how I look with black hair, because I've done it so many times and I'm finally over it it's the day after my birthday. It'S time for change. Aries season is over, so I'm gon na open the new box, because that's where the gloves are, I'm actually allergic to gloves, but I just do it anyway, because I'd rather have rationing hands than dyed hands. This is a hair dye, I'm using it is the bell color very intense black number 11, and it has up to 100 % grey coverage which, like I, don't have any gray hairs. But hopefully that means it'll completely cover the purple and it is permanent. I probably won't be able to do much to my hair for the next six months to a year we're gon na. Do it you'll regret? No, I'm not gon na regret this. So I'm just going to put these gloves on now. Okay, let's bring these in strip yeah, I never do the skin allergy cast or the strand test, because I don't have patients apply to unwashed dry hair. That is exactly what I have here step day, which is the development cream. Steffie is the colouring cream and step. Three is nutritive cream conditioner with argan oil? Okay, I definitely don't use see right now, so I'm gon na you know I should not have done that with my mouth. Please don't do that. That is the grossest taste anything I've ever felt. Okay, we're gon na screw it up in oh, I should not have done that with my mouth. That was like the worst decision I could have possibly made now. I am going to squeeze all of the contents into the other contents screw the top back on put my finger on the top, because that keeps it from spraying everywhere. That would be a horrible mistake. Perfect, really sucks! I'M gon na use two bottles every time like why can't they just make them for thick hair, at least just give everyone the amount for thick hair, because that would solve so many issues. Okay, now I have both bottles. I would really never split my hair into sections for this, like I'm trying to debate whether I should do it right now. I literally I'm just trying to do this better for you guys, because what I do it, I just put it all over my hair and rub it in like shampoo, which is not correct in the slightest I'll split these into two. I guess I'm gon na start by pouring it onto my roots and massaging it into my hair. You know what I'm just gon na. Do it my old-fashioned way, I'm just gon na put it on my hands and start rubbing it in I've changed my mind. I have no patience or strategy. I should probably get a real mirror to be honest because I'm like trying to peek up at this year, but oh great, I'm getting it on the counter. I'M scared that it's not gon na like go through the purple, but if anything it'll be like a really dark black purple, which wouldn't be that bad okay. I have to be really careful, though, by piercing on the other side, so we're gon na try my best. That'S great, I love how I said: I'm gon na be careful. Oh my god, it keeps going all over my leg and yes, no, I'm not wearing pants right now, because I just can't deal with losing a pair of pants right now. There'S no thrift stores open. I'M actually really curious to see if any purple will still be in there we're still purple up here. My leg is turning blue. Everything in this whole house is gon na have died on it. Okay, good that roots first, the worst part is. I really came up with this idea today. Well, I guess I like did have it in my for a while, but I thought I would wait a lot longer before doing this, but that's just the way that I work. I guess don't blame my hair, not too better for this. I'M thinking I'll be like okay, guys. I'Ve literally been playing Animal Crossing. Like all the time now and like I don't have a Nintendo switch, so I've been just playing it on ideas, your bling on your DS, please, let me know or like sent me your friend code, because I really need friends on here. Okay, layer, two, it seems to be complete. My face is covered, stop roots roots roots. I don't really get this. I got ta get my eggs, I'm pretty hair dyeing your hair black is like super super damaging and you can't really go to any other color. After the fact I don't know. I just really like the vibes when I've got black hair. Rizal this everywhere just rubbish. Okay, I really need to wipe my legs cause. This is absurd, alright, well, I need to go set a timer, wait, 20 minutes and then rinse my hair. I am going to hop back in tomorrow when my hair is done, and my makeup is done because I don't want to go through the process of doing my makeup all over again tonight. It is actually 526 p.m. and I've been sleeping all day because my sleep schedule has been like flipped completely, and I am sleeping through the day and awake during the night. That'S not my favorite, but it's just the way that it's been. This is how my hair is looking naturally down and I'm not a huge fan of my natural hair, because I just find it kind of boring. So I am I'm going to curl my hair and I don't know if I'm gon na curl, all of it or just do like pieces here and there, because that's gon na thing I've been doing. But I wan na make my hair look cute before showing the finishing touches. So that's what we're gon na do right now, so I don't really have a good strategy for curling my hair. I just use a straightener. I don't put half my hair up. Okay, now that my your super curly, I need to brush it out, because this is not really the vibe I'm going for a little too dumb enough. So I am going to use my milkshake leave-in conditioner, and this smells amazing should tame the curls a little bit. Might make them almost like disappear, we're going for more like a beachy vibe, I'm not like a grade. Eight grad see I used to never do my hair and then I realized that I was lacking confidence and it really felt good about my hair. So I made it a priority to focus on two things over the last few years and that's my haircare and my personal style, because there was a long time where I would literally just wear whatever was comfortable, which is like totally fine. And I think people should do that if that's what they want to do, I don't know how I'm getting hair dye on me right now. I just realized that it wasn't making me feel good about myself. I decided to start putting more effort into my clothes on my hair and honestly, it's been life changing now, I'm trying to decide what to do with my bangs, because I'm not a huge like side, bangs kind of girl, but how do I keep getting frickin die? All over me, so I can either put my bangs off to the side like this or I could straight down and take like the top layer and pin it to the side. So they're, like thinner, bangs, let's try something like that. These are like the world's smallest bobby pins. They didn't have any regular sized ones, except for in like the blonde colors, which is not me obviously, when these bobby pins work really well. I never used bobby pins, so small, but I think I like them more than the original ones. I don't. I can pull off like thin bangs. I accidentally dyed my fingernail. It looks super dirty, so, as you can see, my hair is very, very black. I do have to say it feels a little bit less healthier than yesterday, but nothing that I can't work with like it's not the most dead, my hair, it's ever been in I mean maybe it is, but it doesn't feel like it at least so. The shampoo and conditioner that I've been using a lot. I have this keratin dos ProCare 10-plus, silk shampoo for over-processed hair and my mom gave you this for Christmas. So I've been using this a lot. It is salon-quality which is nice because normally I would just use liked resume, and I also have this matrix total results so long damaged, conditioner or repair. These two combined have made my hair just feel really healthy in general, even though it's not the healthiest, but using good products really does work and, like I can see why you know your hair. Do is amazing. Every time you move this salon, I think that one thing we can all agree on is that good product is good product, but yeah all the purple is completely covered. I'M actually really happy with the result, not my favorite, when I don't have makeup on, because it's just really really contrast II with my face, but when I do have makeup on like now, it's a vibe.
