Hey guys and welcome back to my channel today, I am very testing the Daphne hair straightening ceramic brush. I have had a bunch of questions lately on these ceramic hair. Straightening brushes. Do they work? What do you think crystal? Have you tried them? I have not tried one, but I'm gon na test it out and show you. Does it really work? First up, I want to say Daphne is the best on the market. If you are after a hair, straightening ceramic brush, I have the first and original 3d technologies. So amazed that the bristles in the brush are actually cruising in the ceramic heating plate, but the Daphne one is the real deal. You know you're going to get the most innovative and advanced technology with this product. One that I'm actually holding in my hand, is a special edition. It'S a Christmas edition, so a little unboxing, so you comes in a beautiful box like this and then you flip it open, and there is your brush straight away. I see that it does come with a stand which is so handy. How many times have you left your hair straightener on and it knots the bench or something like that? So here is the brush. It comes with a protective thermal cover, which is amazing. The brush itself is actually really quite sturdy and it's got a really easy grip, so your hands aren't going to slide through it. I straightaway do notice that the ceramic is the purple, so you can see the tips of the bristles coming through now they are not coated in ceramic. So if you accidentally touch it with with your hand or your head or your ear or something it's not actually going to burn me, this limited edition brush is available from the shaver shop for 259 dollars, which I believe makes it perfect for a Christmas present. Considering the time of year, ok, so I've just plugged it in now. You just need to hold it in the button and it will turn green when it's ready. So ok, my hair is a hot mess. So this is the perfect time to test this product out. It has been in a bun for about five hours, so it's going to have dents in it. It'S gon na have kinks in it. Oh did you hear that just beeped okay? So all it needs is your hair to be untangled and it needs to be dry. So I'm just gon na give my hair a quick brush. Now my hair naturally is quite straight, but these ends a really quite kinked out, so I'm going to focus on straightening them now, you'll see that it has to Green. So that means it's time to play. What I'm going to do is straighten this side. First now I believe that you can take quite a bit of hair. This brush does allow you to take a lot of hair at a time, so you're just meant to run the straightener through it slowly. That worked a treat and it best results. If you help the hair with your hand, it's also meant to add shine to your hair and help it's a bit healthier because you're not putting as much heat as a hair straightener. If you do need to straighten your hair quite often, it definitely feels a lot better in these straighten bits than it does in these bits. So, as you can see just sliding the brush through there, it's really quite easy, usually with a straightener anyway. I use a brush and put it through to help it through anyway. So really, I'm definitely cutting down time. I feel I'm impressed I'm very very impressed and it doesn't feel like it feels warm, but it's not scorching hot, like when I use my hair straightener. It has left my hair feeling healthier than it was before how? How is that? That'S amazing, all right. So I'm going to go ahead and straighten this side as well, so you're just going to make sure that all the hair is in the bristles and then just run it through slowly. This is so much easier than ER and my hair is straight wow. I think I just fell in love like this is amazing. I honestly think it would take me double the time to straighten my hair with a hair straightener. Then it took with this. I am going to check the back. The back nervous trains properly. Four meters check this is that straight. I feel like that straight. The back is actually straight and I didn't even put that much effort into it, usually with a hair straightener. I have to like separate intersections and get the back Wow like that's amazing. So I hear you say that's great crystal, but I have naturally really curly hair. I'M gon na put it to the test yep I did it. I curled my hair. It'S super super tight ringlets and I'm going to test it. For you don't worry, I you see. He protected: let's do this, I'm going to take like a relatively big chunk. This time still got a little bit of a kink in it. I think that proof that it works. Do I have to Stratton the rest of my Arian, though it literally take like no tundle. I think it like honestly, what's better in smaller chunks, but as long as you get all of the hairs in the actual bristles, then it's fine and just go slow throughout it. So, as you can see, it has gone from this to this. I really really like it. I really like that. It'S super easy to use. You have a lot less chance of hurting or burning yourself than a hair, straightener or another tool, and it won't damage your hair, like. I can't believe my hair feels this nice after I've straightened it and then killed it and then strained it again. I actually believe that it feels better than it did this morning, which is just nuts. I love that it comes in this little stand, which is actually really light and portable. I like that it comes with a protective cover, so you can pack it away and if you are traveling, you can take it with you straight away kind of thing, sometimes, with hair straighteners, I've had to wrap them up in like towels or something if I've been Traveling straight away, but this one you can kind of just pop it on go. I like that the brush is actually quite big, meaning it can get more of your hair in the brush than some other brushes is how the daphne go comes our feature of traveling. I can't I can't get over it, so you have your styler in one side and then you have the cord in the other side. I am really impressed with how they have packaged this. This one is definitely a perfect Christmas gift. It has a really great price tag at 169 dollars and here's the size comparison, so I would say that it's probably two-thirds of the size of the original. So if you were interested picking up either the Daphne go or the original Daphne head to your local shaver shop or you can shop online I'll leave the links listed down below. I know that there are a lot of other ceramic hair straightening brushes on the market, but in my opinion it's always best to spend the bit of extra money and get the real deal because a lot of the time, the other ones aren't as good or they Break or something happens, so I think that that wraps up this first impressions on the Daphne hair straightening ceramic brush, have you guys tried this? What do you think? Do you love it? Do you hate it? I'D love to know what you think. I feel like usually dream a week. I don't have time or I can't be bothered straightening my hair, and I think this might give me an excuse to actually do something with my hair and make myself look a little bit more presentable, because, usually I just let it go so that's it for me. I hope you're having a wonderful day and I'll chat to your my next video bye,

Shaina Kennedy: I love how you've been adding extra bits into your videos, eg: wearing that foundation an extra day, and now trying the brush with curly hair.. makes for extremely thorough reviews :) you go girl! Xxxxx

RiverOfBeauty: ooh this looks like something I would like! I dont like using much heat on my hair because its so fine and thin. Yes to more Does it Work videos!

Nina B.: Definitely do a hair and makeup tutorial for this look, it's gorgeous! :)

Lana Neru: Wow! Thank you Crystal. I've been waiting for a review of one of these for ages. I particularly liked that you curled your hair to show it also works on curly and wavy hair. Fantastic!! You're amazing!! xx

Vanessa Hall: Crystal, your hair in the up style and your make up are just stunning, thanks for a great review as well, I know what i'm going to go out and buy !

Allie Scallion: Thanks for doing this review, I've been so curious and tempted to try one of these!

Nikkia Joy: Slay!! I love the Dafni! It works so well :) x

L C: Your looking more and more beautiful with every video Thanks for the demo on the dafni I'm def getting myself one for Xmas. Xx ✨

Kelly Kavanagh: Love these videos. Your opinion is so valued xx

Yusra A: Just wondering how well it works when trying to straighten larger sections of hair? I was thinking of using it instead of a hair straightener on those days when you have like 5 mins to do your hair and you don't want your hair perfectly straight, but just straight enough to look okay? I have really thick, somewhat frizzy hair. (P.S love the review)

algal beauty: Crystal, thank you for your videos. Amazing! Well done!

Vittorina: Love receiving notifications that you've uploaded a video!! Ps. You said a while ago you were going to film a first impression of the Nude by Nature mineral power foundation. Are you still going to do that? I've been using it for years and would really love to hear what you think of it

Carpe Diem: Hi ,I just bought this a week back in Melbourne and it does work.i have wavy/frizzy hair for which I would use my ghd blow dryer and flat iron and trust me a pain. This one is a legit one, however you need to figure what temperature suits your hair.I set mine at 180 good luck and btw you can bargain with the girls at the kiosk and get a much better price

Sam.: I'd say the only downside (considering the price) is the versatility of the product. A straightener can curl, flick, wave, straighten. I'm assuming this brush can only straighten hair? That aside, great review Crystal Your product reviews are always very thorough! xx

Caragh Dixon: Great video crystal :) thanks for your honest opinion

Brooke Thomas: For thick curly haired gals like me, this takes double the time nor does it get it straight! I used to work for a company who distributed the silver bullet straightening brush like this one and I definitely do not recommend it. Stick with your good old ghd or a paddle brush and a hairdryer.

Elena Kocheva: waw the dedication tho :D You literally curled your hair perfectly just to ruin it for us :D <3

Maxine Stokes: I like these types of videos 'does it really work' and really liked your shade adjusting drop one, but they don't work if you are sponsored by the product because we cannot be sure if you are giving your honest opinion as you are being paid. Looking forward to more vlogs on your blog channel though, haven't seen any 'dealing with Dean' recently!

Jade Patrick: Beautiful hair, I bought the karmin hair straightener brush and loved it.

Vanessa Allan: well done Crystal love to see your channel growing keep up the wonderful yaahh from NZ<

Princessvanec: My hair is extremely curly it would be nice if this brush works on my type of hair. I think is easier to straight already straight hair.

Amy Kramara: Tutorial on your bun please !? I'm Still trying to master the messy bun ❤️

Moises Peña: Have 2 questions.. 1- Is it safe? 2- Is it safe for daily use?

Jess Hudson: Your hair is already straight... so what's the point? This product is meant to be used to straighten curly, frizzy hair... haha

Hayley McNamara: This hair colour is just gorgeous on you!

baxterbooiloveyou: sorry but how is this better than a hair straightener?? For $250, i personally do not think its at all worth it! It doesn't make your hair dead straight, and i'd love to see this be used on actual curly FRIZZY hair. bit disappointed crystal- the product isn't all that worth it, yet you still hype it up because its sponsored. hmm.

AMM: Im really keen for one of these! Happy Birthday for yesterday :) it was my birthday as well! Also are you going to do vlogmas? I love your vlogmas :)

Kylie Collins: I've tried this on my curly/frizzy/thick hair....unfortunately for me it was no good. Is hard to straighten your roots too.

Darsana Rajendran: hi... which dafni comb is user friendly the sleek one or wider one?

gwen !: It gives me a Christmas vibe every time I watch your video

Marmar c: For one thing her hair is not course to begin with!! But I have curly thick very course hair and Yes it Works good!!! You have to get used to it and use small sections!!

Alexandra Denison: I have super curly hair and I love using this brush

Nicole Lisa: can you please do a tutorial on how you curled your hair ???

Sepideh Farzadnia: Why do I feel like you've been paid to advertise this Crystal?

Maggie Buss: u r just the cutest person in the world! love your videos so much!!

CasianTheAmericanMutt: i don't think you need make-up, but hey, it works

Anisha roji: Is there is any performance difference between original and dafni go..

Sarah Burdon: love it, still over $150 though! arrr

Noelle Francis: Oh my Daphne brush was only 80 bucks

Mark Judd: Wow you're so beautiful and I love your gorgeous hair and pretty eyes

BrandonsWifey03: @Crystal Conte HAPPY BIRTHDAY
