Hi everyone today, I'm going to be teaching you how to make a six-inch over the top stack hair ball, and if you don't know what one of those is have some examples. This bow here would be an over the top hair bow. It'S got a lot of embellishments on it. The big side bow is the double surround a bow just overall, it's a larger hair bow. I have another example this one here, which is the first hair bow, will be considered over the top hair bow. This one has nine spikes on it and the 7/8 inch ribbon for the surrounded bow, as you can see, kind of through the bit all the loops and this one here, which has like the big side bows in the bigger surmountable and the ostrich feathers in it. So, basically, what makes the difference between like a regular stacked hair bone over the top is just you know how much detailed added to with the size um. These are all five inch over-the-top hair bows we're going to make a six inch one today. So it's going to be even bigger than these um for comparison like oops this book here, it's like a regular size, I'm just are terrible and this one's an over the top. So you can kind of see the difference between the two. This one has like this. One has like the small bows: you know it's pretty basic and then this one has, you know more detail to it more stuff going on with it. So we're going to learn how to make the over-the-top bows of really big hair bows today, um, so the materials that you're going to need are, of course, scissors to cut your ribbon, a lighter to heat seal, your ribbon, a ruler or some sort of measuring device To measure your ribbon you're going to need crochet or embroidery floss, you want to put it on a needle, so take it off like a spool like this and put it on a needle and untie a knot. At the end, a double knot is very important. You'Re going to want a temperature hot glue gun, excuse a mess right now, but a high-temperature glue gun those ones work the best you're going to want like an embellishment to put in the middle, and I have a bottle cap. This one says my bow is bigger than yours, so you know it has to be a really big hair, bow um. For that statement, we're also probably going to want a couple extra glue sticks. So, there's a lot more glowing involved in this hair Bowl you're going to want hairspray to stiffen um a couple extra alligator clips, just a single prong alligator clips that order these online from here. Both center.com - and I don't have it here, but you're - also going to want a lined alligator clip. I must have left that upstairs on accident. But if you see my uh put the link below there's in my tutorial on how I line alligator clips. But it would just be an alligator clip line with a grippy foot in the middle, also optionally, you're, going to want like embellishments, because part of the reason that make these like so great is because they have a lot of embellishments um in this bow. I'M going to be using rhinestone mesh, I'm going to be using a pink rhinestone mesh, you can buy, runs rhinestone mesh at craft stores, um or order it online. I know Michael sells them in like the different colors. I guess online they're um feather boa or ostrich feathers, and if you want to use the tubular Corinne - and I got this at Michael's - craft store um, you can also get it online too and like different colors. This is kind of like a white shimmery color. This kind of goes with everything is my favorite, my favorite kind to use, but you can get it like pink and green and stuff like that. Um and of course, you're going to need your ribbon, and I am working with lots of different ribbon here today and I'm going to give you the measurements so for your baseball and for over-the-top bows. You probably are going to want to use a baseball because there a lot usually a lot bigger and heavier. We want 26 inches of the 1.5 width ribbon for your main center bow for this bow right here, you're going to want one or two pieces that are 21 inches long, I'm going to be using two pieces today, because I'm going to use them both and I'll Show you how I fold two pieces of ribbon, so you can see the one on the inside and one will be on the outside um you're, also going to want four pieces that are ten inches long of the three-eighths urban or if you want to do a Larger surround a bow like this: one is 7/8 or this one here is 5/8. It'S up to you, there's a lot of different ways to make it over-the-top haribol. For this bow, I'm going to be using the two pieces, like I did in this bowl right here that are both on 7/8 um you're, also going to want one piece that is 4 inches long, and this is for the little piece that goes around the sensor. For the side bows which we're going to be making the big bows you're going to want two pieces that are 4 and 1/2 inches long for the bow and then for the tails you're going to want two pieces that are 3 inches long. And they are also going to want two pieces of the 7/8 that are 2 inches long apiece. So this is all going to be for the side bows here on. Lastly, you're going to want your spikes and I'm using 7 spikes, so we want to choose your colors and patterns. These are each cinch six inches long. Mine are all printed as well, so we want to pick out. You know which colors you want um and cut. Six inch pieces, four, six and terrible. You want your spikes to be 6 inches long you're, making a 5 inch over the top. They would be 5 inches, you know, 4 inches and so forth. So go ahead and cut your ribbon and we will get started. So the first thing you're going to want to do is you're going to want to make the center here bowl. So I'm making this a two-tone hair bow. I have one ribbon, that's a pink dot, another one! That'S a green with like a heart pattern on it. You want to place these on top of each other and they should be. You know exactly the same size, um and then, for I already cut my slams, but for the slants you just you want to cut both of them together and then heat seal them, which means that you, just you know you run your lighter along the ribbon. Mr. vents um prevents them from fraying and unraveling and looking really shabby and then all you want to do the other ribbon and you want to cut it the opposite direction. So after you have a ribbon, cut you're going to form a basic wilty cable, I do have a tutorial on how we make a bow. Take your bowl, but I'm going to show you here too, if you're still having problems, you might want to check out that video for a more slower and detailed approach as well, but you're going to make the fold so you're going to take one end of the Bow the long end coming towards you and form your first loop, the more you twist it the curvier it'll be, and I like these supposed to be pretty curvy. So I twist them quite a bit and then are going to bring the long tail up and form a second loop about the same size as the first is the first one looks like this and then you're going to take the tail and in between the this Top part - and this bottom part you're, going to slide your through loop, so form your third loop and then slide it under your thumb and then for the remaining tail you're going to curve. It curved like this and then set it in the middle, and that will be your third loop and all your loop should be pretty proportionate and equal in size. So let's do that one more time you want to take one under your ribbon form your first loop. Take the other end of your ribbon form. Your second loop is equal in size. Get the long end of your ribbon you're going to slide it between this top part, and this bottom part here form your third loop and then take the last part and twist it around to form the fourth loop and make sure that they're kind of equal in Size, I don't stick needles through these because they're really really thick and I actually broke my needle doing this one time. So I'm just going to take my embroidery floss and I'm going to take one end and I'm going to wrap it, and so did I do the fold. Oh, so you want to do a two crease fold you want to. If you want to take your finger and push in and create a two fold for the bow, so it looks like this: you want to take your crochet thread or embroidered bust. This point take one end and you're going to wrap it around the center handful of times for good security and then take your scissors and cut it and then you're going to flip the boat over and you are going to tie the least a double knot. Sometimes I usually tie these more like three times and then we want to cut the remaining string. So it should look something like this, so how we're going to fix it is we're going to flip it over and you're going to want to like pull against the back, push against and then kind of fix your loops a little bit so they're kind of flat Right now, so how we're going to stop them from being so flat? Is we're going to stiffen them, and I did a tutorial on how to do this recently. But I'll show you again here, you're going to take like the top two loops and bring them together, and here take one of your extra alligator clips. I said you're going to need and place it right there and the center. I do the same thing to the bottom, so take two loops bring them together so that it looks like this and then you might want like a towel or something to do this part. I'M just going to do it in the air, quick you're going to spray. Do you simply spray it like this and then you're going to set it to the side and let it dry while you're, making the remainder of your bowl? Okay, so the next part? What you're going to do is the spikes, and I have nine spikes here. So we'll lay them out according to color okay, so I have two sets that are pink one and a half sets that are green and a one set that is purple I'll. Show you how you arrange these in a second, but first I'm going to show you how to cut so for the spice. You know you kind of want to make this cut. You can see the slants and I'm going to show you really quick way to do these. Take like two pieces and place them on top of each other and then fold them in half and make sure that they're lined up at the ends right here and then take your scissors and going from the part that's facing out in. You want to make a chi, so it cuts two spikes at the same time. So then, just want to do that to the other ends too, I'm going to take your spikes fold them, take your scissors and then make a cut, and then what you want to do is heat seal force you to your spikes. It'S just best to kind of place them on top of each other and then do them back-to-back. Sometimes I hold like three or four two times two and do this. It just makes a whole process. Go a lot quicker, so these are diamonds I'll go ahead and cut the rest of your spikes. Okay, so, after all, your spikes are cut in heat-sealed, we're going to form the pinwheel or the layer, so you want to choose whatever spike you want to be put in the middle again. These are six inches long, a piece and you're going to put it down with the print side facing down. So this is going to be the back so put whatever color that you want down in the middle horizontally and then you're going to take I'm going to do every other, so the next two colors we wanted the next color that you want. If you're like doing them all individually and you want to make it so, the ends of the spikes are touching each other and you're going to keep continuing that outward. So I have the one horizontal and then two of them like an x over top of that one with the ends touching and you're, going to lay your next one down. This is a nine spiked bow, I'm only going to lay down the first seven I'll show you what to do with the other two when we get to that part. So we're in do something special with those, so just lay down the first seven spikes. If you're, making a nine spike bow you're, making a seven spike bow, then this will be it. I will show you what to do with the other two in a moment. Okay, so after they're all facing down make sure that your crochet thread is nearby. You can use the needle at this part if you want to I'm not going to use it on the save time, but I usually do so she's through you're, going to put your finger down in the center here and then grab flip them over. They should look something like this, so you have all of your spikes and they're all touching, and it should be pretty symmetrical so you're going to do what you did with the boutique here, bow when you're going to do the fold so you're going to hold it. So there's a crease in the middle and then you're going to take your crochet threader, embroidery, floss and you're going to wrap it. Just like you did the basic bow or the boutique bow. You can stitch it through, like I do in my other tutorials here. If you want so wrap it around a fair number of times and then cut and then flip it over to the back and kind of move, some of the spikes out of the way and then again you're going to want to do like a double knot or Triple knot in the back so that they're secured, if you're having trouble folding, you can also do the sewing method. I will do a tutorial on how to sew bows through the middle. I just find it a lot quicker and easier and I don't like sewing personally to do it this way. So you want to go ahead and then cut off the remaining red. That'S to the side, so they're going to kind of look hunky again you're going to want to flip them over kind of push against the back kind of flatten them out and then, when you turn them over, they should look. Something like this here should all be visible and pretty symmetrical on both sides, and you know if they're off a little bit, you can kind of tug and pull on them, but they should be pretty even if for some reason that they, you know you messed up. You can just cut the string and then try it again. You know everyone messes up every once in a while. I still do and I've made you know hundreds of hair bows um, but they should. You know they should look even when you're done with them. Some people, like you know they do in the side and then they're not so over here, so make sure that this is, you know in the middle okay. So after this parts done you're going to add the last two and they're going to go like right. On top here like that and we're going to glue these, so you don't take your glue gun such a mess. If anybody has good tips on how to like prevent your glue gun from becoming a huge mess, I would love to know every single time I clean it off. I think it gets worse the next day, so you're gon na want to add some glue. Next to the string not on the string and then take one of your last spikes and set it down, you want to try to avoid like adding it right on that string. You still want a little bit of a space there to where you can see the string and do the same thing to the other side. Again, try not to put it directly on the string, because eventually you're going to have to wrap something around the bow. So it should look something like this. If it's done correctly and then you know on some and edges, I've noticed it. You know, because these ones are folded. It takes a little bit of length off of them, so you might need to cut them up a little bit. You just kind of cut recut the spikes, so that they're a little more even with like the bottom or the top, and then a good way to you know the mixture. Of course, you heat seal, keep seal despite so they're a little more, even if you kind of still you know you still want them all visible as well. So I'm just going to cut these two up a little bit so they're a little bit shorter. This top one is a little long, so I'm going to do the same thing here, because you fold them shorten them a little bit so sometimes when you just put them on the top, they might need to be even out a little bit and that's a good Way just to do this here, some people purposely cut them shorter. That'S another way to do it, so it's not such an issue as well, but I thought I would show you guys how to fix it. You already have them attached. You notice that they're just a little bit longer then always remember to heat seal most important part of bow making. Okay, so now that I cut them, you know you can see that they look a lot better they're a lot more. Even now they look pretty okay. So we can set this part aside, because the site is finished for right now and then we're going to make our baseball - and this is just going to be a basic goatee, terrible, so you're going to want to fold it in half. So the ends to our meeting flip, the top part over and then cut plant and then heat seal. Both sides grosgrain ribbon, isn't normally very flammable if it does set on fire, it is pull it out really quickly. It'S not gon na burst into flames or anything. So now we're going to do a basic Bowtique here, bow again, where you take one end and I make these ones a little bit flatter, because you got a stack stuff on top of them with this again bring this tail around. It'S going to go in between here slide it in and then bring this part. That'S a little uneven imma do that one more time form two loops hit. The long tail put it in between bring the spread up to me. So that's something like this and then I'm going to do a fold. I'M going to fold this one three times. Maybe again, if this one isn't perfect, that's okay, because it's not going to be seen just going to be the base to kind of help hold up the spikes attach the clip to so then can wrap around right, flip it over and then do it out. I usually not like three times again, you want to know at least twice cut off excess and then it's going to be a very flat, just basically equal like this here, so you can set this part aside. The site is done for right now, make sure it's kind of even in the middle. You don't want one end being longer than the other one um, okay. So the next step that we're going to do if you're going to make the side bows so you're going to want those two pieces that you call it that are 4 inches long, a piece of the 7/8 and the 2 pieces. You cut they're three inches long of the 70s and the two little two inch pieces that you cut of the 3/8. So this is going to be the top of the big bow. So we're going to take one piece and you're going to keep filmers going to make a basic bow. I have a tutorial on how to make basic bows, there's a very first tutorial that I did I'll show you again right here, what we're just doing it! Instead of with the 1.5 inch ribbon, we're doing it with the 7/8 ribbon for those that have seen that tutorial. So you want to fold it in half and crease, make a good nice crease. So you can see it, I'm going to open it up and then take one end of the ribbon and bring it over that crease and the other end, and you want to overlap them just a little bit. So it looks like this and then you're going to do the fold, the two preschools and then you're, going to take your embroidery, floss and you're going to wrap it around it's not in the middle. Sometimes these are a little difficult to do without a needle make sure you kind of move it into the middle. So it's even and then you want to flip it over and then we're just going to tie it like normal you, this cute little balls, you sometimes I just for the big sigh pose just do a basic bow and then sometimes I put the tails on this. One I'm going to put the tails on I'm putting a move the sensor to make it even do so, but it should look like this. Okay, so for the tails are going to take one piece that you cut other three inches and you're going to make it just like you did the spike, so you want to fold it in half cut from the open unto the closed end, a slanted cut. I do the same thing on the other side, so you have spikes on each side like this and then you're going to take your lighter and you're, going to heat seal force, the insides of the spikes and then the sensor. What you're going to do is you're going to do the fold, so my first and then you're also going to wrap this part in the embroidery. Floss also make sure this one is centered as well, and then you're going to tie, tie it off so like you're. Literally, just making like a really small single hair bow, I mean this could be put on a clip and be a hair bow it in its own and then you're just going to attach it to a bigger hair bow, and I make Clips like this - for people Too, but they're also fun to add to the bigger bow, so you have the tail and then you know the goods going to end up looking. You know something like this: how we do this is we're going to fold this. I take this bikes and fold it like this down and then you're going to take the bowl and I'm going to add a little glue on the bottom over sides. It'S the bottom and then you're going to take the tail fold it down and you're going to attach it so the embroidery flosses are meeting up with each. So if you want it to be even want it to be exactly in the middle, so you want to hold it there for a little bit. Let the glue dry. So it's like this and then what you're going to do to secure it further is you're going to take a little piece cut off of the embroidery floss and tie it together as well and then cut. So it looks something like this and then you're going to take that little piece of two inches of three-eighths heat seal both ends, and this is going to be the center ribbon for this bowl. So you want to add glue to the front. Take that piece and then put it on top and then flip it over bring both pieces a little bit long and then add glue to the back over top of the embroidery floss and then take one end and press it down. Hold it for a couple of seconds, it might be a little bit hat, so you might want to be careful or use something else to push down and then you're going to add glue to the piece that you glued and then press down the back and again You might want to hold it there for a couple seconds, so it's glued on the back and then this is the front right here very cute. So what I'm also going to do to this bow is I'm going to add embellishments to it. So I'm going to take my rhinestone mesh and I'm going to put a line of rhinestone mesh in the middle and then I'm going to put some on each of the spikes. So I'm going to, I have a row of it. That'S filled in different rows, so I'm going to put like four i'ma cut four pieces out so like a fell of four like this here and then I'm just going to add glue to the top. And then I'm going to put my rhinestone mesh right onto the top, be careful because it is mesh and the glue can come through and burn your fingers so try and just touch the rhinestones. So it looks like this and if we have blue strings coming through a good way to fix those as a take your lighter kind of burn it away, you want the you know. The rhinestone mesh should be kind of bright and shiny still and then for the bottom of the bowl. We'Re going to put spikes like we're going to put rhinestones on our spikes you've seen my facebook page yeah me. I put I do this a lot for the little bows by the way, become a fan of my Facebook page that the link is below so I'm going to cut five spikes. Five little pieces of rhinestones total so count five, one, two three four five like this and then what I'm going to do is I'm going to count three down and I'm going to cut. So one piece has two: when piece has three, so I'm going to take my glue gun, I need another glue. Stick here, I'm getting long low and I'm going to add glue to the spikes so line of glue following the V V cut and then I'm going to take the set of three and place it on one side and the set of two and place it on The other side and then press down, so it looks like this here and then I'm gon na do the same exact thing. To the other side, I'm going to cut a row of five strip of five pieces of rhinestones, cut three down and then cut. So I have three and two and glue on the B's and then add my mesh, so they line the v's press down so they dry. So my little bowl looks like this really cute. Okay, so take it make your other bowl so that we have two okay. So now I have both of my little hair bows and I'm gon na set these both aside. The next thing I'm going to do just do the tubular Krynn so, like I said you can get this craft stores like Michaels is where I got this, you can order this online. It comes in different colors. It'S fantastic, pretty easy to work with. You want to cut about three inch strips and I'm going to do three. You can do as many as you want so cut three inch strips of the tubular crin, so I have three strips here so now we're going to make like we're going to fold them like this, and this part you do need to be very careful with your Hot glue gun because the stuff is very mesh and the glue comes right through it and you can really bring your finger so um be very careful actually would suggest. Maybe using the end of your lighter. For this part I'll show you how to do that. Um. Take one end and add some glue, fairmount glue and then you're going to like fold it like loop attach the other end to it. They put it down like this and like put your lighter on top of it, let move for several seconds and if it's gluey and flat, that's what we actually what we want. That means it's attached very well, so I'm going to do that for the other two pieces so add glue to one end of the mesh, make a loop you're lighter and hold it like this using matches. You know you don't have a lighter. You might want to try using popsicle stick or something. So it's not your finger last one add glue tube, bring it around. This is why these mats are nice too, so you don't get it all over your kitchen table. I have a crafting room upstairs. I just do my tutorials down here, because the lighting is a lot better, but this is still nice. You know to protect your surface, especially when I'm working at my kitchen table. It'S also nice and wide and easier to measure. So now you should have like three loops here and we're going to kind of place these on top of each other. So whatever one you want to be on the bottom, there's going to be the middle piece, add glue and then stick one on top of the other one. And then you can take your lighter, again kind of hold down and the last piece you do. The same thing later and hold down - sometimes I like them overlapping each other, and sometimes I like them bigger than that these ones are a lot bigger this one's. This is probably like. 6 inches it's going to be a little bit smaller because I'm adding like the feathers and stuff as well. So it should look like this kind of looks like a pool floatie device, but they look pretty a lot of people do like them on their bows. So putting some of the glue off my table now, I'm doing that part. You just take your finger and scratch the glue find out the best for your fingers, but it's sort of the glue okay. So we have this so now we're going to go back to our main Bowl. Most of our pieces are made, so what we have left to do is to make the surround opposed so before I unclip that I'm going to go ahead and just heat seal all these really quick again. These are 3/8 wide and they are 10 inches long apiece. If you've seen my other videos, you kind of know, they go up an inch with each bow, so 4 inch posts around the bows or 8 inches long 5. Inches are nine and now we're doing 6 and it's 10 inches long. So we're going to make these first so the way we make these is we fold them in half increase them, crease them. Well, so you can see a crease and then we are going to add glue to each side, so one dot and one dot on each side of that crease. I'M going to take one end of our ribbon and kind of loop it around not on top on bottom and then attach it there and then we're do the same thing to the other side. Two loops see how they're you know on the inside. That'S how we want them to look so we're going to do the same thing again with the other piece. Add a dab of glue on each side of the line in the loo you. So they look like that. That'S ass around a bowl! We'Re going to do that two more times so come back, do it two more times and come back okay! So now I have my two surround a bow is completed so we're going to take our Center bow. That has been drying. You know the first thing: we're going to do actually is we're gon na take the spikes I forgot to show you this part we're gon na spray, these two for spraying these separately, so that the end, because I'm going to others in this bow - and I don't Like to spray bows, they have feathers in them when they're done, so it's really quickly missed your spike. This will just help them. People keep them stiffer so we'll let those dry for a little bit. Um. Take this bowl. Take the alligator clips out so now it should look a lot loopy, er, more fun! So now we're going to add the surround opposed to this bowl. So I'm going to do purple first, yes, purple, first, so to add the surrounded bows you're going to take one loop. One set of loops add glue to the sensor over top of where you glued and then turn the bow over to the back and add it right by that line, but not on top of the embroidery floss you sorry. I have a glue on my finger right. Just a little bit okay, so it's like kind of like that and then we're going to take the second one and do the same thing. The same color add it to the back, you that so looks like this and then we're going to the same thing with the two other pieces to only we're not going to add them, as close in so add glue to where you glued your surround a ball And then also add it over top of the other piece. So it's like that and then the same thing for the last piece: let's hold it there for a little bit. Let it dry so looks like this on the back and this on the front. Okay. So now we have all of our pieces done kind of just time to kind of put it all together, and this is the base. So we're going to start here and spikes are going to go on top of the base. So this is kind of going to go like some of my other tutorials, or we just kind of put all the pieces together. So we're going to add glue to the base a good amount of glue and take the spikes and right where this line is we're. Going to hit it right in the center of where the embroidery floss is on the base, there's still a little bit wet from the hairspray, but that's okay, just kind of hold it there for a couple seconds and then what I like to do is I also Like to wrap it with embroidery floss as well, this is such a big bow. I'M going to wrap all the layers. This is how you make a durable here, a little everybody can never be secure enough. Children will wreak havoc on their hair accessories. What was break all the time? I'Ve only had maybe one bow break, because I take a lot of precautions to keep them safe, but I know a lot of people would buy them in stores and everything like they break all the time and one night when the person went my bow that broke It was because a bottle cap fell off absolutely not because, like the whole boat broke apart, which is a really easy fix, so after you tie it, this will be the front, and then this will be the back and then we're going to add some fun stuff. Messy stuff, though some feathers, so I have I measure this as I just kind of measure spike spike in the center - that's Center spike, which ends up usually being about six inches or, however, when the boats going to be, and then I kind of like pull the Feathers back to expose the cord as much as possible, and I cut and shake it out over - a garbage can normally so feathers kind of get everywhere. So it looks like this. Some people like to like do this with them and put them in the center. I just kind of glue on the long way, so I take this and a lot of glue feathers need a lot of glue to stay on and then carefully press kind of, like you know them up so they're not flat, and I also I'm going to tie This as well as feathers, don't always glue so well, so take another piece of embroidery, floss and tie. So it's like this, a line of feathers in the ball. So then, we're going to take the top part of our hair bow with the surrounded ball is and we're going to put this in the center and you kind of see now our bow is finally starting to kind of form. So I don't like to add feather glue on top of the focus it makes them all kinda, ick and also really messes up and makes my glue gun even worse. So I add it to the back of the bowl. Quite a few squirts the glue you don't need to go insane with the glue because we're also going to tie it, but I mean add enough glue. So, what's gon na stick on, you know not just like a little dot and then right in the center press down really good. You now you're going to have glue on your ball. I usually save my cleaning of glue until the end and make sure you remove your glue. I'Ve seen some people that just don't remove their glue and it just doesn't look good to have the strings hanging off their bow. So make sure you take a lighter and remove those, especially if you're going to try selling them in like craft fairs or online or anything eBay or whatever. Sometimes it's inevitable. There might be a little glue here and there. You know it is a a glue project but try and stand up as best as possible, get as much off as you can okay, so that was the last and I'm going to fix my loops a little bit starting to really look like a bow this. So what I'm going to do now is I'm going to take that last piece of ribbon that I have this orange piece you'd seal each end, and this is a piece - is going to go in the center so right in here, so we're going to do is You'Re going to add glue first to the fencer cuz. It'S best to glue these all the way around attach to the sensor like this and then you're going to kind of move the spikes aside and the feather and wrap it around to the back like this, and then I'm going to add glue on top of the Embroidery, floss stick one inch and down might be a little warm and then after that is set and more glue. You know acoustic you're, probably at least going to go through like one and a half glue sticks with this bow. It'S a lot of a lot of stuff and one of gluing so stone. So, let's strive should look like this. The front should look like this. This is a finish here, bow. Actually I'm going to add more stuff to it, cause it's! You know over the top. Here bow, but you could put a clip and be done at this point on this bow um. Okay, I am a blue stick. I use high-temperature glue guns again with the multi set. Blue sticks. Multi temp glue sticks get those okay. So the next thing I'm going to do is, I am going to add the side, hair bowl with little bows that we made I'm adding this to the bow and I'm going to put these on the sides sides of the bowl. So I'm going to do is I'm going to kind of tricky. This part try and make sure most as much of the feathers as you can are away and your loops are is loopy as possible when you're like smoosh them in even more so I'm going to add glue to the back of my little hair will add a Little bit in the middle and then on each like loop at the end - and I guess, is going to get a little bit. Gluey you're going to have to do some cleaning after this parts over. So then I'm going to add to the bow. The little mini bow is, and then I just take the loops and I press them in kind of make sure the surrounded bows are in there, how you want them to be too. So it's not flopping around kind of push around things, so you can see them. The feather boa I'm going to cut this one a little bit shorter too. So a little bit like not even just like a centimeter that didn't kind of like adjust things as you see, they need to be adjusted. I feathers everywhere. You should see how messy my craft craft room is terrible. I have to clean it out I still week because my family is gon na be staying there for my wedding. I don't even want to think about it, okay, so into that one more time, with the other side Bowl I glue in the middle, we went each side take the loops, and the surrounding bow is how you want them to attach the bow and then press down Blue strings all right and you might need to do some adjusting and more glooming here to like meister on de bois here is kind of falling. So i'm going to add a little bit of glue onto that loop, so i can adjust that and glue it up. So they match on both sides. You that's looking pretty good the same thing to other sites to pop that yeah, okay, I made a big mess in my kitchen, okay, so this should look something like this here. So we have. The bows on each side looks cute. Okay, so next thing I'm going to do is add this and I'm going to add this and the Centers. I just wanna poking up just a little bit suppose really over the top, so I'm going to add glue to the top of the tubular cran a good amount. Then I'm going to stick it against the center ahem. Excuse me, they're gon na be careful might be a little bit hot, so just want it poking through. I don't want it just because I will have it on this. I just want a little bit of it up. You can do it this way. If you want to for this one I'm not going to and then I'm going to add the bottle cap to it, so I'm going to add glue to the center here and place the bottle cap based in the right direction in the center like that, and all That I have left to do is if my alligator clip, which I there it is okay, what's hiding so find alligator clip up with a tutorial below and how I have my line views, but I line them with ribbon little over four inches of ribbon. And then I put the little grippers that I make inside and I also explain how I make these two in that video. So for your alligator clip you're going to want to add glue on top and then flip the boat over and attach it to the back. And press it down, so it's completely glued on, because this is a heavy bow. Okay, so now you might want to do some more adjusting with the loops and get you know everything kind of like how you want it to look and make sure you move all of the glue strings that you have and make sure everything is secure on the Bow, but when it's done it should look a little something like this yeah. It'S really really cute, I'm going to be big and fun and funky sometimes you know, add, like the rhinestone mesh to these two. The same way, I do it on the side with the Sipos, but yeah. That'S pretty much. How you do it one style of over-the-top hair bow. There are others, and I will eventually make more videos on how to do dot. So yeah hope you enjoyed make sure you check out my facebook fanpage I'll, put the link below um.
