Thank you hi everyone, so I wanted to show you some Halloween costumes that you can do through your hairstyle alone. I wanted to do something a bit different from the typical lion or Scary Spice, so these costumes are going to be very simple and low-key. So I really love these hairstyles. I really hope you love them too, and let's get into them for this first hairstyle. I just want to keep things very, very simple. We are just going to add a little bit of Halloween Glam to a simple hairstyle. Maybe you work in a shop and they've asked you to work on Halloween and they want you to dress up a little bit. Maybe you want to add a little bit of Halloween Sparkle at school or at the office. This is going to be the perfect solution for you, so I've started with a middle part and I'm going to separate these front pieces of hair off. Then I'm going to tie up the rest of my hair so that it doesn't get in the way for a second so that I can do the front pieces of my hair, so I'm just going to spray them down lightly with a little bit of water. It'S just plain water in here and then I'm gon na brush it down smooth and tie these two pieces together at the nape of my neck, I'm gon na smooth everything down with my Edge brush and this edge control gel. I want everything to look very Sleek. Then I'm taking down the rest of my hair, I am just going to fix up the curls slightly with a little bit of water and this curl company cold lotion just fix everything up. If you need to, you might not need to do that, then I have these Halloween hair, slides. They just spell out Trick or Treat so I tried it with just trick or on one side and treat on the other side, but I also tried it with it. All on one side, so let me know which way you prefer it. I got these on eBay, but I think they're originally from Sainsbury's, so I'll try to leave a link in the description box down below. I also tried this look with my hair up. Let me know if you like it for this next hairstyle, I'm going to take a big triangular Chunk from the front of my face to use, as my Fringe, I'm just going to separate that out of the way so that I can tie the rest of my Hair and keep everything very, very neat for this hairstyle, so I'm spraying my hair lightly with water, I'm using this mousse by the curl company and I'm gon na smooth that over my hair and guide my hair into a ponytail I'm using a brush for this, because I want it to be very Sleek, so I'm just going to tie my hair like this and then I'm going to take down that section from the front of my face. I'M spraying it lightly with water again and I'm going to apply some mousse and really smooth this out. Then I'm just gon na brush. It make sure that it's very kind of silly and I'm gon na pin that down on the side of my face here. I'M going to hold it with my finger, then pin it down so that it stays in place and then I'm going to bring it to the back, wrap it around my finger and pin it down there as well. So you probably recognize this now as like the Barbie ponytail, so it all depends on it. Looking really neat, so I'm just going to smooth down my edges with some edge control and this Edge brush now, I'm gon na add the Halloween element. So I have this spooky claw and I'm just gon na add that to the side - and I just really like this - I think it's just a very subtle way to add some Halloween Sparkle into your hairstyle. It'S very low-key, and it's perfect. If you don't want to do like a full costume, this next hairstyle is going to be a fun one. So I'm starting on Fresh hair again, I'm wearing a snake dress, and this look is really going to depend on the accessories to pull it all together. So I'm gon na start by taking a piece of hair from kind of the crown of my head and letting that hang down and frame my face. Then I'm going to take the rest of my hair and take it around to the back of my head. I'M gon na twist my hair around my wrist upwards into a claw clip and I've gone and specifically found a snake claw clip. I have like a hundred different claw clips and I thought this one was absolutely perfect. So of course I added it to my collection. So you could absolutely leave this here like this or you could add some more accessories. So I have these snake earrings snake, ear cuff as well, and that could be your costume. But if you want to level this up, I'm going to add some scales on my face using fishnet tights and a little bit of greenish brownish shimmery eyeshadow, I'm gon na dab that, on top of the fishnet stockings, to create this look of scales. On my face and I'm doing that in the areas that you would usually Contour, I finished up with some contact lenses, and that is the look. It'S definitely very dependent on the accessories, but I just loved this claw clip so much. I based a whole look around it. Let me know what you think this is my pirate costume. You can't see. Ah balance, I have like this kind of Victorian style top of there were a lot of pirates in the Victorian era. I'Ve got my necklaces. I'Ve got my compass, my pocket watch essential for pirates everywhere, you got ta know where you're going you've got to be able to navigate these oceans. I got my ring. You know for all of that booty all of that gold that we found in our treasure stashes enough about that. Let'S, let's look at some hair. Okay for this hairstyle, I'm gon na take a section from the front of my face and I'm gon na split that into two so that I can do a two strand twist. So the way that you do this is to twist each piece individually in One Direction and then in the opposite direction. You twist them around each other. So I hope that makes sense. Oh, you guys can see that I'm kind of twisting them individually anti-clockwise and then twisting them around each other clockwise, and it should stick in place like this and then I have these beads. So these are little skull beads. If you have cuffs even better with the beads, you just need to feed your hair through them and slide them up the twist. I did this twist a little bit too thin, so the skull kept sliding down. So I'm just tying my hair in a knot like this to keep the bead in place, then I'm going to do the same thing on the other side. So I'm doing my little two strand twist, I'm going to do that. All the way to the end and you'll know that you've done this right because it won't try to unravel. Then I'm going to slide up the beads. I'M gon na do another Twist on the crown of my head. I just want to have a few of these twists kind of all over my head and, of course, I'm going to accessorize that, with some B then I'm taking this bandana. This is a satin bandana. This was essential for pirates back in the day to protect their heads from the hot sun. So now I truly feel like a pirate, and this look was so easy. Let me know what you think. Would you try this one? Okay, next Halloween hairstyle, you don't need to have curly hair for this. You can do this with any kind of hair, because all I'm doing is a cornrow or a feed-in, braid braid with extensions whatever you want to call it to become a mummy mummies. So I'm just going to start off by detangling my hair to make it easier to do that braid. So I'm taking water, I'm taking this detangling spray by tankle teaser and I'm taking my favorite detangling brush, which is the wet detangler by tangle teaser. I'M going to start from the bottom and work my way up and get out all of those Tangles so that I can start braiding my hair. This is going to be a feeding braid, so I'm gon na add a bandage instead of hair extension. So I got this bandage from boots and it was supposed to be about four or five pounds, but they had the wrong tag on it. It said one pound fifty, so I took it to the tail. I was about to play one pound. Fifty she was like that'll, be five pounds. I was like huh and she wanna checked and apparently, if they've priced it wrong, they have to sell it to you at the price that it's not exact. So I got it for 1.50 long-winded way to telling you that I paid 1.50 for this bandage, but you will most likely have to pay five pounds. If you go, I actually cut this in half and then I cut it in half all the way through it. As well because it was quite thick but yeah - this is what we have now and now. I'M gon na show you something so I've done this on this side. I'M just going to show you again how I did it on this side so because we can't really feed in the same way that we did with hair extensions, we're going to do a really simplified version, it's kind of like a box braid at the start. So I am just going to hook the bandage over a singular piece of hair and then I'm going to treat this like it's the three strands of a braid and then from there. It should be pretty straightforward to continue down as a cornrow. So I'm adding pieces of hair into the braid every time I turn a piece of hair over. So I'm going to add a piece of hair to this bandage right here and well, that's going to become part of the braid and again it's part of the braid and I'm just gon na work. My way down my hair, like that, the hard part for me is making sure that it stays tight like at the middle section right here, because it has a tendency to like droop. So you just want to make sure that you keep everything tight, hold on to everything and keep it high up on your head. If that's the look that you're going for, which is what I go for once we are done with kind of the cornrow bit just sprayed all the way down to the end and then with any leftover bandage, I'm going to wrap that around the end of my Hair and I'm going to secure that with a bobby pin on the inside, so like no one can see this Bobby bag, and that is my mummified hair. I'D like to think that if I was ever mummified, they would mummify my hair anyway. I am gon na tidy up this, look by bringing down some edges and just laying those flat, and I think I really need to show you this style with the whole outfit. So I have this band style dress and I'm going to show you the makeup too. So I'm taking this dark brown eyeliner onto my lips only in the center of my lips to give me that kind of had a mummified appearance. I guess I'm gon na dab that out I'm taking a liquid liner and drawing these lines on my lips, and this is going to make my lips look very dry. I'M taking a contour Shade. That'S a lot darker than my normal Contour shade, and I am doing that in this kind of downwards motion across my cheeks and that's going to hollow out my cheeks and make me look very mummified in The Vampire Diaries. I think they call this a desiccated. I'M thirsty I'm hungry for brains, I'm desiccated, so I'm taking a dark brown shade all around my eye, socket to really hollow out my eye. Socket I'm taking a black on my under eye and I'm doing a very, very thick winged liner as well, and I'm also going to Glam this up with some GEMS under my eyes, I'm adding my spare bandage and that's going to go around my hands just to Really finish off that look of having been mummified, and I also have my little scarf as well a little bit of Glam there a little bit of mummy Glam. So let me know what you think of this. Look it's another really easy, Halloween style! You just need to know how to do feed in braids, and if you need a refresher, then I have a tutorial for feeding, braids and I'll leave it linked in the top right corner of this video. So let me know which one of these hairstyles was your favorite in the comment section down below. Also, I love Halloween and I am definitely going out to Halloween party.
