Hi everyone today, i'm going to demonstrate how you wear our emerald, which is our skin top topper. With blending your hair. We also have a top grip which will keep the topper on your head without the use of clips and cones. It'S really amazing because, usually when you're wearing a topper, you experience thinness right up here and those clips and combs will pull on your hair or create more tension than what you're looking for. So the top grip is a great accessory to wear that will keep it secure. What we say is it reduces or eliminates. It depends on your lifestyle, if you're being very active, you may want to use one or two clips, but if you are just, for instance, sitting at an office, you may not need to use any clips. So it's something that's a personal decision or personal choice based on your lifestyle. Now, what i'm going to show? You is what you need to blend your topper well, so here i have the topper which we have. This is an ash blonde, which we did a custom rooting to on top and what we're going to do is blend it to the top of her hair. Now the toppers can be blended with bangs or you can be blending with pulling out your front. I'M going to demonstrate how you pull out your front and how to make it look super natural and sit really comfortably with our top grip. Here is the topper which we matched the color very well. This is an ash blonde with the rooting. I also have the top grip now this topper happens to be a five by six five by six. It does mean that it will cover most of the head. It does come in a different size as well. It really depends on how much coverage you're looking for what you would need is the topper. You need the top grip, you need a ponytail and you need a teasing comb. These are great tools in order to get your topper to blend really well and sit nicely and comfortably on your head. Now. What i'm going to do is i'm going to put my hair in a ponytail. The reason why i'm doing this is because, in order to get the top grip around the circumference on my head, it makes it a lot easier where you're not having to deal with a lot of loose hair, i'm just putting it very slowly and gently in a Low ponytail, you don't have to make it tight because you are going to pull it out once that top grip goes on your head. The next thing i'm going to do is: if you look at the top grip, there is something that says. Bottom bottom means it's going to go on your head. It shouldn't be facing upward. The bottom should be facing on the bottom. Now. What we have here are ribbons. You do want to secure your topper to your top grip. The more secure your topper is to your top grip, the more secure it's going to be on your head. Now there are different size toppers, and there are different placements of the clips or combs. You may need to adjust the clips or adjust the ribbons on the top grip. If you know how to sew on a button, it should be fairly easy. You either have to remove and and rearrange the clips or you can. You can lift up these ribbons just with the seam ripper and move them to a different side or different location so that it secures gently and firmly to your topper. Now before you put it on your topper, you want to make sure sizing is correct. Now what you have here is an adjustable strap a lot of times. People tend to pull on the ball, that's not going to adjust it. What you want to do is loop. You want to create that loop here now to make it bigger. You want to pull on the single side to make it tighter. You want to pull on the double side. Normally, if you're about a medium sized head, i always say rule of thumb. It goes about halfway, but you do want to try it on before you attach it to the topper to make sure that the sizing fits you now. If it is tight in giving you a headache, it is too tight. You just have to loosen it. It should be snug, but not too tight, where it's giving you a headache. What i'm going to do now is i see where it says. Bottom, i'm just going to place it gently on the head and put it underneath the ponytail. It goes behind the ears. So now i have it on the head and i can feel it it's snug, but it's not too tight. So now, i'm ready to secure it to my topper, because this will be secured to the head because it has the right adjustment um done to it. Now, as you can see, this is a 5x6 and it does have clips that i can just clip into it. I have one clip over here in the front which i can clip the ribbon. You can either clip the ribbon in or you can just clip it underneath like that either one will work, it's no. It doesn't matter, it's just a personal preference. The main thing is the side clips the side clips you want to clip with the ribbon into the clip. Here'S one, here's two and the top one, i'm just gon na clip right underneath it i don't even have to use that ribbon. You could use that ribbon. It'S a personal preference. Now what i'm going to do is i'm going to pull out some of the hair in the front, because i am blending her front with the topper. The next thing i'm going to do is place it on her head. Now i'm placing it on someone's head, so i'm going i'm placing it like this. If i would be placing it on my own head, i would just be going back like that, so the movement could be a little different, but this is how you would be blending it onto the head. I'M just going to place it on the head like this hold. It then pull the string to go underneath the ponytail like that, and then i'm going to release the ponytail okay. Now the topper is staying on the head. If i want to, i can unclip the back clip and clip it into the head, i'm not going to do it just to demonstrate how it's going to stay on the head. The topper is secured onto the top grip. The top grip is secured onto the head. Now what we want to do is we want to blend, because, right now it looks like two separate pieces. I see her hair and i see the topper. You are going to have to take a teasing comb and you can go as far back or as far forward as you want, but you do want to take a comb and brush down what this is going to do. Is it's going to blend the hairs of the topper with your own hair? Then you take the comb and just push the hair back to get it away from the face. But, as you can see, we added instant volume and fullness to her hair. Just like that, and as you can see, you can shake your head around. It'S not going anywhere so with the parts you can part it wherever you want. It'S always nice to give it a little bit of a flip and not go with the straight defined part. It looks a little more natural when it's not so defined. This is a skin top. On top i'm going with more of that messier kind of look. It can go more forward a little forward or it can go more back depending on your hairline. I find that when the hairlines are thinner, it looks better when it's more forward, but, as you can see the rooting blends perfectly with her own, you can put your head down a little bit there. You can show how the rooting blends perfectly and it's almost seamless you can't see, because it has a skin part here and it kind of blends in with the skin part kind of messing up. The part does make it look more natural, because your eye is always drawn to a straight line. So messing up the part. First of all will give it volume and will also make it look more natural and, as you can see, you have instant fullness instant volume with this emerald 5x6 skin topper with the top grip. So there are no clips and combs and, as you can see, you can shake around the head again, it's not going anywhere. So this is how you go, and this is how you blend and it's beautiful, easy seamless, great

Michelle B: This is exactly the look I want to achieve! Has this topper been thinned or layers cut into it at all? Or is this how it would arrive if I purchased the "Emerald". Also does it arrive slightly wavy like this?

Angela - Silver Linings : Great Job. I purchased the one for a full wig ... love this thing. Reviewing it on my channel. Thanks !!!
