Hair Topper 101| How To Put Your Hair Topper In A Ponytail

For many months, i've been dealing with a diagnosis that i got back in february of alopecia areata and i haven't had a chance to wear a ponytail like i used to because of my hair loss. I have a lot of it on top and i also have a great deal underneath on my right side, so i can't put my hair back in a ponytail until now. So what i did here is, i put the topper on and then i pulled some hair out in the front and then i actually put a scrunchie in the back. So let me show you, let's start here, take my scrunchie out and look how fabulous this is. Let'S say i was out for the day and at night time my husband decides to take me on a date. I can just pull my hair down and it looks as fabulous as this now my hair before i started losing it was very similar to what you see right here. Okay, so i'm going to take this off now. There'S some clips one on this side, one on this side. There'S five total another one towards the back right here and the last one is right in the back. Then i'm going to roll it back right off my head, so it doesn't damage my own hair and it's as easy as that. Look how easy that is to take off now, i'm going to put that down just so, i can show you my hair loss and where it is, that's why i haven't been able to wear my hair up in a ponytail until now. Okay, so let me show you some tricks that i do what i do before i put my topper on. Is i actually take and curl a little bit of my hair, so i can use a little bit because i still have enough to use right here for now now i want to mention to you. This is the hope topper, it is the wavy and it's a synthetic wig. Okay now this is in creamy ice. So let's put this back on just take it here. Of course, i'm not in front of a mirror, but i'll do the best. I can i line it up to my part. I clip in the side clips. As you can see, then i go towards the back clip a little in here clip the back one those are all set. Then i take a wide comb and i start combing through lightly, as you can see, i'm going to line that up perfectly in the front. Take a little bit of my own part here comb through again. I can leave it down just like this or if i wanted, to put it back in the ponytail. I take a little bit of the hair in the front, a little bit of mine and a little bit of the topper, not that much there we go. I pull it back here. I leave a little bit over the top of my ears again because of where my hair loss is in the back. It covers up that spot. Put my scrunchie in take my comb. A little bit of the combing here fix the front and show you the back again and i'm ready for the day.
