Hair Topper Review: Uniwigs Hope Topper | For Thin Hair

Hi everyone, it's sarah from crowning glory. I am here with another topper review i mentioned in my last video. I was waiting for uni wigs to send me another topper. This is the hope topper. This is like probably my favorite topper that i've had so far and i'm gon na tell you why. So if you've seen my videos, you probably know, i have a more advanced stage of hair loss. This base is, let me be specific, 8.5 by 9. So we're talking right here and i also have a really large head, so hair loss in a really large head. So the base comes to the sides right about here right to here and then all the way to the back right about to here. Okay, this thing beautiful colors, so it's about 16 inches long. You can tell by the way i have not done anything to this, except for take it out of the bra, except for take it out of the bra box, cut the lace and then brush it. A few times so this color is really like a multi-dimensional brown there's a few different Browns in there that you can see we adjust from the darker brown and more into the medium brown, and then you kind of have these like icy highlights. So this is a synthetic topper. I would normally spray this synthetic hair with, like some dry shampoo, just to kind of get this shine to calm down a little bit but, like I said I haven't done anything to it. Besides brushing and cut the lace. The way I haven't parted, some more of the blonde is on this side and I'm okay with it, but look at how pretty that is. I love it. Okay, so I'm crazy about the base like I said, because I have more advanced hair loss and it actually clips into the front on the um Charlie that I reviewed last week I mentioned that I had to glue it down. I don't have any adhesive on. I mean I probably would wear it with some adhesive, but I still feel like this is really secure without adhesive. So I haven't so you can see the grids now I haven't plucked anything in here or put any kind of makeup or anything on, but from a distance I mean you just really have to get close to see it. I mean you could see it if you're. You know right next to me, so I will definitely be plucking some of the hairs on on my part and then also maybe applying some powder foundation underneath. So I got this straight. Obviously, not the not the wavy one. This is the same color as my carry, but I feel like this one is a little bit darker. Let me grab my carry so we can compare okay same color, chocolate caramel. This is the carry lace front wig, maybe just because the coloring starts a little further down, but the hope topper I feel like is darker, I'm okay with it, because the other Browns blend in with my hair, really great still so a little bit confusing. I guess, if you're expecting the exact same color approximate like 16 inches density is about a 30 %, I'm sorry, 130 percent, the has a mono base and a lace front. So let me kind of take off this and show you what the construction is. So this is the base of the whole topper very large. You have a lace front and a mono base, so it can be parted all the way back anywhere. Within this section it has five clips two in the front two and the three in the back one on either side and one in the back of the head, guess I should brush it out a little bit. I so love this topper. Look at those pretty highlights. One thing that I noticed as I was cutting the lace away is this lace front seems to be softer than some of the other wigs like the Kerry wig. The lace is a little more firm. I mean notice that this lace is a little softer than the other laces. I have not sure what the difference is, so this topper comes in a variety of colors. It comes in medium brown, which would be my normal, but I super love the highlights in this chocolate caramel. It comes in almond, frost and it also comes in creamy ice, which is more of a blunt all over. So if you have advanced loss like me, this would be a good option for you. I don't know that I would recommend it for somebody. Who'S, just starting off with hair toppers you're gon na want to get a feel of how the topper sits on your head. First, before you move to a much larger base, this is almost the equivalent of a half wig, so you do kind of feel it. It'S not super light like some of those smaller bases are, and with this synthetic it tends to be a little warmer than human hair. This hair is super smooth. There really isn't that much shine to it, but the price of the whole topper right now is at $ 225 I'll include a coupon code below for you guys the Uni, wigs hope tapper. I super love it. I can update update you guys once I've worn it for quite some time and let you know how the wear is, but so far it's one of my favorites love the larger base on it. Even though it's synthetic - and I kind of am partial to my human hair toppers, I really love this one. Also, I don't know if you guys have checked it out, but anyways has a new line of toppers and they have larger base human hair top we're hoping to get my hands on one of those larger base. Human hair toppers just so the fit, would be better for my head and I can let you guys know how the hair and the density and and all of that. Thanks for watching
