Shein Chicken Ponytailreview | Save That Wig Episode 2

Okay - um - hmm - maybe i don't know, maybe so strong, maybe yeah, probably not hello. My name is ikoya. I'M the creator and founder of silky sex, a luxury hair care company, and i'm here today with another edition of our series hoya. Can you save that wig and in this series, what i do is i scour the internet look everywhere on different websites to try to find wigs that look just a little questionable a little shady and i ordered them and tried to figure out. Can we save the wig? Can i make this wig wearable, or does it really look as bad in person as it did online? So this is our second edition of the video. I went to yours truly sheen.com. Now, don't sleep don't sleep because there's a lot of reviews going on right now here in these youtube streets and some of these she and wigs is on point. Some of these wigs are on point, and so i again have found some units that just really aren't as on point and this one is interesting to say the least: it's not really a wig. It is a ponytail yeah, because you know it's getting ready to be. What is spring, it's getting ready to be summer soon and the weather is warming up, and so i love to rock me a good ponytail in the summer and springtime. Let me know: do you like to rock ponytails during this time of year too, because ponytails are super cute they're super easy. So i already got my hair up in a bun. I'Ve been rocking a ponytail and because i'm a part of the black girls who can't cornrow, i got my hair braided in the front and i thought let's make the most of these braids. While you have a braid in the front now. Don'T comfort me in the comments, because i know it's a little fuzzy. Okay, look like i said: i'm, the president of the black rose with cane cornrow, i'm making the most of this okay, i'm getting my cost per wear; okay, i'm wearing them out. So with this particular ponytail, i thought it might need a little help so before i take this down, i'm trying to you know make the most of it. So let's go ahead and get into the use. So i found this unit. Ponytail extension, i don't know what these are called, but i've seen them they've been around a long time and i've never ever ordered one. So i thought this would be perfect for. Can you save that wig? So it's coming in this little plastic bag? Okay, that's it ain't, no directions. Uh ain't, no color just says it's made in china. Q17. Oh, it's a number four, i'm a one b. Usually so i'm not sure why i got a number four, but i got enough for so. Let'S just go ahead and open her pet all right, so here it is out of the pack. Okay um, i'm not sure. Okay, i'm not sure what this really is supposed to do, but we don't try to make it do what it's supposed to do so um. It has this hole and there's some hair going into the hole, so i'm trying to take it all out because i don't know is it supposed to do that? Maybe maybe it is supposed to do that. I don't know, but i'm just going to put my hands as you can see. Okay, look. She doubles as a bracelet, but um yeah. You can put your hand in your hair, your bun, through this little hole - and i think it's just supposed to like give it like a look or accessory right, just kind of spruce up your look, so we're gon na go ahead and put her on and just Try and see: do she spruce it up? Do she spruce up the bun? Now i can't remember how much i paid for this, but i will let the put the price up there: okay, um, i'm looking at my mirror. So just excuse me for no eye contact. She'S giving me edgy pony, i don't know, is she cute y'all, because i was not expecting this. I was expecting it to be a little bit more shadier, but you know what she's not that bad. I think the brains are definitely helping, but anyway we're gon na go ahead. I'M gon na style. This thing up come back and let you know my final thoughts and you can. Let'S get into it all right, so i am back from styling this pony sorry, i need a little bit more gel right there and sustain got it all the way. Now i did not tie nothing down because you know we got a few things we doing today, and so i didn't have an extreme amount of time to put into this pony. But you know that's the beauty of ponies right. It shouldn't take you a lot of time. You should be able to just throw it on and go so so here she is in the front to the right to the left and in the back all right. So i'm gon na be honest with you guys. I feel like these braids in the front is: what's saving this unit. I feel like if i just had a regular bun and put this on no man i feel like. I would be looking like i'm rolled around in a blankets or something and came on out. I'M not really sure it's also giving me like that old school when we used to rock those like banana peel style ponytails. That'S what it's kind of giving me my baby hairs just be curling up on the side, and it's so annoying anyway. So yeah, that's what i'm feeling like. I don't know. Y'All tell me what what are you? What are you thinking and then it's not the right color, but that's not the ponytail fault. That'S my fault. I feel like if it was a 1b. Maybe the blend would be a little better, but i don't know if it's translating on camera, but in person i'm definitely being able to see like the difference in the color. You know that these braids are in the front because i feel like, if anything, for those of you who might not feel like it looks too bad. I feel like that's what, because this you got ta put some braids or do something in the front to like decorate it.
