As the sun shines on all of my glory, my flaws. Don'T look so bad at all. What was, i so afraid? Hey everybody, it's charmelle welcome and welcome back to loc's luck's lifestyle. So today i am back with another lock video and i am going to be doing this braid out on my locs. So let's get right into it, so it is wash day i needed to wash my hair. It was so itchy so before i actually get to the braid out part, i am going to wash my hair. I think this style comes out best with wet or damp hair and it's perfect to do after a wash day. So here is the starting look just showing you guys how my hair is looking before and then i'm going to spray it down with some water first um, just to kind of dampen my hair, and then i'm going to go in with this zion health, apple, cider, Vinegar, foaming scalp detox, and i kind of just use this, like as a pre shampoo, almost just kind of help, lift up some of that dirt and just loosen it up before washing it. This is like a scalp detox apple, cider, detox kind of in a foaming texture, consistency whatever you want to call it. So i'm just rubbing that through my hair, i have other videos where i use this product and yeah i like to go in with this before. Actually washing my hair, so i'm just working that through my locs and massaging it into my scalp and then i'm going to let it sit in my hair for about 15 minutes and then after that sits for about 15 minutes. I'M going to get in the shower and shampoo my hair with these two shampoos, so i have the organics refreshing, scalp tea treatment, shampoo, as well as the talia waheed total body earth shampoo, and i usually shampoo my hair two to three times i'll use the organics One first and then i follow up with the talia waheed shampoo, to wash my hair last, and i just like it in that order, because i feel like the organics one is more cleaning and it really like strips your hair of all the dirt and the other Shampoo is more of a hydrating shampoo. I don't use conditioner on my head unless i am doing a color treatment, so i feel like the talia waheed shampoo just adds some moisture back into my hair. After doing that, deep cleanse with the organic shampoo and next i'm going to move on to oiling my hair. So these are the oils that i'm going to be using i'm using some tea tree oil, as well as this oil from nia, the lock god and i'm just going to run that through my scalp and squeeze it into my hair and just massage those oils into My scalp and hair, just like my basic regular, wash routine, but i think these steps are very important before doing a braid out and i feel like when your hair is properly clean and prepped. It just makes the braid out come out a lot better hello and now we're going to move on to the actual styling part. So again i am doing a braid out and i'm just going to start in the nape and kind of work. My way up to the top and this next product is optional, but i'm also going to be using this nairobi styling foam to set my braid out again. You don't need this, but this is my vacation hairstyle and i just wanted to make sure that it's set properly. So i'm just taking some of that foam and rubbing it through that first section and then i'm just going to braid my hair down. So i am using four locks per braid um and, however many locks you decide to use per braid. Um is definitely preference is up to you and it's also going to depend on how many locks you have in your head. What i notice from watching other tutorials and things like that - is that the smaller you do, the braids, the more like crinkly curly. It will be if you do bigger braids, it's more of like a wavy crinkle and it's a lot looser. So again, it's preference! I wanted mines to be kind of tight again. This is a vacation hairstyle and i just wanted it to last. So i'm doing my braids kind of small and again i'm using four locks per braid. I have 68 locks in my head and yeah. That'S what i just came up with and decided to do and when i get to the bottom of the braid i just kind of tuck those ends up and secure it with a rubber band. And now i'm just going to repeat those same steps on the rest of my head using four locks per braid. These braids do not have to be perfect. You guys again. This is a braid out. If you wanted to wear it kind of as like a braided style, then of course you know, maybe you want to do it a little neater and you want your sections and everything to be more symmetrical. But if you're just doing this for simply a braid out just braid your hair down, don't get too caught up in trying to make it look perfect or neat so um, and this is how it looks after i have all the braids in and next i'm just Going to move on to doing my edges, i'm going to use some more of that nairobi, styling foam, as well as some edge control from the style factor edge booster and i'm just going to lay my edges like i usually do, and then i'm just going to Take a scarf and tie my hair down and leave it like that for like two days, so you can sit under the dryer and if you want this style to set faster. However, like i said this is my vacation hairstyle and i was going out of town and i was going to be traveling on a plane and everything. So i figured that i would just braid my hair up a day before i went out of town and then just wait until i got my to my destination to take the braids out so in the next clip. Y'All will see me taking these braids out in mexico, so here we are about two days later and i'm just going to start removing those braids. So i start by removing the rubber band at the bottom and then i just unravel the braid. I'M not doing this any kind of way. I didn't apply oil to my hands or anything before i'm just popping rubber bands and taking it out, and this is the look that it was giving me and here is how it looks after i take all of the braids down. I think it said really good. I had a lot of definition, it was full and i absolutely loved my results. I chose this style because i knew i would be getting in the water and the beach on the pool and i felt like it didn't make any sense for me to retwist my hair, and i think this was like the perfect vacation style. I think it's the perfect style for when you're in between re-twist and this held up pretty well. It lasted maybe four to five days and that's again with me getting in the water. My ends started to straighten a little bit just because they got wet but yeah. Overall, this style lasted it held up pretty well. So now i'm just going to do my edges again and style. My hair, you can definitely wear this braid out, as is, but i kind of wanted it off my face and yeah. I was able to do a lot of styles with this braid out, but yes, i love my results and that's pretty much it for this video. I hope you all enjoyed don't forget to like share comment and subscribe. The Black Swan: This is sooo cute!!

Tamia Anthony: Do your extensions feel hard or stiff? They look it, as opposed to your real hair where its more movement. I’m assuming because the extensions were crotched and are more dense as a result, it causes them to feel or appear that way.

Coco Chanel: Beautiful

PeacefulBeautyWorld: Beautiful

Miss Jones: How are you liking your extensions?

Hollywood Bennett: are you comfortable putting the mic right on your mouth with the music off? It will capture wind in every word you say and the wind will make your voice sound unique.
