Hi everyone welcome back to our channel. This is soleil from curls by bobonia aka babonia. Today i have a very special and important topic that i want to talk to you about, and it is choosing the right weight of your curly hair extension set. First, let me explain to you what weights we offer here at bibonia, we offer two different types or weights, one being 110 grams and the other one is 220.. The reason why we offer two weights is because everyone has different hair, textures, different goals, different needs and i'm going to dive deep into each one, so that you understand fully, which one makes better sense for you. Let'S do this first. 110 grams. I happen to have 110 grams set here with me. I opened the package already. The packaging has one little section here, which has the tester weft and that tester weft is part of your full set. The 110 gram set includes six wefts, which means those are six pieces of extensions. So i'm going to take it out now, so you can see okay, so i just took these out of the packaging. This is a spiral set strawberry blonde. We typically do not recommend for you to wear and clip on your extensions immediately as soon as you take them out of the packaging, because they've been flattened in transit, so you do want to style them and refresh them to match your curl pattern or just give Them some oomph give them some life, water them add gel, scrunch them and let them dry and then clip them into your hair. So 110 grand sets are ideal for people that are looking to add volume to their hair. So this gives you a more natural volume. So, for example, these are 22 inches. So if you have long, hair and you'd like to add some natural looking volume, this set is for you, but if you have shoulder length hair like me, for example, here's my hair because i keep cutting it. I don't even know where it is anymore, so i'm wearing my extensions. If you have shoulder length, hair and you'd like to add 22 inches of long hair, then we do not recommend going with 110 grams because, as you can see, this is not going to be enough hair to give me that fullness that i need so that it Actually looks seamless and blends, naturally with my natural hair, again just to recap: 110 grams great for adding natural volume. So the cool thing about us offering 110 grams is the fact that you can mix and match different textures. Some people have a mixture of 2c, 3a hair or 3b 3c, hair or 3c4a. Whatever your mix is, you can mix and match babonia extension textures with your natural hair, so purchase one set of each and sandwich them in, as you are clipping them in. This will give this illusion of your hair. Looking super natural, just like your natural curl pattern. So what i do is, i have two different sets: 110 gram set and a 220 gram set, and the reason is because sometimes i like wearing my hair, my natural length. So what i do on the days that i'd like to rock my natural shoulder length, hair, which is pretty often i have 110 grams set - and i clip it in and it is the same length of my natural hair. So that is something that you can do and play with in order to just add volume and keep your hair the same length as it normally is. 110 grams is also very good for people that have thin hair that can't handle wearing a lot of pieces because it's six pieces it is easier to handle. So you can conceal the wefts easier and you're able to wear it without feeling subconscious that an extension is gon na peep. Through now we have a 220 gram set. Of course remember. This is not my texture, i'm just using this to show you guys an example of what it looks like, and these are great for people that are looking to add length and volume to their natural hair. So if you have shoulder length, hair - and you want to add length - go with your 220 gram set. So this is going to give you enough pieces in order to blend with your natural hair so that there aren't any gaps in between here's. An example of me wearing 110 grams and 220 so, as you can see, one i'm using for volume and the other one i'm using for length and volume. It'S super important for you to pick the right weight because you do not want for your hair to look stringy at the end or even worse. This drives me nuts, but for there to be like some sort of shelf so that you can see the difference between your hair and the extensions, if you need help selecting the right weight, the color, the texture for you feel free to send us pictures, make sure You send us pictures in natural lighting facing a window so that we can really see the color, but we're super happy to make a recommendation and guide you in the right direction. That way, you feel super confident wearing your bevonias thanks for watching guys. Please do comment below ask us any questions that you may have so that we can respond right away and make sure to give this video a thumbs up. Thank you. You

Mel Napper: Thr extensions are just beautiful I so wish you made monofilament hair toppers too for us ladies who have naturally curly hair but sadly have thinning locks on top due Androgenic alopecia. All the toppers are all flat to the head with no omph! But wow the hair extensions look amazing! X

Yomayra Fernandez: Oh man, I just ordered 220g last week. Wished I watched this video before I made my order. But I can't wait for my extensions to arrive :-)

Eve Boggenpoel: Does anyone know the import costs to the UK? Love the look of these but don't want to have to pay extra £80 just to get them into the country! Thanks

Vicki Scott: How long does the hair last?

Bishop Christina Mitchell: What color extensions are in your hair? ☺️

Diana Fis: What texture extension are you wearing?

Vicki Scott: chestnut seems to have more red undertones.
