I've always meant to do this video, but always forgot. I looooove to wear my hair in ponytails when I'm having a bad hair day or just woke up late and don't want to deal with blending in extensions perfectly.

Hey guys, I look like doodoo right now because I just woke up like an hour ago and had my breakfast and stuff, but I wanted to show you guys how I put my hair extensions into a ponytail yeah. So this is what my hair looks like when I wake up. Sometimes this is actually really tame for just waking up uh yeah. So the first thing I got to do is straighten my hair and I did a review on this straightener a long time ago. I'Ve had this for months now I freaking love it irresistible me sent it to me too. I have that upside down, yeah, it's the irresistible me diamond straightener heats up so freaking fast. So I don't like to wake up too early, and this is just like. You have to sit there and wait for it, but anyway I do have a review on this and I have a coupon code which I'll hop down below also um. Sorry that my background is just my empty bedroom with all like my workout stuff in the back and my fitness pole over there. That'S not even put up we plan on making this room into a full-on filming room and having like a nice, decorated, background and whatnot, but we just haven't gotten to it, yet we're trying to save up some money. So at some point this won't be just a naked room, we'll have a flawed background and stuff. I just put on a t-shirt because I realized that my armpits are the hairiest thing on the planet. Right now, and I know somebody's gon na say something. I look crazy. Okay. When I get to the top of my head, I like to straighten it like up and back so that it's got a little bit of volume still at the top of my head and goes towards the ponytail, but to make it thinner, I will grab from the Side first and straighten these pieces just to get them out of my way so up and then one more time just to get it to go back and I'll, just let it fall down and then the other side take out a section up. This is hard to do on the camera and back maybe and get it out of my way and then I'll just start taking pieces across the top of my head like this. This is sort of like a get ready with me. Hairstyle video instead of makeup or courtesy, okay, up towards the back ha now my hair goes towards the back of my head. I will start to put in my extensions now. If you don't have a side cut like I do. This will be a lot easier and you'll be able to put in more extensions. What I do is I make all of the hair extensions go towards the center of the ponytail like wherever I want the ponytail that's the direction. I want the hair extensions to face. So I like my ponytail to be you know right about the back top of my head, so I put in let's say I have a forklift left. You got to want to put it in upside down, so normally you put it in this way. You'Re going to put it in this way, so if I got all the hair going towards my ponytail, the weft is going to go in like this. It'S going to go towards the ponytail. You can see that so, if you don't have a side cut you're going to make your first part sort of around your head and just pretend that my ear is up here. I make my first parting going along the edge of my head and I pull down this hair. So I've got this little l-shaped part and then I can take my first West, which is a forklift left and I clip it facing the clips towards the ponytail or the center of my head. I guess so that when I pull my hair into a ponytail, it's covered, so I do same thing on the other side brush all my hair towards the ponytail and take my next four clip left and do the same thing facing the opposite way. And then those are both facing sort of towards the middle. They kind of go up in a point right now, um anyway. So then, also on the top of my head right in the front I like to put in a one clipped, wept and I'll just face that towards the back, and if you have more room or thicker hair, you could probably put more in there. Like. I said you could probably put them all around your head. If you don't have the side cut, but I don't have any room for the top of my head anymore. So then I'm going to try my best to show you I'll sit to the side. For now. I'M going to take two clipped wefts and put those up the back of my head, so I'm going to find where those four clipped wefts ended and then hold up the top, and then these are going to go upside down. So I've got a part like this and the clips are going to go up. So I've got the click here and they're going to go up like that and then I'll put another one underneath this right here. So clip that all out of the way and could pick up - and I might add in another one just because it's the back of my head and the hair will be covering it and people probably won't see it if it's sticking out well, no, that's really thin. I don't know: hey, we'll, see, see what happens, we'll, try one more one more to clipped facing up, and then I've got all this hair facing in the wrong directions all over my head. So at this point I can start to gather my hair towards the ponytail. Okay, then, I just takes me to ponytails, because the hair gets really thick around where the ponytail actually goes so one ponytail and and then another. So then just brush it out and then you can see. I still got some short little hairs right here. Some of them I leave out like these little tiny ones, there's nothing I can do about it, so I just leave them, but I'll either try to curl in these little ones or I will grab a bunch of them and pull them out of the way by Wrapping them around the ponytail and Bobby pinning them, but today I'm going to try to curl them, grab a section and curl and make sure the rest of the hair extensions blending with it grab a piece with some hair extensions mixed in and curl. That'S so cute, and then these ones up here just curl them in to the ponytail and then grab some of these from the front. I'M trying to see the back of it from my mirror. Can you see my faith hi guys? Okay, sometimes it looks like these hairs are too short and kind of sticking out. So what I can do is split a little piece right here. Well, maybe higher right here anyway. So that is how I get my hair extensions into a ponytail. Sorry, I'm not wearing any makeup on.
