Trying Cheap Hair Extensions From Amazon

Hey guys welcome or welcome back to my channel, i am so excited because i have been waiting for these hair extensions in the mail for like a week and they finally came today. I recently well kind of recently chopped all my hair off. I went a little crazy and quarantined and i chopped my hair off and i miss it. So i wanted to try these extensions from amazon. I figured we could sit here and like unbox them. First before i actually start putting them on. I'M probably gon na go and change into a t-shirt and stuff and obviously we're gon na have to move spots so we're in front of a mirror to clip these in, but i feel like i'm gon na get hot clipping these in and styling them. I got the 18 inch ones. I got two bundles they're, 20, a bundle, if you don't have super thick hair you'll, probably just need one bundle, but i have a lot of hair, so i'm definitely gon na need. Two bundles um, also shout out to my friend rosalie here on youtube. She actually did a video on these as well and she is the reason i found these. I will leave a link to her video in the description box down below. If you want to check it out, i'm pretty sure her hair is even thicker than mine. So if you want to see how these look in super super thick hair go check, her video out, my hair is pretty decently thick and it's cut pretty blunt, like i literally just chopped it off like a cross. So it's pretty blunt um. So i'm i'm interested to see how these are gon na look in my hair. So i did get two of bundles because she got two and i was like i'm probably gon na need two bundles as well comes with a little hair tie and scrunchie, and also a little water bottle to spray them. I think i don't know why you need to spray them, but it also has like instructions on the like. It also has like instructions on the front for styling. Basically, it's telling you. I think this is the manual it tells you how to curl it, because, obviously, i'm not gon na wear extensions with straight hair, i'm gon na wear it with curly hair. Okay. So let's see what the manual says i mean this is a cute little hair tie. It has like a little crown on it, and then i don't even know what kind of material this is. It'S like a very weird feeling scrunchie. It also comes with extra clips, with a thread and needle as well okay, so it literally gives you like so many tips and stuff on how to use it. Okay, so this is how it's telling you to curl the straight extensions to basically get it wet blow dry it with little curlers in um. I don't have little curlers, so i'm just gon na use my curling iron and hopefully that works. I hope that the color match is good. I got dark brown um, they had it like an auburn brown, but i felt like that would have been way too light. Okay, so all the hair is like in its own little net. This is pretty nice like wow. This is actually really really thick: it's not really shedding either it doesn't smell bad. It has like a little like lace thing on the back of it. I think the color honestly matches pretty good. It may be a hair darker if anything, but it honestly looks like it's like an exact match. Almost so that's kind of perfect, i'm glad i got this color. They are very very straight. Oh my gosh. This thing is stuck to my arm. It comes with four bundles different bundles, so it looks like it comes with two three pieces: a two-piece clip, and what is this one? But i'm gon na put a t-shirt on now and switch over to my little vanity area. So we can get these clipped in and curled and see how they look. Okay, i've got a t-shirt on now, i'm at my vanity i'm gon na i'm not gon na open the second pack. Until i see if i actually need it or not, but i have a feeling i probably will, but i'm going to start by clipping back a section of my hair - i'm actually probably going to do this a few different times. So i can clip extensions in a different layers because i feel like when you clip them in at different layers. It looks a little bit more natural, i'm gon na start with the four on the bottom and then i'll do the three clip on the next layer. I know you're supposed to tease your hair up a little bit, but honestly i never do and it's always been fine. I have one clip in extensions before a long time ago, when i like burnt my hair off. Oh my gosh, are you kidding? It already came off the thread already broke on this clip. I literally just put it on my head and it literally already broke, and i don't really know how to sew - and this is like coming off. I'M gon na have to try to fix this like sew. It on because it looks funky so um brief intermission. I'M gon na try to sew this, even though i don't know how to sew we're gon na try, okay! Well, i'm really glad that they sent it with that needle and stuff. I think i fixed it pretty good. I don't know, i don't really know how to sew, but okay. Well, it's good enough for now. Okay, so i'm literally just gon na clip it in at the base of my hair. So i'm literally just taking it around back and i'm just gon na like slide it down and clip it in. I wish i could like show you guys what i'm doing, but honestly, i feel like it's pretty simple, you're, literally just sliding it down and clipping it in making sure it's secure. It'S not gon na go anywhere wow. It looks kind of crazy right now, obviously, because my hair, this is straight, my hair is curly and i don't have enough in yet. So let's continue i'm going to take the second layer down that i pulled up i'm going to clip in the three piece now. I think i'm definitely gon na need the other pack. I should probably just go in straight away with clipping in the next four piece, but we'll see i'm literally just gon na clip it like right on top of the one i just clipped in. If you want to give me pointers in the comments feel free to like i said i used to wear hair extensions. A while ago, when i burnt my hair off oh yeah, before it rudely interrupted me, i was telling you guys how my hair got burnt off when i was in high school because okay, so i was going blonde like bleach blonde and i'd been going to this Girl for a while, like she was fine and then she just burnt my hair off one day like it was right before graduation too, it was very tragic. I was literally i hate when i leave the drawers open. I always do that. I was literally like getting my hair done before graduating high school and, like i was sitting there and i was like hey like this - is starting to burn, and then my hair was literally smoking and uh yeah. A lot of my hair got burnt off. So i had to wear extensions i didn't have to, but i wanted to because i lost a lot of hair, so i wore extensions for a long time after that. Okay, so maybe i can kind of show you guys on this side. I'M gon na clip in the two piece on this side and i think i'm gon na open that. Okay, no wait. I have two two pieces: okay, never mind. I have two two pieces, so i'm gon na clip in one on the side i'll try to show you guys what i'm doing so, i'm literally just like clipping it to my hair, pretty much, i'm literally just clipping it to my head, i'm gon na do the Same thing, on the other side, i know it looks horrible right now, because you can see all the tracks and everything, but i think once i get this side on and put my hair down, it'll be a lot better. It was a very traumatic experience for me, though i mean i did bleach my hair like super bleach, it again after that um a while after that, like probably a few years ago. Honestly, this is not bad. I might not need the other bag. To be honest, once i like get it all curled together, it might not be that bad. I'M trying to show you guys like what it looks like right now. I think i might need a few pieces from the other bag just to make it a little thicker, but it look. It literally feels like i have so many clips in my hair, like i'm so not used to this. It'S been so long since i wore extensions, but i'm gon na do a test curl on camera, to see how good they curl. I am using the bed head. Curling iron, i'm sorry! I don't know what size barrel or anything um. I don't think it says on it, but this is the one i'm using. I think it's either from target or ulta. I'M honestly really happy with the color match, like i feel like the color match is really like spot on. To be honest, glad i went with the dark brown i'll, also link the extensions down below for you guys, if i didn't say that already i will link them, so you guys can check them out too, because that is really cheap for hair extensions. I remember i got some from sally's when i burnt my hair off and they were like a hundred dollars like 100, something dollars for like one pack curl my hair in sections, so i'm gon na try to just like clip half of it back. So i curl the bottom half together and then i'll curl, the top half together, so that it's not like all at once. This is just a psa. Don'T chop your hair off? Don'T do it because you're gon na regret it. I know i did i liked it for a while, but then i got sick of it. So, okay, it should be heated up enough. Now. I there's no like thing to set the temperature on here, so i don't know how hot it is, but i'm just gon na take a piece of my hair and a piece of the extension's hair and curl it. Together. I mean you can straighten these, so i'm assuming you can use a curler on them. I don't want to leave it on like too long, though, because i don't know how, like fast synthetic hair is going to burn so we'll test it out, we'll leave it on. For a few minutes, i'm kind of scared. Like low-key, i mean it is a little bit, maybe i'm just not leaving on long enough, hey guys. I got the front piece curled, but honestly, it's kind of hard to get them to curl. So i'm going to show you what works, if you get it nice and hot and like all curled i have my natural hair and, like i have my natural hair in there too um to kind of blend it together, but curl it and then i'm gon na Pin it with this clip and then once it's cooled, the curl stays like it stays curly once it's like cooled and you clipped it. So i think that's why they said to use like the rulers, so i would heat it and then pin it. It looks more wavy like it doesn't really look like pin curly like it's actually a really really pretty wave like look at how beautiful that is. So i'm actually happy with that. I'M just gon na you got ta like really heat it up, though, and then oh, it gets really really hot, though i need to have like one of those gloves honestly, because it's too hot for me to even touch so then i just like wrap it around. This because it literally burns my hand to touch it when it's hot, so i'm just gon na wrap it around this and then i just kind of like hold it for like a few seconds while it cools down, and then it comes out like such a pretty Curl, like i'm obsessed with that, that's beautiful, like that's the extension, it looks really pretty i feel like. I should have maybe curled them before i put them on my head, like maybe that would have been easier, but i thought that it would like be better. If i curled them in with my hair, so then they like match my hair and see, and then you take it out and it's like such a pretty curl like look at that, it's like nice and curly and pretty let's i'll stand up and like show you Guys, like look at that, so i'm gon na go ahead and do the rest of my head and then see how it comes out. Okay, so this is, i haven't curled this up yet, but this side's done and i'm honestly kind of obsessed with it. I think it looks so pretty and like flowy, i'm kind of in love, i thought i'd give you guys a little update on this side. This side is done while the bottom layer's done, and it looks so pretty and like full, i'm kind of like in love. The color literally matches like perfectly so that's good. I got the shade dark brown like i said. So, if you have dark hair like me, get your dark brown, it's literally the perfect color but um. Let'S finish this head, i've only burnt myself about 10 times. I'M standing up so you guys can see. I am genuinely shook like look at how good this looks. It literally looks like my hair, like you can't even tell a difference like i'm so shook, and i only used one pack. I didn't even open the second pack, like these extensions, are so thick and like i always have to use two packs. Like always, i am so shook and, like the back, looks so good, like you really can't even tell like what i'm i'm like genuinely shook in the best way of how good this came out like it came out so good. To be honest, i do wish they were slightly longer, but it's honestly like not that big a deal like it's still like pretty long like a lot longer than my hair is right now. So i'm like really really happy with this, and i am so excited like i'm gon na be wearing these all the time and honestly, i would still order the straight ones, even though it was kind of like finessing to get it to curl. I would still order the straight ones over the curly ones, because i don't like how they curl synthetic extensions. They don't look good in my opinion, so i would just buy the straight ones and curl them yourself, and i feel like now that they're curled it'll be so easy for me just to like pop them in once. My hair is already curly because it took a long time to like curl the actual extension, but like now that they're curled, i feel like it's gon na, be so much easier. I'M like genuinely like just shook guys like this came out so good. It was literally 20 for this bundle of hair and each like bundle was so thick, definitely thicker than the ones i spent like a hundred dollars on at sally's when my hair got burnt off, so i would definitely recommend these. They are really really nice, i'm like so excited to wear these out now i love them so much just like i said when you're curling them. This is the only thing so like make sure you're wrapping it and holding it around something for like a little bit while it cools off, because if you don't it's not really going to curl that well. But if you do it literally curls so beautifully like look at these beachy like wave curls, i'm like genuinely obsessed like i just can't stop looking in the mirror at them.
