-The Time Is Right

Hi guys so today, um, I thought I'd show you. How do you clip in your hair extensions to get them to last for, like three or four days, if you're not gon na wash your hair, anything like that or if you wanted to try to swim with them and stuff like that, I wouldn't really recommend it. Just because they would get tangled really easily, and but if you wanted to. This is a good way to do without having them glued in your hair. Or you know cornrowed in your hair, because that takes a lot of work and when you um and when you take out your extensions after you glued them, I've tried it before, but I've actually moved my hair extensions in my hair and when you take them out, It'S a dis, your your hair, the the left like the top of the weft is all like gooey, and it's really like you can't really use the hair anymore for clip ins, so I have like a way to kind of get away with having them stay in Your hair and not slipping out when you're sleeping on them. Everything like that, so what I would do is, I would part my hair, wherever I would normally part my hair to begin with. Obviously, if you have shorter hair you've seen my other videos, you're gon na, want to part two, your hair a little bit lower and I you would usually straighten my hair, but for this this tutorial, I'm not going to so I'm just part of it right here. Clip it up and then what you're gon na do, what you're gon na is really small elastics and I had clear little teeny, clear elastics. I don't know where they went so I'm just gon na use some that are like close to my hair color. I guess because I have this like whole pack of teen eye which lists elastics. I think you can get them these ones at the dollar store, but I think you could get the clear ones at Walmart. I have some around here somewhere. I just don't know where there so I'm just gon na get some that kind of would blend in with my hair and I'm gon na take three elastics out for for each role that I'm putting in. So what I'm gon na do is I'm gon na check where these clips clip in so I'm gon na see basically one in the mail two at the size. It doesn't have to be perfect. You just have to kind of know a round about where they're gon na be clipped in then you're gon na take sections of hair. Just little sections like this, like really small sections like so and I'm just gon na braid them and I'm not gon na braid them all the way, I'm just gon na braid it just a tiny, tiny, tiny bit but make sure but make sure the braid make Sure the braid is tight, so you see that little Bri I did you can see it. That'S where you can see. Okay, it's just a tiny, tiny braid and then I'm going to take my elastic I'm going to play less wearing at the end of where I finished operate. So I can keep it really tight. So I'm going to do three of those along the head, one where every clip would be lifted by my wings, crouched on the sill batiks moving from the matter in the air and understand it flip them over top of where the grades are. But you want to make sure you get it right into the brain and then it won't come out because I I've tried swimming with my extensions before and realize that they, you know, already fallen out. So that's my way of being able to keep your extensions and longer and less chances of slipping out. So I hope you guys like this little tutorial so I'll see you guys later bye.

MissBestSunshine: Great idea! Thanks so much for demo it was very clear and so easy to do I can't wait to try this technique!

Tasia Johnson: YASSSS QUEEN! What a cute look !! Im going to try and recreate with my zala hair extensions

Alpha Male: Well done videos! I really appreciate the extra effort to creat quality instructional videos!

adoreabubbles: OH MY GOD I needed this video tutorial so badly, you have no idea!! Thanks a million x

C Pierce: My hair is so thick and coarse I can get away without the ponytails or teasing. I just wanted to say THANK YOU for taking the stigma out of clip-ins. (I've had a glue-in nightmare myself. My kitten ripped one out. My head was waxed ). I'm used to having long hair anyway so I braid it before bed and generally don't wear my hair down. I haven't had a problem. And my extensions (Indian Remy. It might even be some of my own old hair) last years. They're way easier to deal with that my cool layered bob, which takes five products and a flat iron and collapses anyway. Subscribed!

Sharron: Great video thanks for the tips my hair has went through a faze of falling out and is really thin now so these tips will help Thanks again

Yzella: thanks for sharing the tip! you saved me from putting them on permanently and ruining my hair.

heather barrick: just stumbled onto your site! ive been wearing my extentions for a year now.tried the latex glue/goo. the ends always lossen, lots of work. the elastic trick is the one i use for special occations where there is lots of hugging going on. all that tugging on my hair and the extentions stay put! never thought of swimming or extented use. definately going to give it a test! :) thanks lovin your insite!

NovalisQ: Finally - Tutorial for really short hair! Thank you!

Kellye Foster: I do this daily not to keep them in longer but to secure them better. I have thin hair even all the teasing next to the extensions they would fall out. I do this and they don't go anywhere! Love it, thanks!!

Becky Gillmore: This is such a great idea! You're amazing, thank you

Linnea Kesick: It's not just for short hair... I have mid-back length hair and my extensions are staying in really wel. Thank you!!

HairGirl247: Thank you!!! I am really trying to let my hair grow out...mind you I have been trying for years lol!! just get a lot of breakage from straightening so I barely ever straighten my hair anymore! And really take care of it!

Alison Gutierrez: Finally! A video of clip in extensions with really short hair! Thank You (:

D'Marie Howard: Great video!!! Really helpful!!!!

Lpg 8: If you use toupe tape on your extensions and a flat iron to set the tape on them, you can tape them to your head and they stay in for about 4 weeks. You can then buy C22 solvent, and spray on extensions when you are ready to take off, it works amazingly well. The toupe tape comes off in like 10 seconds and you can peal of the extensions to reuse. I've done this like 10 times. See 52 weeks of beauty for tutorial on DIY. This is a really good idea too.

metallicaskater95: Awesome idea!!! I'm soo gonna try this -3

HairGirl247: I love getting feedback like this! It makes me feel like I'm actually helping people!! Thank you so much!

Pleuni Felter: "Okay, so I wear hair extensions because I feel confident wearing them, I feel beautiful and I feel like a girl. Ever sincee my first purchase at zala my life changed. my confidence was back, i was back. I am soooo obsessed with this brand. the company is amazing, their hair is the best quality out there! Seriously im obsessed all my friends are obsessed! My hair takes forever to grow i’m not kidding. Honestly I think my hair just stops growing once it hits a certain point. My hair is thin, short and looks like a mullet without my extensions. I hate it! My hair extensions give my hair volume, makes it look thicker and most importantly makes me look like a girl. I hate looking into the mirror and thinking “Crap, my hair makes me look like a boy”. Nothing is worse than that feeling. My hair has constantly been a struggle for me. I’ve cried myself to sleep before because of the fact I don’t feel pretty enough or don’t feel good about myself. Since getting my hair extensions i’ve gained alot of confidence, I feel beautiful and honestly makes me feel like a different person. I am a better, happier and confident person now and that is why I wear hair extensions. "

alreem H: Great Idea !! this way the clips will be even more secured ! that was helpful! thnX =D

Amy Anders: That is a BRILLIANT idea!!!! Much props for that!!!!

Maddison Russell: Try using silicone micro beads! I saw this and I have had hair feathers before and I thought if you put microbeads in where you clip in your extensions then they'd stay in better and the beads would be less likely to be noticed. Just a thought :)

malia_lehua: this was great! THANK YOU!

Maureen Gilbert: great idea! Thank you!

clairemariviv: This method is more suited for me ! Many thanks no more glue or braid !

Plava Kuvača: how smart!!! thank you!!

HairGirl247: thank you so much!!

BUFFY EDWARD: thank you for info.. now i can do it to my own hair..

abiapples1: glue in extensions are so much quicker and last as long as these semi permanent clip ins. just be careful when youre taking them out. put rubbing alcohol on the braids and let it sit for a couple minutes. the glue will slip right off

K1TTYC4TM30W: @lovesmike510 you can get cheap ones on eBay. I got 3 one piece hair extensions for $20... But they are kanekalonso they are synthetic.... But they last very long and look and feel just like real hair. So just look up kanekalon hair extensions.... They are really cheap and feel super smooth :)

Phoebe Mackenzie: I have clip in extensions before I go to sleep I braid my hair and clip in extensions as I go to sleep is that okay will I damage anything?

life7777: Many people just put the clip-on with out bending the clip...You're supposed to bend the clip to secure it to your hair and it won't fall

passionist: you also could sew the clip in extensions on it , without the clip ofcourse. great tip loves.

loveablelondon: i was wondering if someone were to run their fingers through your hair, would they feel the clips??

Ms. Beverly: Hi honey. I feel for you :( Kids can be so cruel. But you can even get human hair clip ins for pretty reasonable on ebay. You will be able to match them to your own hair color, or even dye them to your color if they are off a little. If your hair is short I would recommend getting no longer than 12-14 inches otherwise it won't blend well. I see full sets on Ebay for around 40.00. Hope this helps! Take care

clairvoyantlust: This Is COOL... y didn't i think of that? lol Thanks :)

abiapples1: would this cause breakage?

Debra S. Fox: UMMM i got the WORST haircut recently thinking a bob cut was a good idea since all the celebrities are doing it - WORST MISTAKE EVER! ZALA tape in extensions literally saved my life! i have long hair again! I seriously dont know how they get their ends so thick! LIFE SAVIOUR!!

whirlydervish18: This is not "really" short hair. It is short hair.

Bri Butt: Are your clips medal? Cuz mine are and wouldnt they rust?

ThePapaGoat: 4:07 scared the shit ou of me!

HairGirl247: @hemmerable you are so welcome!

Lauren Coughlin: Really cool trick

FLORDORMIDA: You are so beautiful and smart. Thanks!

Steffanie Hayden: If you’re tired of your hair style and sick of waiting for your hair to get to the length you want, sick of chemicals, sick of thin lack lustra hair? THEN GO TO ZALA AND PURCHASE YOURSELF SOME HAIR EXTENSIONS, SEERIOUSLY BAD HAIR DAYS ARE A THING OF THE PAST!

Kris: What kind of extensions are these?

Purple Moon: That's is the surest and fastest to ruin your own hair!

Alexandra Fierce: Smart. I like

Belinda B-RN: You look like Lo from Laguna Beach/ The Hills! Great video!!

vikki12307: when you braided your hair the first time..it looked like someone was braiding it other than you...rather freaky aha. good vid though thanks

HairGirl247: @smbarak2000 aww im so glad!

Casey Noble: never buy EURONEXT clip in hair extensions they suck. they slip the clips fall off the tangle even without using them. They are also very thin

Susanna Rivera: dang thats a good idea

Ivana T: why don't u just tease your hair a lil bit at the place u want to put the extensions ?

Zasha Lugo: Thats so smart

Haley Kimmel: Because it is actually Yak hair.

HairGirl247: @wishofpurple :)

life7777: @loveablelondon yes

Michelle D. Arnold: THIN HAIR?? my hair was sooo embarassly thin until i put some ZALA tape extensions in!! cant get over the insane difference to my self confidence.
