So, I do know that there are bigger things going on in the world but I just wanted to share my tiny frustration with you guys. This was my first impressions after receiving my Luxy Hair Extensions, I ordered the color MOCHA 220G set.

This is to be a joke. I feel so robbed right now. Hi guys. Welcome back to my channel today is gon na, be a Lexie hair extension review. So, if you're interested in knowing about my experience with Lexie hair, then just keep you learning on what the title is. So you already know that this was a fail and me and post editing. I already know that this is a fail, but when I was actually getting these I was very excited and extremely hopeful. So let's pretend like we don't already know what's gon na happen, and I will walk you through my process of buying these hair extensions. So first thing I do. I go straight to Google Lexie hair extensions. I already knew what I wanted. I already knew. I was gon na try this brand. If you scroll down the websites really cute, it shows you actually who wears these hair extensions and beach. Okay, Kim Kardashian is wearing these hair extensions. Is that what you're telling me right now, all these cute girls, all their hair, looks so cute. So I'm like yes, me help me choose. I don't know what I'm doing it takes you through a little step by step, which is cute, so I wanted to add volume and Link okay and in the next slide it shows you short or long hair. I have short hair if I'm looking at this diagram. Okay, so I click it thick, thick hair. It has a cute little section to pick out your color. I purchased these at the beginning of this week and I actually got them yesterday in the mail, and this is what it looks like. I'M gon na cover my address for you guys so inside. I have my return slip in case they don't work and also the box and inside here we have our touch strip and then behind that we have our hair in our box. This is gon na, be your hair extension weft that you get to try with your actual hair before you open the full box, because once you open the box, you actually can't return the hair right off the bat. I have owned a lot of hair before all kinds of hair extensions. I used to order off of this Chinese website and I know, like people always want to talk junk about Chinese hair sites, but it was the best hair extensions I've ever had. I dyed them. So many times - and they lasted so long, but I did have Bellamy hair at one point and I was kind of disappointed with those. So these are really soft. It comes with a nice little curl already in it. That'S cute color wise looks pretty good. Yes cute. I like it, I did get the 220 grams set in mocha, so that looks like it would definitely work. The band right here is pretty thick and I have had the ones where the clips are just sewn on to the weft and they do tend to fall apart pretty easily. So hopefully these don't well so now that we've seen the tester piece, I definitely want to open these and it does stay right here. I just want to note that it says you cannot exchange a return once this is opened. This top part is gon na come out, and your hair extensions are gon na, be right inside there. Also in this hairnet, which normally hair extensions come in that as far as storage goes, this is really cool. I like that first impressions, it's not as thick as I thought it would be. To be honest with you, I have had 220 gram hair extensions before and I feel like my hair is super thick, so I'm hoping that this is going to actually do something because I feel like I would want just one of these on one side of my Head so I'm kind of nervous about that, but overall it's really soft. The color is perfect, so we're gon na actually put these in as a demo. So I can show you exactly what they look like and also for me, because I've never put these in. So, overall we have two four Clips: two three Clips, two two clips and for one clips and honestly I much rather have another three clip or another two clip, I'm not a big fan of one clip, just not my things. I straightened my hair out for this. Just so I could can have the straightest amount of hair possible, so we can actually see how these look, because normally this is how I'm going to wear them. I just am NOT a fan. I have a lot of hair. Okay, I have a lot of hair, which is why I got the 220 grams, but when I'm just looking at this, it just does not seem like 220 grams. I just I don't know man. I just don't feel like. This is enough, hair that had 220 grande extensions before and I've not really had to do this before I just don't I mean look at this, you guys look how much hair I have. I'Ve already used three pieces. I already have three pieces in my hair and you cannot even tell I'm gon na be so mad if I just spent almost three hundred dollars on hair and it's not even enough hair like this is my last big clip. This looks like like what like how stringy it is like it doesn't. Even look like I have Aaron he's crazy. This is absolutely crazy. I'M just gon na put these in. I already know I hate them, but I'm sure I put the night. How is this 220 grams honestly? How is this 220 grams? I am like so pissed off right now. Well, this is with every piece in my head right now. Look at that. What, where is the hair? Where is the hair I'm seriously about to cry right now, like really, this seriously has to be a joke? Did I even get the right ones? This looks so bad. Do you best believe I put Internet? It works so good when you look at yourself in a camera, but can I just show you because look at the thickness version between look at that look at this? This is how much hair you get. This is 220 grams I'll. Do not waste your money, because this is ridiculous. I could have seriously bought the Bellamy hair and it would have at least cover my head. What is not a full head of hair? This is somebody with thin hair. This would be enough for them, which is why I'm just thinking to myself. This cannot be my order, 220 grams, and I was supposed to get hair clips, so I was supposed to get hair clips. Those didn't come like I can see all of my hair literally. I can see it and I feel like this is exactly why the one clips pissed me off, because I would have much rather preferred to have a giant with a volumizing weft and then put two four clips to three clips into two clips. That would have been enough hair for me, I feel so robbed right now. It'S not even thick on the ends like I can see all of my hair back here and look just as satisfying you guys, cuz. I know you're gon na sit here and talk like I did something wrong. I am 26 years old. I have been wearing hair extensions for 10 years. Okay, like it's not even cute, I want to cry, and now that I tried it on, I can't return it because I put it on my head and you would have never known that it wouldn't seem be enough hair if I would have never put it on My head, if you think about ordering this hair, don't just don't. I would rather go for bellamy hair than this, and this is more expensive and that's why it's killing me is that I just spent over $ 200 on hair extensions like a dump to get this stupid. It look how thin this is. I hope that if somebody from luxy hair is watching this, maybe these reviews that are saying that this is great hair sure, maybe the hair is good. It is soft, it is nice, but you're not putting enough hair in here to label this as 220 grand point of this review. Don'T buy the hair, don't do it? Don'T waste your money? Well, you guys, I'm so sorry that this was such an extremely unpleasant video. They had such a pleasant shipping experience and a shopping experience that for me to get my hair finally and be disappointed as a customer. It'S just honestly so annoying normally I get two hundred and fifty, but to be quite honest with you, thirty grams is not that big of a difference between two hundred and twenty and two hundred and fifty, and they didn't have a two hundred and fifty option. For me, which is why I went with the two twenty, because that's what the site recommended for me. I am 100 % disappointed. I feel like my money has been completely wasted. This was a total waste, but it leaves something good can come out of this because now you know not to buy this hair. So that's my review, so that's all. I have to say about that. If you guys liked this video give it a like, if I actually gave you some insight and changed your mind on purchasing this hair, I'd really appreciate it. If you would give me a like, because I feel like the more people that see this video, hopefully the less people will be buying from this company and yeah. I'M disappointed, I'm pissed off. I just wasted money, so bye,

Mathew Creative fansand ASMR video: I’ve tried a lot of hair extensions including Bellami. I’ve also been wearing hair extensions for more than 13 years. I absolutely LOVE Luxy. I noticed two things that would have made your experience better. Every time I buy hair extensions the first thing I do is wash them good then let them air dry then style. You will instantly see the difference as they expand and get full and more volume. The other thing I noticed was that when you put these in, your hair was extremely straight and the hair extensions had a curl to them. There was no way that was going to blend in no matter how many grams of hair you put in. What you need is a point cut to break up the hard line and try them on once you’ve washed and straighten them. Hope this helps anyone who got discouraged with this post. I will make a review once I get my new set in the mail.

Veronica Cross: I have 4 sets if luxies... 220grams, 180grams, 140grams and 120grams. I have never had this issue with luxy. The first issue I have with this is I have never had a set that came curled. Also with your hair being in a blunt cut your hair should have been curled or the back should have been pulled up. O love luxy and have always been satisfied!!!!
96estelle69 : Girl, I feel your pain watching this. The fact that it is such a huge and blatant ripoff is infuriating, and yet everyone online seems to love them. I have had so many issues with my Luxy hair extensions. The worst though in my opinion was when they melted when I put my flat iron on them, after I went through so many hoops trying to get my hair color right and them to blend. It looked like you straightened them, did yours melt too?

I ordered hair extensions from a Chinese website years ago and I LOVED them. They were soo perfect, and I literally did not have to do anything to my hair, it just blended so well. Alexis: This exactttttt same thing happened to me. I bought the same set in a lighter shade and no where near enough hair. On top of that, not sure if you mentioned the quality or not but to me it felt awful. It didn’t match my hair texture and just felt so synthetic. So crazy you put this out here and I feel for you it sucks wasting so much money :(

Very thin. Stringy, the hair groups together all in tendrils. They must have 3 sets on in those influencer photos.

Dani Fiore: This happened to me and I got sucked into buying another whole set. I just spent another two hours trying to blend two 180g wefts together and it still wasn’t working. My hair cut is the exact same as yours too. I agree that the wefts are way too thin on the ends and it’s so hard to blend them in. I feel like they only work for people with thin hair/damaged ends because my thick ends are not blending at all

Sophia Julia: I had the same thing happen to me, I ordered a 240g set, my hair is not even as thick as yours, just very, very curly and a lot of it, but it WOULD NOT blend, I tried everything, straightening my own hair, curly it together, curling the extensions to match my own curl pattern, nothing worked, being naturally curly, my hair always has layers. I am truly convinced, I did not get as much as I had asked for. The hair on the wefts did not feel thick, it also knotted together a lot, and it was super stringy like yours.

Brittany Boucher: They have volume bundles! If you would have taken the time to actually look at the website you would have seen that. Volume bundles are exactly for people with blunt haircuts and thick hair. I have a volume bundle and it’s more than enough hair. Also the longer the hair the thinner it will be, hence why you should have gotten the volume bundle.

Virlly Chapple: Guys, but you have to know with short hair is really hard to blend hair clip-in extensions. This happened to me with the Doores 120g, I was dissatisfied but then I realized that depending on how thick is your hair, you'll need 2 o more packages minimus, for full head you need more, and I think for very short hair semipermanent are better.

Both sisters were still on YouTube full time back than. Mine still are going strong. If I were you, I’d reach out to them and see. Tag them on your video and see what they say.
Living life with Jess: I chose the quiz and picked thick short hair and it was recommended to get 265 grams . I’m not sure why would you have purchased 220 grams with you think hair and type of cut. Hopefully you found a solution to make it blend but I would say always go for the thickest Set

Liz Hale: So the thickness matched my SUPER thin hair (barely) but Let’s not even BEGIN to talk about how they look like a frizz moth ball after just a FEW MONTHS of use. I’m convinced they are not 100% human hair as well. My foxy locks ones were cheaper, thicker, and lasted me 3 1/2 YEARS of daily use before they looked THIS frizzy and damaged. I’m forced to throw them in the trash. The quality of hair HAS to be the lowest grade human hair available OR it’s not 100% human hair (which I am convinced it’s not because color remover doesn’t work on it like it did my foxy locks ones).
Racheal: I have thinner hair and it’s short so I bought the silicon band kind 20” 180g and the silicon one is said to lay flat against your head. It DOESNT. They are so soft and nice but the bands show all the time and do not lay flat....when I try to get them flatter they pinch and pull my hair
Violet Night Skyie: Sis. You have to braid the bottom so when you pull all the hair to the front the ends dont show Also. You have to blend it by straightening your hair ends inward. You cant just leave your hair as is, without working it in, and combing it, and stuff

Sugar Ann: I had a good set from them about 6 months ago, I just ordered a new set and am jarred. My box arrived OPEN, so I can't even return them??? The ends are so thin! There are split ends throughout! Silicone blobs at the ends. I also weighed them (yeah, I'm that extra) and they weigh 159g WITH clips, I weighed clips out separately and they are about 20-22g. "Beard hairs" that short layer of hair is pretty common with machine wefts so I wasn't too upset about that, but I can't even call these average. I wouldn't be surprised if once I wash them and the silicone coating comes off they'll look more damaged. I guess companies do this to make damaged hair from colour processing look better. They also offered me $10 credit to leave a review on Trust Pilot which is against their rules, and the company basically shrugged me off. SMH!

Jessica Coleman: this def does not look like 200+ grams of hair. i have fine hair and have ordered from them before... i got the 180g seamless extensions and i was happy with them at first, they blended well, etc. after the first wash it just went completely downhill from there. i wear a lot of hairspray because with the texture of hair i have, i have trouble getting curls to hold so... after like 5 wears, it was time for a wash. the hair started to fray, break, and i’m not sure if it was all the heat i was putting on them (which was not much at all) or what but. i def will not be ordering from luxyhair again.

Michaela.: I'm only saying this because I've used this brand and they are amazing but, I think it's your cut rather than their product. I suggest bringing your extensions to a stylist and having them layer your hair with the extensions in so that they can layer those as well. This will help them blend and not be so blunt looking and I think once blended properly you'll appreciate them a lot more. Hope this helps you. :)

Naomi: People in the comments are saying your haircut is too blunt for extensions when its not. The extensions are just too thin for your hair. I suggest Bellami Boogati. Not all Bellami hair extensions are the same, some sets thinner than others. Boogati is the thickest and will fill your hair completely.

Manifesting Maren: Ive used SO MANY BRANDS of hair extensions and these were a let down...u can also tell they use synthetic hair mixed in with real..its shiny..and unnatural..I ordered the thicker set and the ends are still thin and didnt last long...honestly sally beauty euronext I always go back to..ya they're a tad thin but they're the best quality I've tried I've tried foxy locks , head candy, luxy, lush, belami etc ..and sallys I always fall back on Sometimes u just may need more than one box if u have thick hair

Heather Horsfall: You can’t just Clip extensions in your hair fresh out the box and expect to look great? You haven’t styled or washed them. Also sometimes with thick hair you may need a few more rows of hair. Just order more
