Hey Lana, I purchased two sets of curly clips one set last year and the other about three or four months ago. I died both sets. I noticed that after a while, the hair felt dry and when a hold moisture, because I wasn't taking care of them like I was supposed to in order to bring my clips back to life, I simply finger detangled. First then, I have boiled water on the stove and added in a conditioner made by organics. I let the clip sit in the boiling water for about one to two minutes and allow the clips to air dry overnight once fully dry. The clips felt like I had just took them out of the package all over again, even the clips I purchased last year. I just want to share that with you just in case. One of your other buyers have the same problem: Jasmin you're Jasmin. You are a genius thanks for the tip I'm going to go. Try it now, Lana the boiling water seemed to do two things enhance the curls and smooth the hair. I didn't apply a leave-in because I want to see what the hair would look like without one, but if I had the my fro collection would have been a lot more moisturized. Okay guys. So here are some takeaways number one try this at your own risk. Curly Clips is not responsible. If you do this and something goes wrong. Number two test this out on a two clip weft. First, if you like the results, then do the whole set number three use: cool water to rinse out the conditioner you apply after you boil the hair number four. I wouldn't do this often only when you're trying to squeeze a bit more life out of your hair. Extensions number five different conditioners might produce different results. If I could do it again, I would try coconut milk organics, like Jasmine, suggested number. Six always use a good leave-in conditioner with a micro collection. Do you have a care tip? You would like to share. Tell me in the comments and I'll make a video about it, thanks for watching, and I hope this helps thanks for the tip jasmine tea, bye,

Zabbyrina: Very well made video! Smart idea with the first scene! I love my kurly klips, will be bringing them back to life this weekend!

tensjunkie1: Hi, I finally tried this technique, slightly modified. I put my 17 month old Mermaid Fro in a clean bowl of hot water straight from the tap with a couple squirts of conditioner. I let it soak for about 15 minutes. My clips were totally revived. I ended up doing my Shoulder Chic Fro (12 months) right after. Thanks!

liveloveGlam: That's such a helpful tip! Great demo/video :)

Jalaiza Tan: Is that applicable to synthetic extensions?

KING: I love this because it's a real person owned business who actually cares!

Misaki Ya: For conditioner can I use coconut oil?

Dawn Carpena: how about virgin coconut oil first then condition the hair after boiling?

Nefertiti_goddess: I have to admit mine are quite well worn. they are not very old but I've worn them non-stop since I opened the box. I'm wondering if I should do this

Venus G.: I like that you did a demonstration of the tip your customer gave.

Aids Trees: Is this method only for curly extensions? or for straight too?

Lyn E: Miss Lana where are the WIGS!!!!! I love your product I wear my clips everyday and I love the customer service I truly believe that slowly but surely you are going to develop an amazing reputable company ... thats the only reason I have not bought a human hair fro from another company but a sista is getting tired of waiting... what's up?

Roman Reigns: Hey what did you put in the water when it was boiling?

GirlFromSweden 1: Hi, I ordered clip ins like a week ago. Already the first day I installed them they started to get mattes up, when I comb through is gets so flowy, but 15-20 minutes later they start clumping, its not tangles. I dont know what they did to the hair before sending It but would this help? I also washed It 2 day after I got it, It helped a bit but not really

Nefertiti_goddess: then again I don't think I'll risk it.... I'll just go wash mine when I take them out

Ari T: Lol I saw a comment I posted when you showed the Instagram pics. I did a double take LOL!
