Hey everyone, its Carla and today's video is going to be my how to apply clip ins in this video, I'm using my better length, extensions, which I absolutely love, but yeah here is my before and after and let's just get started. So the first thing I like to do is take my paddle brush and just brush down all of my natural hair. Then I start taking my extensions and what I do is section off the very bottom portion of my hair, and then I obviously put the rest up and what I am starting out with is a smaller, no, a big clip for meddlings cuz. There are four two clips and there's two wider ones and I'm starting out with the two wider ones for the bottom halves of my hair so yeah. That is what it looks like and then I just brush it through. Then I take the other y2 clip and I make another section off and I clip that right down as well. Then I'm sectioning off another section, as you guys can tell, and I'm going to be, putting a three clip. I start by clipping the middle clip and then I clip the two side clips to just have more control of my short Center so yeah. That is what it looks like so far so from there I obviously make another section, as you guys can tell it's a pretty repeated process or repetitive process, but yeah I'm going to be taking another three clip and I'm just going to be obviously clipping it in So then, I'm going to be making a section kind of u-shape and I'm going to be taking the giant four clip from better lengths. Obviously - and I'm just going to be clipping that all around my hair, but I'm not going to clip it entirely - I'm gon na start at the edge and then work my way through and then, as you guys can tell. The other side has no hair extensions. So then, I'm going to go in with my small two clip and clip that in on the side to have a perfect like u-shaped with the extensions. So then I obviously start to comb my hair down and that's pretty much it on that side. So I'm going to take my heat protectant and I just put this all on my hair and then I straighten it out, don't mind the steam, it's just from the oil from the protectant so yeah. That is what that site looks like. So I like to have less hair on that side because there's obviously a smaller amount of hair on that side. So then, I just take the last clip, which is the two clipper, and I put that in on the other side, to make that site, thicker and more realistically thick, because there's more hair on that side. If that makes any sense so then I am going to do my bangs and I actually use a B hair extensions for this. I just cut my older extensions, so I can have really thick swoopy bangs and this is a two clip right cut and I just clip that in going forward to like, I said, have a swoopy effect and then I also use a one clipper and clip that In so it's a little bit thicker so yeah guys. That is pretty much how I cook in my extensions. I wanted to make a very detailed tutorial because a lot of you guys like how I do it so I said why not show you guys exactly how it's done. Kenysha U: I use the same heat protector- i find if you apply it to your hair when it is damp and let it air dry it doesn't leave the hair feeling slick or greasy, then i blow dry with it only, the product is too thick for me to use with a straighter. I use a mist heat protector instead to keep my hair from feeling heavy, try that instead!
