Hey guys welcome back in today's video, i'm gon na be doing a first impression, slash review on these amazon halo extensions. Let me tell you i'm so obsessed and i'm definitely shook on the quality and just the color of these extensions. I'M also going to be doing a demonstration on how i apply it on my hair tips and tricks definitely learn from my mistakes, because i definitely screwed up in the beginning, but you'll see why the brands of these extensions are called cecina, socina hair and i did Purchase these from amazon and they were super affordable. I'M definitely shook on the quality. I definitely want to pick up more colors so before we jump right into the video, don't forget to hit the subscribe button down below, so you guys can see more videos like this. In the future, also, don't forget to follow me on instagram luna, so you guys can see a little bit more behind the scenes and if you guys are interested on my first impressions review, slash demonstration on how i apply these halo extensions from amazon, then just continue Watching alright, so the first thing i'm going to do is curl my hair really quickly and if you guys are interested on how i achieved my beachy effortless waves, i will link a video down below um. I did do like a full blown tutorial on how to achieve my beachy waves products i use and all that so, if you're interested definitely check out that video, but i'm just going to quickly curl my hair, really quick and then we'll be right back. Okay, i'm back and my hair is nice and curled um again. If you guys are interested, i will link a video down below on how i curl my hair but um. I do want to talk about these halo extensions. I bought from amazon, i'm so excited because i'm shook the quality and the color of these. It'S really really nice and it was super affordable. So when i was on amazon, i did search up halo extensions, and this was one of the brands that i found first and i had really good reviews. So i wanted to try it out and i was like well if it doesn't work out i'll, just return. It because amazon has like a really good return policy, so they do have a lot of colors, which is really nice, so it can definitely match a lot of different hair colors. They do even have like ombre highlighted, i'm not sure if they have balayage, but they do have highlighted ones which is really nice um. I think they have like 15 colors, but they only have two lengths. They have 16 inch and as well as 20 inch. I did get the 20 inch because i feel like my hair right now is 16 inch, maybe 18. it is getting longer um. So i did pick up the 20 inch and i'm just like amazed by the quality. A couple years ago i did purchase the halo, couture um, halo extensions. These are super super expensive. I mean the quality is definitely you know better than these, but for the price this is so worth it. These at costs are like 500 400 dollars, it's insane, but this one specifically is ombre balayage, it is 22 inches and it is a layered cut. So it's very specific. So that's why it's a little bit more. It'S not like a solid black color with just like one length. It is like the longest thickest amount of hair. You can get from halo couture. So that's why it was really expensive. And honestly, i don't wear this that much. I think i wore a couple times when my hair was a little bit more blonder. It'S just a lot of hair and it's super heavy. I wish you guys can like feel this. It'S really really heavy. I feel like when i put it on. It looks super unnatural and i don't know it's just like too much hair for me, so i did want to try something a little bit more realistic and lightweight, and nothing too too long, but just to give me a little bit of added length. So that's why i did pick up this one, and this color is okay yeah, the one i did get is color p18 um slash 613 and i did get the 20 inch and the cost of it was 109, which is amazing. I mean the quality of these. Are really really nice and again they do have a lot of colors. You can pick from um, so it's not bad for the price and it is prime, so i did get it in two days, which is really nice and when you get it in the mail, i just come in like this really cute, like pink box packaging. I'M not gon na lie. I was really nervous opening it because it did come like in this like clear bag, and when i took it out, i was like okay, the color, the color seems okay, and it did come like like tied up like this, and it had like these ties here. So i did have to collect those plastic ties to like open it up and i got so scared because, as you can see here, as you can see here, i thought i broke the elastic and i was freaking out it's supposed to be like this. That way, you can kind of adjust it to your head shape and that way you can customize it to your head shape so yeah. I was freaking out a little bit. I thought i cut the elastic and i thought i screwed it up. They do send you a clip which is nice and as well as a comb, and they do give you some more elastic and like some clips, so it can stay extra secure in your hair. So i'm just going to quickly demonstrate how i like to put it on my hair and we are going to curl them, obviously, because my hair is curled. So the first thing you want to do when you apply halo extensions, is you want to section off kind of like a halo section in your hair, so kind of think about it like if you're wearing a crown like a tiara, you want to do like a Halo section you do want to keep a couple inches from the front, so it looks more natural and, depending on the thickness or the thinness of your hair, it's going to depend how big or how little your crown section is going to be, or your halo section. So then, we're just going to clip it up like this, i'm going to use my clip when you do get your package, it does show you exactly like what to do and how to adjust it to your head shape. So i am going to kind of pull the straps a little here just like that, and you can kind of pull this here to make it tighter, but i'm going to make it a little loose just to see where i want it on my head first. So we're just going to place that right. I don't know if you guys can see so we're just going to place this right over our halo section and then i'm just going to show you the back. So as you can see, it is a little bit bigger. So what we're going to do is, i don't know if you guys can see a little bit here, but what we're going to do is kind of make it a little tighter by pulling this here and we're just going to pull it just to make it a Little bit tighter, so, as you can see so, as you can see now, it fits perfect so before i tie it to make it permanent, i'm just going to unwrap this just to see if it's exactly where i want it to be. Now i'm just going to take my comb and just kind of brush the hair, so it can kind of blend in and doing this part is going to hide the band a lot, so you can't see it at all. I'M actually going to take my wet brush and just kind of brush through my hair and the extensions just to make everything super blended. So i think i like where it's at right now. I don't think i want it any higher any lower. So, as you can see, and it feels pretty secure on my head - so i think that's exactly where i want the elastic band to be so now that we have it measured. I'M gon na go ahead and secure it and it says on the instructions you're supposed to do like a couple knots and then cut the excess miracle wire. So that's what we're gon na do right now, so i did section off the top halo section here and now we're just going to take this off carefully. Okay, so okay, so i think you're supposed to so. As you can see, this is the knot i attempted to do and i think you're supposed to tie it like this. So it is important that you take your halo off before you cut it, just to give it a more accurate knot and i'm going to do several knots, because i don't want this thing to like budge and honestly, i'm not gon na cut the entire string off. I'M just gon na leave a little bit hanging just in case. I need to adjust it again, not on the halo now we're just gon na pop it back over and that's why it's important to keep your halo section kind of secured. So you know exactly where you're gon na place it. Okay, honestly, i think i tied this a little too tight, so hopefully it fits okay yeah. I think i tied it too tight, but we'll make it work, i'm literally having technical difficulties. 2. 000 years later. All right, 10 years later, so i tied the elastic way too tight when i took it off, so definitely try to tie it when you have it positioned on your, like section like where you want to have it or when you're taking it out, try to hold The string and be careful taking it off and then tie it, because if not, you can definitely tie away too much and then it won't fit your head properly or it might be just too tight um. Thank god. This brand sent another pair of string and like the little beads, so i just like hopped on youtube and found a video on how to like, like restring it like, take it out completely and, like add a new string. That was a mission. It literally took like 30 minutes to do that. So now that i have it adjusted, i'm just gon na do like one more knot just to make sure it's like extras tight and then now it should fit properly. On my head, yeah fits perfect hallelujah, so i would say my biggest tip is when you're measuring it on your hair, make sure you kind of do it closer to the front, rather it being super far back because then it's not going to blend well, when you Have it on your hair, and i just like brushed all my curls i'm going to have to like re-curl some pieces? Oh my god! This is way. Oh, my god. This is so much better like where i had it before wasn't bad but like it was too far back and you can definitely see the left of hair, but now it's definitely hidden, as you can see now that my curling iron is heated up, i'm just going To go ahead and take random sections of the extensions, i'm probably going to clip up this top section here just so, i can see where the halo is at and since these are brand new extensions, they're, probably not going to curl as good as when you wash Them because they're brand new hair, but once you wash the extensions they start to look like real hair and they hold a curl better. So now that i have the extensions curled, i'm just going to re-curl some of my natural hair, because i had technical difficulties. Obviously so i did brush out a lot of the curls, so i'm just going to re-curl those pieces guys. Please learn from my mistake: do not tie it too tight, because then it's going to be obviously way too tight and it's not going to fit your head properly and you don't want to mess it up and then you're gon na have to like restring the whole Halo, these extensions are amazing. I'M obsessed, i'm just gon na, do a light coat of hairspray, especially on the extensions since they're brand new okay. I think this side isn't that bad, i'm just going to curl like this front piece here all right. I think we're good. So now i'm just going to do another light coat of hairspray and focus in it more on the extensions. Oh, my god, i'm so obsessed. It looks so good again, like the quality of the hair is just amazing, like i'm so shook, and this blends with my hair perfectly. I was a little worried and if you feel like your natural hair is like peeking through a little bit and you want it to blend a little bit more just curl those ends so that way they blend with the extensions there. We go we're gon na curl. Wait we're gon na curl this piece just like the very ends so that way they can blend with the extensions okay. You guys definitely need to check this brand out. It'S definitely amazing, it's so affordable and it's amazing i mean who doesn't want longer thicker, hair and for the price it's so worth it, and it feels really secure on my head, especially that i readjusted it. So this is what it looks like in the back. I don't know if you guys can see, let me get my little mirror, so i can see back here so yeah. This is what it looks like from the back. As you can see, it's super blended. I love the halo extension specifically because it's super easy to apply on your hair and it's not like um clip in extensions where you have to do like separate sections. You got ta tease your hair, you got ta clip it and then you got to like. You know blend it with your natural hair, the halo effect just kind of blends, with your hair perfectly and you don't have to tease it's definitely the safest and the healthiest type of extensions you can use again. This brand is super affordable compared to like the halo couture, which was like almost 500. It was insane. I don't even wear this that much because it's just like too much hair and it doesn't look natural on my hair um. So i do love this a lot. More, it's definitely lightweight again. You can wash the hair and style it. You can use heat on it, i'm not sure how it dries naturally, but we will see whenever i wash it so that completes my first impressions on the amazon halo extension specifically from this brand. It'S called cecina, so cena hair. There we go cecina here. Um definitely recommend this brand. I know they sell other different brands on amazon, but definitely check out this brand. It'S definitely amazing. Good quality super affordable. They have tons of colors. Thank you so much for watching. If you guys enjoyed this video, don't forget to give it a thumbs up.
