Hi gorgeous today's video is all about hair color. One of the most popular questions that I get asked all the time is: what color do you use for your hair? So I wanted to make a video addressing that specifically now I go to a salon and I pay a lot of money to have them. Do my hair color every 5 weeks and it's hard for me to tell you what color? That is because it is custom-made for me, but I partnered up with Madison Reed, and I put them to the test to find out if they could match the customized salon. Color that I've been using for a lot less money and I would be able to share it with you. So that was the challenge for this video and I'll. Show you what it looks like at the end. Let you know if they really did meet my expectations or not when I was researching Madison Reed. The first thing that stood out to me was that their hair color does not contain any harsh ingredients, so there's no ammonia, no parabens, no gluten, etc, etc. And I love that, in addition to the root touch-up, I also got a color reviving gloss in copper gold tones, and this is used on the ends of the hair to refresh the color first things. First, we're taking the conditioning, color, activator and mixing it in with the color shake shake shake mix that up real well put on your super duper. Fancy gloves, aren't those fancy. They also include a cleansing, wipe and a barrier cream. Just in case you need it. I typically don't use these things, but it's nice to have them just in case then apply everybody has their own way of applying hair color. I like to start at the roots. First really rub it in and then go to my ends, but I'm only showing you the root touch-up in this video, because camera stopped recording halfway through unbeknownst to me. So I couldn't show you the end application with the color reviving gloss. But you get the idea. They also include a cute little shower cap, so you don't stain anything around you, while you're waiting for the color to develop. They also included small samples of their color, enhancing shampoo and conditioner to use after rinsing the color out, but they do have a full product line and these help to protect your hair not only from heat damage, but also daily UV fade and they smell great sulfate. Free is also very important when it comes to using products on your hair after hair color, because sulfates tend to fade hair, color much faster and for comparison's sake. Here. My usual salon, color, is pictured on the left and the Madison Reed color is pictured on the right now. The color is not an exact match to what they give me in the salon. I feel like the salon. Color is a little lighter in a little bit. More copper and tone, but this color is a really beautiful red. It'S not one that I would turn down and I would absolutely use Madison Reed again to get this beautiful color that they gave me and I, like all of the facets of the products that they sent the company. The customer service very pleased with every single thing about this company. So if you've been interested in Madison, Reed you're looking for a new hair color service to try - or you want to try out the color that I'm wearing here, because it is so pretty - I will have all the information listed for you below can't recommend them enough. Let me know if you've tried, Madison Reed yourself and what you think about them. Thanks for watching see you next time, you

TheLizzifer: I absolutely adore your hair colour, and I always have. I wish I could get mine looking like this but can't afford to get it done at the salon with the economy being what it is up here and I doubt Madison Reed would save me any money. But when things turn around I'll give it a shot, so thank you for doing this video.

K Madsen: I've been using Madison Reed for over a year after using Revlon for eons. I love it! It much more gentle on my naturally curly hair and it doesn't fade hardly at all unlike the Revlon. It also doesn't cause my scalp to burn like most box dyes. I did try the gloss once and hate it though.

Deborah McLaughlin: LOVE your hair color!     : )BTW-would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it if you shared how you did your brows for your hair color.  They look amazing - and it's difficult to get copper red brows - and you managed to do yours spot-on!  : )    : )

Cheryl Masaveg: I actually Love this little bit of a deeper red on you! I am a cosmetologist, So I make my own custom mix for my hair as Well. It's part of the beauty of playing with that kind of stuff! lol

Miss A: This color looks far richer. I watch you all the time & this seems to be a much better tone on your skin/face than your other copper lighter tone which I feel washes your skin out. I opened this video and I thought HOLY MOLY her color looks INCREDIBLE!!! Stick with the Madison Reed color....its truly stunning on you! You look gorgeous either way but this is really making your eye color pop!!

M B: The color I dye my hair is similar to yours, albeit brighter and less orange. It has now faded to a brownish-reddish orange-coppery color and I need to revive it, so I might try this since the color yours ended up being was REALLY close to my former color!! :D

Kathleen Nipp: Thanks Zabrena, I just ordered my first hair color, I used your code, looking forward to trying this.

B Silva: That's a beautiful color it looks gorgeous on you. My wife is now wanting to go blonde.

Miss Ellie: Just ordered everything you used. Been going red for a while now and it’s finally starting to stick.

Kamilla Iqbal: I dyed my hair red for a while and I loved it!

maestro22121: Your color is gorgeous! I do prefer the salon shade you showed on you, but this color is a bit richer of a red and looks just as beautiful on you!

Nicole: YESSSS!! I literally was so excited to see that you finally did this video!!! Thank you!

Melissa Walls: The Madison Reed color looks soooo much better than what your salon did. God bless you Zabrena and your sweet family..

Rachel Gifford: I can totally relate with the title of this video! Coppery red hair is so hard to obtain and then maintain! But it's worth it! ;)

Denise Marie: Great to have a very user-friendly hair dye, especially with baby cakes in your oven!

Linda Blackwell: I love love love your money saving tips and hacks! You haven't given bad advice yet. You check it out and pass on the good and the bad. So as a natural redhead with brown eyes myself and a pinkish skin tone as well, (ugh) and becoming a woman of a certain age. I adore your help. Thank you Zabrena! And the dupes skincare or cosmetics that save quite a bit of change, that are as good or even better, wow that is also impressive. Thank you Zabrena. I'm getting a few packages of the "white lie" lashes when you get the restock, impressively natural look! ❤❤

HolidayGolightlyify: Thanks for the video, but I must say that the color beforehand suited you amazing. It might be a washed out color, but it suits you amazing as well as that color in the little commercial at the end of your video. I love it.

Sarah Naramore: You are way to gorgeous. I just wanna say, I started watching you about a month ago, and I've already watched over half of your videos! I love you Zabrina!!

Dena Mcclure: Us redheads need help because red is hard to maintain. Thanks Z Gorgeous as always!!! Love Ya!!

Sammy Jayne: I absolutely love this hair colour xxx

hipretty: Still trying to get my hair back to my original red (got sick and it drastically changed) it was very similar to your original Zabrena. Although I love all shades of red and this vibrant red on you...I just want that gingery color I used to have.

Nanda GM: Te queda hermoso ese color

Ashleyyy: I'm officially in my second trimester and I'm wanting to dye my hair so bad. From your experience or subscribers, when did you decided to dye your hair when pregnant?

Ruth Jackson: Beautiful color on you. Love it.

roxanne: Zabrena you're so beautiful!! really love your videos :)

Airam B: Yellow looks great on you !

Rachel Harbaugh: I wanna say ur color formulation is an 8C which is a light copper blonde. All depends on what color line they use. I ❤️❤️❤️ coppers and copper reds!!!

Morgan A.E: sooooo pretty love it

Kaye Carter Mature Woman Daily Dose: Beautiful!!!

Laurence D.A.: Did you have enough with one kit for your whole hair? I have thick hair too, and I usually need like 40 boxes of hairdye kits to cover my whole head LOL

Jolene Rader: loreal hilift highlights from Sally's in the color magenta makes a beautiful vibrant red.

Chloe Liu: for a sec i thought this was a challenge where all the makeup on your face (excluding foundation and that stuff) has to be the same color as your face (i.e. eyeshadow, blush, lips)

Christy Angel: WOAH. I'm so early! LOVE this hair color on you Zabrena :D

Alejandra Galvan: ❤️❤️ So beautiful...You are a doll!! ❤️❤️

Giselle Rhruby: What hair color would you recommend? Esalon or Madison Reed? Which lasts longer?

mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell: When you get your hair done at the salon, do they bleach it for the red

Sidra Shaheen: Love your hair color

Riley McFadden: I love this color, it is natural you don't look like Howdy Doody.

Trace Miller: This is good news. I was a redhead before I entered my 50s. I may be again. :)

Christie Kavanaugh: I am.currently a medium red color. I'm wanting to go this color. My roots are naturally blonde so I know they don't necessarily need to be bleached...But does the length of my hair need to be?

Apricot Curls: If your looking for a cheaper, safer, (but doesn't last as long) non sponsored similar color then try Clairol Beautiful Collection Semi dye in Cedar. She used to use it and mentions it in older videos. Ive tried it and love it.

Jolene Rader: love the color. I'm checking out Madison reed.

Elizabeth Ann Desmond-Wright: I like the Maddison Reed hair color!!

Carolina Cambronero: Your hair is always so pretty. I'm curious... what's your natural color?

Ashley Rodriguez: what does the color look like in person ? your hair looks super bright orange red here , but in your next few videos the color looks like a light orange ? . wanting to try vesuvius red on my dark blonde hair , however , it says on the site its a natural looking fiery auburn which is what im looking for .... but it looks super bright on you .

Ann: I love it

ETHIOPIA HAGERA: Is it 100% gray coverage? Permanent color?

Teresa Haulbrook: Looks great.... what happened to Revlon butter cream colors and esalon you were using all of those we're beautiful too....but I am baby blonde or honey blonde my natural hair color .. I have too much golden under tones to wear mine red..... but I think on you and anyone with rose under tones look great...good to see you and hope you doing well..had your daughter started to move and kick you yet .. that is a wonderful close feeling when your baby moves...mine always picked night time to play...so my husband would rub my stomach and talk to him...go to sleep is bed time... Funny how time flys by....now my son is grown up and married and did the same thing to his son ...my handsome grandson.. see you soon take care of yourself .... looking forward to seeing her...Jett is so sweet and cute ...sure he will be a good big brother...

Pale And Red: They are not shipping internationally I am so sad

E Mc: You should try henna it dosen t fade and it looks like the color you have. It wont lighten your natural hair color though, so if you have light brown to blonde hair you can get that color.
