If your hair have become grey before time, First of all, let's discuss about the reasons for premature greying of hair. The very first reason could be genetics, Which means: if someone in your family has grey hair, then you can also have grey hair. You cannot avoid this phenomenon, but you can delay this. You can postpone this for longer period of time. That is very much possible. I have seen this happening personally. You will see the proof at various places on the channel that many people have seen tremendous changes After using the grey hair oil that I have prepared. So you can prepare that also for sure, Number 2 reason could be stress. How can this be the reason It is a reason for sure Stress can be happy one or sad one. Also, We connect stress to negative emotions, always that if we are sad, then we are stressed. That is why it is very important to remain calm and composed. If you are suffering from pre-mature greying of hair - and you do not have any reason to have that, It means you are taking stress so be relaxed, do yoga do pranayam Once you will relax and not take stress. Pre mature greying of hair will start subsiding. Third reason could be if you are touching your hands with salt to your hair. Yes, I am talking about you only, But nowadays everyone is washing their hands due to COVID, But you need to understand that when we eat chips, when we work in kitchen something or the other, You are bound to wash your hands after you do salt related activity Because salt is dehydrating, I have seen it myself that on touching hands with salt to hair will dehydrate your hair follicles, Due to which the cartridge of hair follicles that provides the pigment gets damaged, Which ultimately results in pre mature greying of your hair. I am again sharing a grey hair oil with you, Which can easily fix premature greying of your hair, But this is not a panacea. Along with this oil, you will have to take care of other dimensions. Also, It is not at all difficult, just take care of it, and you are good to go Premature. Greying of your hair will start getting reverse. What are they? The very first thing is, do not take stress, Be calm, be composed, and everything is going to be. Absolutely fine Take care of this thing and be relaxed. Another reason is any salt based activities. If you take care of this, then you can easily regulate premature greying of your hair. There are few nutrients that play very important role in our body. Like Vitamin A C E zinc phosphorous potassium Omega 3. Omega 3 is very, very important for your premature grey hair. You can keep this oil overnight. If you want to apply this oil 3-4 hours prior bathing, then you can do that as well. This is a very gentle oil. If you do not have premature grey hair and want to keep them naturally healthy, then also you can apply it. You can use it. This is very, very, very powerful oil Now for the preparation, take a bowl And add 500 ml oil to it. I am preparing 500 ml oil for myself, You can change the proportion, as per your need, absolutely no problem. After taking 500 ml Parachute oil in a bowl, I have taken Parachute coconut hair oil, which is generally available in almost every area. So you can use that If you are comfortable with any other coconut oil, then you can order that no problem at all Do not have any doubt in this. After taking 500 ml of oil, the very first ingredient that you have to infuse is Indigo powder, See, Indigo powder is a natural dye And when dye is infused in oil many a times the color fades away. But indigo is such a wonderful dye that you can infuse it easily in oil, But this infusion takes time. That is why I am telling you how to prepare the oil. I have used two table spoons of Indigo powder here. Number 2. Is you need two table? Spoons of Amla powder Do, I need to say anything about it. Amla powder has Vitamin C that refills the cartridge that gives the nutritional boost to your hair. You might know that Amla has all the nutritional values that is needed by the body to be alive. Amla is a magical superfood Amla is that super food which keeps all the nutrients intact, even when dried, And when you do the infusion in oil, all the properties come into. The oil Third ingredient that you have to use is Fenugreek powder, Which means Fenugreek. Seeds are grounded to powder. I have used market based Fenugreek powder here. If you want, you can prepare it at home. Also On grinding the Fenugreek seeds at home, the peel separates from the seeds, which needs to be strained. It is like wheat flour, So you can do that as well. As you are comfortable Two tablespoons of Indigo powder, two tablespoons of Amla powder, two tablespoons of Fenugreek powder. We are not using Fenugreek powder for color here, Indigo and Amla are for color. Fenugreek powder is for avoiding the dehydration that might occur in your hair. You are applying Indigo powder oil, so you might see dehydration in your hair. We are using Fenugreek to compensate this Because Fenugreek can prevent dandruff. That is why we are using Fenugreek here. As a doctor - And you will mix all of these properly, All the powders will start settling down in the oil, But this is not ready. Yet You will mix this properly. There will be lumps for sure, because the powders that we have used here forms lumps in oil, So you cannot mix it completely. What you are going to do next is, you will keep it covered And keep it in a dark place like cupboard. What will happen with this? By keeping the oil at dark place, the infusion process becomes faster. We are not applying heat right now, Because we want the oils and powders to mix properly. You can stir it in between 1 to 2 days. You have to do this. For 4 to 5 days Right, So you will let the infusion carry on for 5 days On fifth day, take the container out and keep it in double boiling method. It would be best if you will carry out all the procedure in a glass container, Avoid plastic Heat it properly. With the help of double boiler method. Stir it well, Everything will be infused together properly. If you want a proper timing, then you will heat it using double boiling method for 5-10 minutes, The oil will become lukeworm. Take that out, keep it covered and you can start using it. We have not at all applied heat to the oil. Heat has not been applied to the oil, We have just warmed up the oil using double boiler method, And that's all If you think that you won't be able to take care of the oil properly, Then you can even sun dry the oil. You can keep it under the sun before you are about to use it, and then you can bring it back. That is optional for sure, But you can do that also as such no problem After you strain it in a bottle after double boiling method, Your oil is completely ready, Take it in your hands and gently massage on your scalp. If you want, then you can apply on the lengths. Also absolutely no problem And wash it normally using shampoo. Does it smells? It does not smell at all. It'S a wonderful oil, If possible, warm the oil a little bit before every application And apply that lukewarm oil on scalp. You will get amazing results and also you will be relaxed And it will also fix premature greying of your hair. You are going to be really happy and that's the motive of the channel to keep you guys happy. This is a very simple method. You will get the ingredients easily and you can prepare it To all those people who are going to ask for substitutes. So every 6-7 days, I apply hair colour and sometimes only henna and sometimes henna and indigo. Giving you my history of hairs in brief so that you can suggest if this oil will be helpful in my case. I want permanent solution for my white shootbups.. atleast 15 din to niklein . Pls advise

Joti Bhel: 2 spoon Indigo powder 2 spoon Amla powder 2 spoon methi powder Coco nut oil Mix all the ingredients well and keep it in a dark place for 5 days. After five days use double boiling method. Use only glass jaar or bottle to store oil. Filter oil and keep it in a bottle for use. Thank you

Shalini R: We tried using on my sister, indigo and henna treatment as per your instructions but it was zero results, grey hair from the roots had light blue colour, which looked pathetic. We hv consulted a well-known Tricology specialist Dr for grey hair issue , this is what was told ""There are no treatments that are proven to treat (or reverse) gray hair. For now, the best choice for people who want to cover their gray hair is to use hair coloring, which can be temporary or permanent depending on the type."" So I'm kind of feeling sad for people who watch these videos and get high hopes
