Hey beauties, this is Sam from instant Beauty, hair extensions. So today I just wanted to talk about the best extensions for damaged hair, so you know I mean there are so many different methods out there and if your hair is damaged, I would definitely definitely suggest a method of extensions that isn't permanent. So I give you that advice, because if you can take out your extensions and give your hair regular treatments, that is the best way to you know recover from damage. So I don't recommend going for a method that is gon na stay in for a very long time, so you won't be able to give yourself those breaks and those treatments. So the methods I would suggest are maybe clip ins as long as you're, not gon. Na wear them every single day. Clippings are a great alternative, because this way you can give yourself long hair when you need it and give yourself breaks when you need it so for damaged hair. I would suggest clip-ins again, though, as long as you're not gon, na wear them daily. If you want to wear them daily, because your hair is, you know, really shorter you're, not happy with it at all, I would actually suggest micro, left or beaded weft, because this method of extensions lasts about 4 to 8 weeks, and you can take them out. As you need to, and there's no glue and there's really their non damaging it also, they won't cause any further damage, especially if they're applied properly and cared for properly. So my recommendation would definitely be beaded, weft or micro EFT for damaged hair, or, if you don't mind, taking them in and out clip ends would be your best option. So that's about it.
