Hi, I'm fashion, welcome to fab hair calm. Today, we're going to be learning how to remove a sewn-in install. I'M gon na use my mannequin to demonstrate. Let me tell you just really quick. First, my mannequin has an X in install put in, but I used blonde thread. The only reason I use blonde thread is so you guys could see at home how to remove it without having to get mixed up with the thread being black you're gon na be able to see detailed and exactly what I did. I used hair color weave, hair color that does not match the hair color of the mannequin, so you guys could see. So I don't want you to think once I'm doing my take out that you should be using blonde thread that doesn't match or weave hair. That does not match so, let's get started so we're here with the mannequin that has an install and we're going to make sure that the hair of the mannequin head is clipped up out of the way so you're gon na. Take that hair and clip it out of the way now either you can use scissors for removing or you can use a seam ripper. I like to use a seam ripper, because it's very easy, with the pointy end, to get underneath the thread and just snip it up. Okay, so I'm going to set my scissors down using the seam ripper you're, just gon na go inside where the thread is and take it off, just like that very very easy to remove tracks. Okay, just like that, you want to make sure that when you do it that you put your finger underneath the seam ripper, so you're not hitting your client in her head with any points or any sharp objects. So you're, just gon na take the seam out just like that all the way around it. Okay, just like that very easy. Let'S take out the next piece now once again, their hair is a different color and the thread is a different color. Just so you can see visually and that's the only reason it's a different color. Typically, you would want to use a thread color that obviously matches your clients, hair extension, weft and her own hair as well, when doing it install and obviously you want to reuse your hair again, so you're gon na make sure that you don't poke our cut or Snip any of the weave or weft hair. Okay, just like that, lay your track to the side, so you can reuse it so we're removing our last track. Once you remove your last track, then you're gon na take out any remaining string before you start to take your braids out, because the remaining string can get in the way when you're ready to loosen your braids, it's better to have somebody to remove it, then, for You to try to remove it yourself, then you're gon na undo, your braids, a good rule of measure when you're wearing it install, is not to keep it in any longer, then I'll, say 8 to 12 weeks, but definitely never never. Never! Ever over 12 weeks, ok - and there you have it - we've all removed you're going to comb through your clients, hair or your own hair with a large tooth comb and prepare your hair for your next install. Thank you so much for watching. My name is fashion and I'll, see you for the next video here on fab, hair, calm,
