Hello, everybody, my name is Christopher box and I am the hair extension geek. Today, I'm going to be going over my top 10 personal favorite hair extension companies that you should be getting your hair from. I want to dive in a little bit and explain how I chose these companies had five criteria. The quality of human hair, essential absolutely years and business played a factor, but it wasn't always a deciding factor. A lot of these companies have been in business for years and years, and some of them are relatively new, but I think you're totally kicking butt when it comes to bringing fresh new stuff to the hair extension industry number three successfulness of the attachment and what that Means is basically do they work in you know these companies provide products of from clipping tape in strand by strand, to even lock in methods in these actually work. I'Ve tried and tested and definitely approve these extension companies branding and marketing. Do they look good? I'M a big fan of beautiful packaging Apple has taught me that Starbucks has taught me that and I like the aesthetic way, that these companies bring their brands to life number five, my personal experience with the company most of these companies. Most of these hair extension manufacturers. I have met the owners, I have met them at trade shows or I'm really familiar with their product line, let's jump in, and these are in no particular order. I just kind of threw them down as they came into my mind. So number one on the list is Balmain. Hair extensions and Balmain makes a fusion double hair system volume and tape and clip ins. So they really got a one-stop shop going on there. What you may not know about Balmain is that they're actually a fashion house, so they produce amazing clothes that people wear. So you can go into Vogue. You can go on to Elle they're based out of Paris, so they they are affiliated with Balmain fashion house. So I like to think of them for the Americans out there, the Gucci of hair extensions, clicks clicks is a great product. They really have their stuff down. Their website looks great. I'Ve spoken with the owner multi times will use this brand in my salon. I love it because it's a very unique there's. Nothing else like this on the list. They stand alone, they're. Actually, a skin left with these locks, they're called hair locks that you pull your hair through and clamp down fast, easy, affordable. It is way way worth the money. What clicks so definitely check out clicks if you're into just something different, because they really do provide that easy, hair professional and they are near and dear to my heart, I have to be honest. You do a lot of work with easy, hair professional. I travel with them, they manufacture a product that I actually helped bring to market, so they do a tape in system and a clip in system and I'll tell you that in the salon that I run called the beauty box, we sell lots and lots and lots Of easy hair there damage-free super fast and easy hair is also known for the quality of their hair. Number five on my list is great links. They make a fusion hair extensions. Everybody has heard of great links. I think they do a good job with educating stylists. I think they do a good job with the quality of their hair number five hairdo this line is was a game-changer probably about five or six years ago, Ken Paves and Jessica Simpson came out with this line and totally dominated the market. Things have changed a little bit, ken and Jessica have kind of broken up a little bit, so you won't be seeing Jessica, Jessica Simpson on the packaging anymore. You'Ll you'll just be seeing Ken and that's pretty much it, but I like what Ken does with the line. He is very much about the do-it-yourself very quick and easy hair extension system that you can just pop in your head and go the only critique I have. Would be to really focus in on some of the things that people want. I really really miss the bump up the volume and, I think, they're a little scattered right now, but I think that they will actually make a really good comeback. Number six hair dreams. They are the mercedes-benz of extensions. They are probably one of the most expensive, if not the most expensive extension brands on the market, but they really are luxury they're known for the quality of their hair and they're, also known for the different types of bond size that they use. It'S actually a fusion hair, Chinchin system and a tape and hair extension system. I I'm a big fan. We use them at the salon. We sell a lot of the hair dreams if you're into the most amazing best thing ever. Hair dreams is what you absolutely totally need: number seven luxy, hair extensions. They are clip in hair extension system, okay, so these ladies, are totally killing it. If you don't know them, you should definitely check them out on their YouTube. I think they have something like 9 million views on their videos. I think they kick butt. I love their energy. I love their tutorials. Their extensions actually are really great and a super good value. The clip in value is out of this world and here's the thing once you buy the extensions there's a million bazillion videos that they show you how to actually use it style it and make it awesome. So I say: luxy hair extensions. Keep on rockin you've got my vote. Cinderella extensions. We'Ve got them with fusion and tape, hair extensions, they're kind of a standby. Most people have used the Cinderella hair there they're a pretty good company. I like them. I think they do a pretty good job so cap. They do fusion and tape and hair extensions. So cap is a great brand. I like that they have regional places that sell so cap, so basically stylist can go in and get education from them. We'Ve got one here, pretty locally we're based out of Dallas. So it's it's nice because I know they're really adding to the hair extension industry with education and basic awesomeness and number 10. We have ultra tress and they do fusion and tape in hair extensions. I hope this really helps. This is a great list of extension companies that are doing good for our industry and not creating junk. If you have any questions, please feel free to comment below and I will definitely get back to you. My name is Christopher box and I am the Harrison TV

Jenn D: She said the same thing regarding when they came out and how your hair will feel (which makes sense). I have to say I was in often for bond trims. She didnt say I needed to use any special hair care products just to not get oil at the bond IF I use it. I thought of them as an investment and took VERY good care of them. They seemed to fray at the bond a LOT and I only got about 3 months out of them Towards the very end of having them some even started to slide out. Thanks for getting back to me

Christopher Rosenthal: Hi Chris, I have been an extensions artist for years and am mostly now using I-tip style extensions because I can produce the smallest bonds that are consistent in shape and size. I can choose the best colour of the bond to blend in with the hair. They have almost no shedding and almost never fall out. I can re-install any that do fall out and reuse the hair on future applications. I use 909 Flashpoint from The Hair Shop. Do you have an I-tip brand that you prefer the best for hair quality etc.?

Geri McGuire: Hi Chris    I am a fan of Hairdreams. I have their extensions in my hair. I heard about their Top Piece and I purchased one from a salon in San Francisco. They colored it, cut it and gave my hair several kinds of treatments - about 1500.00 dollars. I left feeling great loving the piece. When I got home 2 hours away I felt the very top and it felt like they had been cutting the top with an electric razor on the very top. After a bout with chemo, my hair is very thin on top and I have an awful colic that is very large in the back of my head. My roots are white. I get my roots colored every 10 days. Now with the top piece, I think I should be able to go at least a month. I need some advice about buying a new top piece. Wigs are out of the question as well as clip-ins. Nothing works as well as the top hair. Any suggestions about buying a new one or someone that has a better product? By the way the part that clips onto my hair is very small rectangular and has 4 clips.

Lisa Goldberg: Hi chris.. i have super super fine hair and currently using great lengths.  I love the look, however, they do tend to snarl and i lose about 1 strand per day (side note, they were even cut in half as my hair is that thin).  Will loving up to Hair dreams help with the snags and with the better bonding stay in my hair?.. My thin hair is also very curly.. .. thanks so much.... fantastic video!

Stephanie Rose: hi ! im a stylist and i love extentions ! i been wearing clip in extentions for 6 years im getting married and im not sure what kind of extentions to wear i want my hair very long and thick what do u think is the best for me ? cllip in , loop and lock, tape or micro or fusion ? thxx

Monica: Do you have any companies that you recommend for sew in hair extensions?

Bella Rose: Best clip in topper for volume & blending in with your own natural hair?

Jenn D: Hey Chirs, I wanted to ask you or anyone else who could answer this question. Is it possible to put in extensions for JUST length (in the back) my hair is already past my shoulders w/ layers and just want to make it longer. Ive had hair dreams before but for the money I spent I feel they didnt last long enough and made my thin hair even thinner...is that typical?

Katie H Brooks: Which brand would be best for someone with androgenic alopecia? I have thinning and a bald spot at my crown.

tony masello: Hi Chris, very interesting review. You also mention about your cooperating  with some of those company. Can we talk more about it ? I may have something you could be interested. Cheers
