Hey guys welcome back to another video, so today we are gon na dye, my hair, that's why my hair is like super crazy. As you can see, i have tons of gray and yeah. So if you guys want to see exactly how i do that and my husband's actually gon na help me do the back and i'm going to do the front stay tuned and keep on watching hey guys. So the first thing i'm going to do is go over the redken products that i did by i love redken. I went to a redken affiliated school, so all the products and everything we used was redken or pureology, and i'm gon na go ahead and show you exactly what i got so i go to a place called salon centric. This is what it is. I don't know if you can see that there you go salon centric um, that is where anyone who has their cosmetology license can get um all of the pro items, so anything that you'll see in the salon um. You will see there and it's at discount. So i really love going to salon centric because they do have redken. Redken is one of my favorites. I love sports cough. I love um. What else do i love? I don't have a ton of stuff. I love color proof. I love there's like so many different things that i love, but redken is like one of my number ones uh when it comes to hair dye. This is the type of dye that i use. It is called chromatics. It is a ammonia free dye. It is oil based and it fortifies your hair twice as strong. So that's why i like it and makes your hair nice and soft. So it's not really harsh on the hair. The color i'm going to use today is 1nn. Normally i use 1nn plus. I will use a um, 3 n n and it kind of makes a 2 n n, sometimes i'll - do 1 um n n with a 3 n w, so it just depends on what i want. But this time i really wanted to go a little bit darker. Just like have a neutral black color. I didn't want it to be blue toned and i didn't want it to be. Like red toned, so um, i decided to go with 1nn, because i really really love that dark. Vampy um look so yeah. I really really love this and um. Let'S see, i also purchased uh this. Oh my gosh. I also first purchased this redken bowl um. I had one and i found it. It was at my mom's house, but i let her have it so here is this redken bowl. This is what it looks like. I love it because it has like a nice grip, so you're not like spilling all over the place and um. I got one of these a brush. Of course my mom has my redken brush, but i just got this one because it works just as well and then um. The other thing i got was a spray bottle like this um. I do have the other type of spray bottle like the normal one you would see, but i really love how this has a fine mist. I don't like when i spray, and it just hits my face. I really needed one of these so um. That'S why i purchased this one and yeah. That'S all the stuff i purchased. I'M gon na show you the developer, so you could see exactly what the developer looks like that's gon na go along with this. The developer looks something like this it this one is 10 um, 10 volume. I typically used 10 volume for such a long time because i didn't really have any grays. Now that i have grays, i've been using 20 volume. Why? Because it opens up the cuco. Just a little bit more so that it penetrates deeper and the color stays and it locks. So if you have gray hair, this is going to be it uh just keep in mind that when um you're going something more than 10 volume, if it's 20 volume, it's just gon na make this just a tad bit lighter than um. What the color is, because it is gon na make it for whatever reason the chemical reaction between the two. It makes it a little lighter now keep in mind. These are one-to-one ratios. So if you're going to use one ounce of this you're going to use one ounce of this, if you're going to two ounces of this you're going to use two ounces of this each one of these comes with um. Two ounces keep in mind so you're gon na see on the side. If you do use chromatics you're gon na see on the side right here, it's gon na tell you um, as you can see, there's like little notches when you use from here to here. That is one ounce and when you use from here to here that is the second ounce so um. I know it's a little confusing but yeah and there you go. It says, and then i'm gon na split it here. So it's gon na be four sections. So here is this part like that and do the same thing on the other side. Now i'm gon na put on some gloves. So this one here is the two: i usually have black gloves, but i don't know where their black gloves, but i don't know where they're at right now, so i'm just using medical gloves that i have um and then i'm gon na go ahead and use this. I'M going to do just one ounce, so i'm only going to use half of this. It has a little seal and you're just going to take the back of your top and just spin it, and it just opens up, and then i'm gon na go ahead and squeeze until i get to the middle line and that'll tell me. I have one ounce in there once of this. I um can use a measuring cup. So the first thing i like to do is go down here and just do this area, and then these parts right here i kind of just outline what i've already parted so yeah, no okay guys. So your hair should look something like this and i'm just gon na go ahead and do small sections and blow out my hair is is is okay guys, so here is the end result. As you can see, my hair is nice and bouncy. It looks really healthy because of the certain dye um that literally took me like 15 minutes to blow out um, and my hair, like i said, is very textured very curly um those products make it super easy, especially this thing um. I have done so many blowouts in my lifetime because i am a cosmetologist and i hate doing blogs, but with this i actually really love doing it, especially on myself, um. So yeah i mean my hair is nice and silky and smooth when i go to bed. My hair is going to feel really nice and soft and like angelic, i just will put my head in the pillow and i just feel like just so much better, there's no more tension on the top of my head, because i always feel a lot of pressure Here - and i have my grays gone for now, but at least you can see my grades are very resistant, so i'm very happy that this definitely took it usually does. Sometimes it doesn't if the hair is just being a pain in the butt that day. But yes, it did take. I'M happy that my husband helped me because i couldn't see the back of my head um but yeah. I hope you guys like if you have any questions about redken or chromatics plea or even orbe comment down below, or even this guy um comment down below. Tell me what products you use and um if there's a product that i use, that you really don't like, for whatever reason tell me to why you don't like it um keep the conversation going. I love having a relationship with you guys. Thank you for watching. Like comment and subscribe, oh and i will probably be already moved into my new apartment by now um. I am pre-filming everything um because i know the month of september i'm going to be organizing my whole entire apartment. So i'm trying to do these ahead of time. So um like comment and subscribe and i'll see you guys in my next video bye
