Hi everyone! Today I wanted to show you all how I remove my keratin hair extensions :) There are some really important steps you need to do while removing your hair extensions to make sure you do not damage your hair in the process. I already miss my extensions, but know I have to give my hair a few weeks to rest before reapplying them! I am going to make a video showing you guys how to reuse your extensions in the future so stay tuned for that!

Hi everyone in today's video I'm going to be showing you how to take out your keratin hair extensions. I feel like this has been a long awaited video, but today I want to show you guys how to take them out without ruining your hair, because I have, in the past, been guilty of just kind of ripping them out of my head when I want them Out so today, I'm going to show you guys how to take them out properly, and you know, give your best your hair, its best chance at you know being healthy afterwards. So if you guys want to see today's video, then just keep watching, don't forget to Like and subscribe, and let's jump right on in so first, I want to mention if you guys hear like a Christmas movie in the background Christmas with the Kranks, is playing like Right downstairs there, so you might hear a little bit of it as we go through this video okay. So the first product I want to talk about is the hair glue remover. I bought this from Sally's. I originally used the one that was sold on the hair shop, but when I ran out, I didn't want to go and purchase another bottle because it had to pay shipping. So I went to Sally's and picked up this product right here. You can also use olive oil just to loosen the bonds or your third option is to use this is like in desperate times. I don't recommend it, but I've used it. I'M even like nail polish remover will break the bond they'll just like break the the glue. So any kind of alcohol kind of will just break it down, don't hot, like I, don't really recommend it, but in a pinch it works. So this is what I'm going to be using today. My hair looks really good right now and like I want to take it out. It looks nice, but it's time my hair extensions like they're starting to I could start feeling them like weighing down on my hair cuz. I need a little bit of a headache. Okay, so step numero uno, we'll just put beat to put up your top layer of hair. I mean you could section it as much as you want. If you really thick hair, your Pug rancid section it a little bit more than I am so first, I want to show you guys just where the bond my bonds are now so see how this bond is all the way down here. That'S where it was at the start was right up here, so my hair has grown quite a bit. In the last words, I've been like three months and it's time to kick them out, and you guys could notice like look at my fonts are all separated they're, not tangled. We did good if you're looking to like how to take care of your extensions. So you don't end up with the clump I'll leave a card right up here, for you guys to click on, and you guys can go. Look that up so the tool I use to break my bonds. Is this right here? My sister picked it up from Sally's. It is essentially a pair of pliers, so if you have pliers yours, fine, you can just use those okay, so I'm gon na undo the glue. I want to zoom you guys it's like, let's get up close and personal for this part. Okay, so like that, it's running down my arm, this is harder to do on camera than you think. So I just it smells exactly like nail polish remover okay, so you kind of just like kind of rub it on the bond. It says to leave it there for, like 10 seconds, you'll start feeling sometimes you'll feel them get like dry. This is probably best to do like on a cotton ball, but I don't have any so. I just poured directly on the bond in my hair, like this hair is still really good to use like it's still soft everything, so I will be reusing this hair in the future and towards the end of this video I'll, show you what I buy so that I can re-use them ma. This is really hard item here. So I take this this front section right here, that's what I used to squeeze them and you just clamp down on the bond. I guess that's kind of hard to do without a mirror, so you squeeze it your hand will hurt by the end of this, just a warning and you'll start to feel when it loosens sorry guys. My SIM card ran out of room, but we're back and like I said sorry, if you guys hear Christmas and the cranks in the background, so we're just gon na clamp down and you squeeze it and you kind of squeeze until you could feel like getting loose. I recommend really saturating the bonds with that bond got like the gel. Was it the keratin or the what I called the glue remover. I don't know okay guys so just keep clamping down on your extension and you'll know it's loose enough, like you, you'll, be able to hold onto your extension and hold the top of your hair and kind of go like this, as you can see that didn't just Move there, so you don't want them to drip it, just keep being patient and little by little keep listening the bond. I could feel the bond moving like now that it's kind of broken, but I don't think it's fully letting up on my hair. Yet just yet. Oh wait: it's moving, do you guys see it got ta, be careful with it, though she will rip your hair there we go, so you just follow it all the way down now something I want to show you. That'S probably gon na freak you out a little bit when you take them out is the fact that some of your hair will be in it like you can't tell which ones are you get this for you? You see this hair right here. Yes, that is my hair attached to the glue like that. Will freak people and be like, I ripped all my hair out. No, your head sheds, hair. You know I went to everyday or, however often I don't really know how often your hair sheds, but when it sheds, usually it'll just fall out - and you know, land on your clothes on the ground or whatever. But unfortunately, when it's stuck in a glue doesn't really go anywhere, it kind of just hangs on to the hair, the extension right here, so you did not just rip this hair out of your head. This has been out of your head for a while. I just didn't have anywhere to go and move on to the next. I will not make you guys sit through all of this, because you'll get bored I'm about to go, watch a movie on my computer and take the rest out. So do it one more with you guys squeeze down on it and, like I said, if you're do this for a while, and it's really not moving put more of the remover on don't waste your time keep squeezing it needs to be broken down just a little Bit more nits are hard to get out. I wan na say that kind of means. You took really good care of them because I've had times when kind of just really easy to take out, which is nice, but it's because I broke down the bond throughout the time that I've had them. I kept took really good care of these ones. I didn't tangle or anything which I'm very very proud of, but in this moment it's not that fun. It'S funny the removal process. It'S like you almost have to forget how annoying removing them is before you put them back in, because I'm not gon na lie and said that this is a fun process like this is the most annoying Brasil's nope there we go, follow it down, there's another one. Like I said you can see the hair that shed from my head over the last was a three-months touch, but the hair is still super super soft and silky, so I will be reusing it now. Let me go take. I think I have 60 of these. In my head, so let me take out the 58 that are still in there and then I'll be back to talk to you guys, hey guys, so I'm back it took me about an hour and a half to get all the extensions out of my hair. Honestly, this is like the least damage my hair has ever been from extensions. It takes a little bit of time to get them out and you guys patience is key. You do not want to rip your hair out, like my hair is still very very long. I mean my hair has been obviously growing, we'll get my roots, but it feels nice to have them out it's odd when they were out like you're just used to the weight on your head. Like you know the weight of the extensions on your head when they're out you're, like oh, like my hair, is so light. It'S crazy um! I'M sorry! If you can hear my cat, she just tried to boat stop trying to get over so she's, trying to tip over my water that I have on the guy. What should have been the ground but she's, being terrible right now? Okay, but what I'm gon na do now is I'm gon na go use a deep, conditioner and then well, while I'm in the shower, I'm gon na use this uh. This is not oh, my gosh, you guys. I have a blister on my hand. Do you see that that's from using it? Oh you, okay, okay, miss thing and we use this. This is the way scalp and body scrub. I like I use this last time. I took my extensions out. I never use this. When I have extensions, could I think there's oil in it and I'm always free it's just gon na like take them out, but I'm gon na use this cuz. There is still like some of the glue stuck in my hair. It'S just cuz. You pull out some of it just still stays in there, so I use this. I'M gon na hopefully be able to break it down with that. I'M gon na use a deep conditioning mask and just wash my hair as usual. The beginning I mentioned that I'm going to be reusing this hair because it's still in really good shape. So what you do is you buy these? This is called the Kara nail tips. I buy them from the hair shop. It looked like this does use the brown ones I'm gon na actually purchase the clear ones. When I have brand extensions, I use the brown ones hi Boger um. They just look like this and you just with your, like the the tool used to apply them into my hair. You kind of just melt them on to the extension, and that makes them it puts this on here, which this will bond to your hair. Do you guys enjoyed today's video hope? It was helpful if you have any questions, please leave them down in the comment section below. I hope you guys have a great new year. I think I'm putting this up before the new year end so but hope you guys have a great new year and yeah don't forget to follow my Instagram. I'M gon na leave it right here and I'll. See you in my next video, but in case you guys, are wondering who's yelling at me. It'S just one. Oh

Bonjour Darlings: This video was so good. Thank you, I needed this right now

Jennifer Murphy: Thank you so much! This was so helpful! I've ordered my removal kit so hopefully they're out soon

Psychoanalytical87: Omg thank you so much!! I'm stuck with these extensions in my hair. Our state in Australia was in the longest lock down foe 9 months with hairdressers closed. And since there's only 2 hairdressers in my state who do keratin hair extensions. 1 is ignoring me and the other is fully booked then going away on holiday my hair has started to become matted at the roots. I appreciate this video so much! I just ordered the glue removal and proper pliers

cAlilUv14: Thank you soooo much for sharing this your an hair angel because if it wasn't for your tutorial video I would never knew how to get my terrible ktips out so thank you thank you thank you! I got em out today yay!!!!

J F: Please do a video showing how you prep the extensions after they’ve been used already!

Jane Rodriguez: Hi! How comfortable are these? I had tape ins but they’re just so uncomfortable especially when sleeping.

bailey walters: Has your hair grown since you started extentions? I would like continue applying extentions for now, until I get my desired length, but don't want them in if they reverse that.

Viktoriya Yordanova: And what to do if we couldn't take care of them well and they are already super tangled? How to take them off like that?

Kristina Davidson: How often do you take them out and give e hair a break?

suzi: So I could try olive oil with this method? I went for a massage a couple pf weeks ago and I ended up with a little oil at the base of my skull and hairline and a few of my extensions came out in that area after washing the following day.

Amy Gutierrez: What's the best hair to use?

Unchain your Brain: I actually learned something from your video out of many that I've watched.Alot of the girls on YT are boring tfs!

LeVereFesteDaRicordareSonoTeknivalSenzaMorti999: Following you from Italy right now, I am approximately going to remove my keratin extancions in the next days cuz I am wearing them from a 3 month and half, I have to start remove expecially the ones who are a bit too much unite and starting knotting/ with some knots The girl who did me them cannot remove them for me because of covid and she didn’t give to me the information tips I found on your video... especially she didn’t mentioned I had to control the extancion so much. And that would were important to be knew and to be told cuz now I am a little anxious for those who have very little (fortunately, they seems...) knots. I really hope that I won’t have problems or damages because I really would love to re apply them after 20days after the total remotion (would love to reapply them at least in the right moment after the remotion if they are ok but I comprehend I have to let my hair take a little break because those treatments are always stressful for them) Xoxo from Italy P.s. my name is Elizabeth as well

Legg's Garage: Yay! My fav YouTuber! Happy New Year to me!

Kristina Davidson: Are the 613’s rooted?

Tiffany Parlee: Big crack head vibes
