Hey: what's up y'all, it's your girl, the kids me and i am back again with another video y'all. I am so excited to be bringing this video to y'all. Finally, in this video, i am going to be showing you these micro links that i received from y. Wigs - and this is going to be my first time - i am showing you the hair - i do have at three packs that i receive in 18 inches the texture that i wanted. The texture that i went with was the kinky straight because i felt like it was going to blend with my natural hair texture, the most now with these micro links. If you're not too familiar with them, they are completely seamless, they're glue free. So you don't have to worry about any glue. It literally feels like your natural hair you're, pretty much adding volume and length to your hair. They have 360 movement. Each strand that you put inside of your hair is pretty much being attached to each piece and there's no residue and no adhesive. So this is a tool that you're going to need to input these micro links in what i love so much about. Why wigs? They kind of already took care of a few steps for you, so all you're really going to need is like these little pliers and they're not actual pliers, so don't buy no pliers, but this is what i kind to refer them as, but this is the tool You'Re going to be used to close the actual beads on the hair. Now here, i'm going to show you exactly how to install really quickly. It'S not a detailed video, but just follow me. So i went ahead and i section off the front section of my hair. The back as well as the sides that is going to be the leave out that i am going to be leaving as you can see, she's parting, my hair and she's, going to go individually and place each micro link into the hair. Now the process is going to be you're going to loop, your natural hair inside of the white strand of the hair you're, going to pull your natural hair through with that little piece after you pull it through you're, going to slide the bead all the way up To the scalp, but not too far, because you don't want it to be too tight and then you're going to take like the little hair extension pliers and you're going to close it shut. Now, when you close, it shut that's going to ensure that the hair is now tight on your natural hair and it's pretty much in place. So i'm just going to show you over and over again exactly what i'm explaining, because i'm a visual person so yeah. I would just rather just show y'all better than i can tell y'all and then we're gon na get into the full review of this look y'all, i'm in love. This is going to be the new way for me. Okay, i'm literally sitting here running my hands through my head and i just yes, okay, let me stop rambling y'all like and just enjoy this part of the video. So so so all right, you guys this is going to be the completed look of my micro links. I did go ahead and straighten my hair, as well as the links with it already installed, and this is what we are getting with now. I already showed you previously what the links look like and how to install them just a little bit. I actually went to a link, a detailed video of how to install them, maybe a few of them. If you are looking for like how to install like say, for instance like say you don't want to go to an actual professional to get them done, and you want to try to do them yourself or on somebody else. I'Ll definitely link the links down below. For you, because i know my video isn't going to be too fully in detail about how to install them but y'all. I am loving these links, so i'm just pushing my hair back to behind my ear y'all, but look how natural they look. This is up close and personal. Again, i showed you how my hair is left out around the sides. This is what the size is. Looking like, i went ahead and told i went ahead and wanted it installed, uh with a middle part. So that's the reason why you see the middle part right here, kind of just messed it up right there, but you see the middle part and i believe the way that she installed it. I can go ahead and do a side part as well, but y'all, i'm in love, like lace, frontal, who this is about to be the new wave since like this is literally about to be the new wave now. The reason why i went with the kinky straight texture is because i knew i wanted it to mimic the most with my natural hair texture. It'S something about kinky straight like that bone straight. It doesn't really work for me. Unless i'm, i have like a silky silk press and even when i get a silk press, i still feel like my edges and like sometimes my roots, they get really like frizzed up and they get curly and thick. So i have to keep putting the flat iron on my hair, so i feel like with this particular texture. It can kind of get a little frizzy a little bit and it still goes with my natural hair texture if you get where i'm coming from. So that's the reason why i decided to go with this one, but on the y wigs website they do have a ton of different micro links, options that you can choose from. So it's really just up to you and what you would like to do. But what i love about these is the versatility of them. The fact that all around the front perimeter of my hair, the sides as well as the back it has um my hair left out. So if i wanted to go ahead and put this into a ponytail i'll show you right here. If i wanted to do half up half down, i definitely could, but this is what it is going to look like if i, if i were to put it in a ponytail, this is it that is it up and you can't oh, i hope y'all can see This hold on yeah so, as you can see i'm turning around so you can see it, you don't see any tracks, you don't see any micro links, you don't see anything, so this is definitely going to be that style. That has a lot of versatility to it. Just throwing it behind my ear, i mean it's so flexible, like it feels like there's nothing in my head, like it feels like these micro links are my hair. I made sure i told the stylist that i didn't want them too tight and i didn't want them too close to my scalp. So while i was brushing my hair, i did have one of the links slide out of my natural hair, but that just could just be because of the tension of it. So you just want to definitely make sure that when you're brushing the hair or when you're straightening the hair as well, of course it's it's extensions. It'S not your real hair, so you just want to be gentle like start from the ends brush it and then make work your way up and still hold that hair. Just like this, you know so you're adding um. You know that tension on it to go ahead and block you from basically pulling all of the hair at once so you're adding that friction, and then you, you know brush this and you just keep moving on up. I definitely think that is going to work y'all. When i tell y'all, i think this is going to be the new way for me. The way that i feel waking up with these micro lengths. This is day two or three. This is day two hair. So i didn't get on hair first and show y'all, so i have slept on this hair um. I have showered on this hair three times already um, and this is what the hair is. Looking like now, the flat iron that i'd use, i did use a new platter. I just got a flat iron um from ulta is, i think it's the baby bliss pro the ultra thin, something like that i'll link it down in my amazon store. I also link all of the information i'll link, all of the tools that you're going to need for this particular style down in the information box below as well, but that flat iron definitely worked wonders for me. It worked a lot better than what my old flat iron work for, but i could definitely say that this is a 10 out of 10 would recommend, regardless if your hair is long straight. Curly short, if you got a twa like whatever it is, i definitely think micro links will work for you as long as you can get a pinch of your hair intertwined into that loop, and it can be pulled through the extensions since you are good to go. If y'all would like to see me, do a styling video, of course this is human hair. So if you wanted to style this hair, you definitely can. If y'all want to see a styling video, i definitely will have that covered for y'all y'all. Just let me know what y'all would like to see with these micro links, i'm actually going to the pool or the beach not sure yet this weekend, so it's memorial day weekend. So if you would like to see how the hair holds up in chlorine or salt water and how to wash and um basically like how to maintain these micro links, y'all definitely let me know now in the comment section, so i can go ahead and get those Videos done for you all. I'M super excited to try some of the other textures from y wigs. I know um, i'm probably gon na love the kinky curly ones like the kinky curly ones. Look like they're going to be a favorite as well. So i hope that y'all enjoyed this video if you would like to give it a try, click the links that i put down in the information box below for you thank y'all, so much for tuning into this video. If you please, like comment, subscribe and share - and i look forward to seeing my next video cheers, because your girl have been stuttering over her words, because i'm over here on my second glass of wine - okay, i'm trying to get through everything i need to get through Tonight, with the help of this, you
