Hey babes welcome back to the channel y'all y'all. I literally was in the middle uh, washing my hair, and I was like you know what foreign I need to record a video to show my girls, how I actually wash my hair and everything with my micro links in so before we get into this video y'all. I have to stop and ask you: how are y'all doing today leave a comment down in the comment section. Let me know how you're doing today. I hope your day is going well now, let's go ahead and get into it right now. I just got done shampooing. My hair and I'm gon na show you what products I use um, okay, so to shampoo my hair. I use this Paul Mitchell, um, repair shampoo. I love this um and then I went and with this conditioner to match I rinsed that out and then I applied my not L, Organics Rosemary um, strengthening hair mask y'all know I talk about this all the time. I refer this to all of my clients. So if your client of mines, you should already have this now, what I'm about to do is I'm about to steam. My hair y'all, because I told I don't know if I told y'all, but all my clients know we steam our hair every time we wash it. Okay, so I'm using my little handy dandy face steamer, and this is where I'm going to use to steam my hair um, because this is what I have at home at the salon. I have a more a better style steamer, but this is what I'm gon na use at home. It still gets the job done. So, ladies, if you have a face steamer, you can definitely use that to steam your hair. It does the same thing um. So I'm just gon na go through out and steam my hair, and I usually do it, for I would say about 10 minutes 10 to 15 minutes um or until the steamer turn off. So that's what I do and I just go through. I do one side at a time, and so let me share with y'all some benefits of steaming. Your hair. Just in case you don't know, maybe you've never steamed your hair before or um. You just don't know so steaming helps to unclog your pores y'all. It helps to um, lock and moisture in your hair, so you know natural hair tends to get really dry, so this is going to help to lock in that moisture also, if you're experiencing any hair loss, any hair, thinning or anything like that, it will stop your Hair from coming out um, so that is a plus plus y'all. Also I'm steaming helps with helping your hair to grow. It also has so many other benefits. Y'All, I'm gon na make sure I put a screenshot on this screen to show y'all all of the other benefits, but those are just some of the top key um benefits of steaming. Your hair um also another thing that I really love that steaming do is. It is going to help soften your hair and make your hair more smoother, more manageable um. It will also help to Define your curls um. So that's just a few more but, like I said I will pop up on the screen and show you other benefits of steaming, your hair. So definitely if you are a natural girl. This is something that I would absolutely add to my my um, my wash routine. Every time I wash my hair, I'm telling you y'all, this is a game changer. You will notice a huge change in your hair um. All of that, your curl pattern, just everything. So I make sure I see my hair, because, even though I have these micro link extensions in my hair, I still want to make sure that my natural hair is being taken. Care of. I just want to make sure that my um natural hair is being properly nourished and all of that, because the whole purpose of me wearing extensions um, is to protect my hair, so got ta make sure my natural hair is good. Okay, y'all. We got to make sure our natural hair is good. I definitely like to focus the steaming around my hairline just because I don't know y'all, I don't know if this is because I'm getting up in age, you know, I don't know. If it's. I know that your hair changes, your body changes everything changes as you get older uh, but I've noticed that my edges are not super thick like how they used to be like when I was a lot younger, and I also don't know if this has anything to Do with the fact that I don't eat meat anymore, so that's the reason why. I also make sure that I take my hair vitamins and my collagen as well y'all, because I want to make sure that my hair is staying nice, healthy and strong and um thick. You know who wants to walk around with. You know thin hair. If you know, if you can help it some things, some things when I hear we can't help some things. It'S just hereditary okay, um and - and it is just what it is, it is what it is okay, but I um absolutely love steaming. This is something that this is a non-negotiable for me like. I cannot miss steaming, my hair, I don't care if I'm in a hurry, I'm gon na take the time to steam my hair, even if I don't have time to dry my hair and style it, because this is a key essential to having um. This is a key essential for all hair, but especially natural hair. Like I'm telling you, it is a game changer um. So let me know comment down the comment section. Let me know if you steam your hair and um if you notice any of those any uh any changes in your hair since you started to steam it because I know my clients tell me all the time about the difference, their hair um. You know how different their hair is now that they're getting it steamed and treated, so I just want to know like do you got? Have you guys, steamed your hair and, if so, have you noticed any difference in your hair, like the manageability of your hair, like smoothness, helping your hair to grow, helping to Aid in the moisture yeah, so yeah, I'm just gon na continue to see my hair, like I said for 10 to 15 minutes and then after this, I'm gon na show y'all how I, how I rinse my um extensions and all of that um so just stay tuned. Thank you. Thank you all right, y'all. I am back and I've already rinsed out the um, my L strengthening masks. I had in my hair now I'm going to go ahead and go in with my favorite another product that I recommend to my clients, and I talk about. I did a video talking about my natural favorite products, and this is definitely one of them. This is my L white Panini, leave-in conditioner. I love this. I'M just only going to put a little bit of product in my hair because I'm going to be um, uh flat iron, the net tomorrow and um and um putting some more wine curls in it. So I don't want too much product in my hair, but I definitely want to make sure I have an event in my hair and then I'm going to go in with this camera Pearl detangler, detangler, lightweight, conditioning milk, I'm gon na put some of that on there. Okay, all righty and then what I like to do with these extensions. I just kind of put it in tattoos like this um, because I just noticed it's easier when I section it off in twos and I'm using this kind of brush. I use this brush or the Wet Brush. This is just a brush. Well now I have the Wet Brush at home too. So I'll show y'all that the brush I use. I also use this kind of brush, so I use this one or this one um. So I just comb my hair from the top from the roots of my hair, all the way down to the ends, and this is a very important part of having any type of extensions and yeah. Even if you don't have extensions um, you definitely want to make sure that you don't just wash your hair and go without actually coming through, because it's just going to be very tangly and, as you can see, it's very easy for me to comb through my hair. Okay, so I'm gon na do that and then I'm gon na wring out some of this excess because I'm not gon na blow dry. My hair tonight, so I'm just gon na wring out some of this excess water and then I'm gon na go ahead and do the same thing to this side just brush through it. And another thing I do to make it easier when I wash my hair um, especially what is it with extensions? I make sure I go through and brush through my hair, really good before I shampoo it the trick to washing your hair. When you have extensions, as you notice when I was, you didn't see me washing my hair, but you saw me with rinsing it out. I put my hair into these two like this. When I've shampooed my hair and literally I'm massaging my scalp, I'm not pushing the hair all over my head, making it tangly um. That is what makes washing your extensions kind of hectic so make sure you section your hair off in twos like this um. It just works much better. As you can see, my hair is not tangly at all. I'M I'm easy um, I'm able to uh brush through my hair and through the extensions very important because, like I said we're having extensions, you definitely want to make sure that you still um, you know, is taking care of your hair because that's the whole purpose of Having extensions you know most times, people get extensions as a protective Style um or just because they want to have extensions in their hair. So after I do that y'all, then I'm gon na go in with my special um, all um that I made up um that I use on my hair and then I just use this little dropper and um. I go through and add this to my scalp, because I want to make sure that my scalp is good, so I just go through and just drop it off throughout my scalp edges pretty much everywhere and then all I do is go through with my hands and I just massage that into my scalp, like this massaging helps um blood circulation when you're when blood is circulating that helps to promote hair growth as well. So I recommend, when you're just at home, watching TV not doing anything at all on the phone, whatever you're doing you're just sitting there to just massage your scalp, why it feels really good and two. You will notice a huge difference in your hair. Like I say it, this promotes hair growth y'all, along with you, you know, taking your vitamins drinking your water, doing all those things it's going to help to promote hair gloves. So what I'm gon na do tonight, because tomorrow I am going to straighten my hair out and I'm going to the gym in the morning. So I'm gon na do tonight is just go through and just twist my hair into these extensions, and I am going to wrap my hair up tonight with my silk scarf and I am going to go to bed and I'm gon na. Let it air dry, I'm gon na just let it air dry because there's no need in me trying to blow dry my hair and I'm going to the gym tomorrow. I'Ve already told y'all in the last video that I swear a lot at the gym. So all I'm gon na do is just wear my hair like this tomorrow and then tomorrow evening, when I'm done with work, my hair will be completely dry and I'm gon na go ahead and um straighten my hair and want to curl it again. So this is this is all I'm about to do. I'M gon na take this a loose in the morning and that's gon na be that on that. I'M going to twist that like that and then I'm gon na go ahead and put a scrunchie on the ends of my hair. I have a lot of these little scrunchies y'all, so I'm just gon na scrunch this up and I'll take it off in the morning. All right and then I'm gon na do the same thing on this side and I'm not trying to do any meat or anything like that, because literally I'm just doing this um just so, my hair won't be like loose all over the place. While I'm going to bed, you can also do this when your hair is um straightened um. This will help to create a curl well like a loose wave in your hair. So, whenever my hair is straight I'll, show y'all how I do it on straight hair, but I literally do it the same way and that's gon na, be it and put a scrunchie on this side, another one of them. I think I need to put that one on there tighter, because I don't want it to come off yeah. Let'S do this from tight around. I think that was on there as tight enough okay, all right! Now, I'm going to go ahead and take my scarf. This is actually not the scarf hold on I'm making a scarf. Oh here it is so this is the scarf and I'll go ahead and tie it up and, as you can see, that is how it is. Then I just take that part, and I put that up into my satin scalp um satin scalp my set and bonnet and that's it y'all. I'M gon na go to sleep. Take this down tomorrow and I'm gon na go ahead and wine. It and I'll show y'all. The finish what I'm going to do just wanted to kind of record this process in case anyone wanted to know um how you actually uh shampoo and condition, and all of that with micro links in your hair. So I just wanted to show y'all all right: foreign

Badgalshiii: Great video! I’m getting micro links for the first time tomorrow & this video was very helpful!
