First Time Trying Microlink Wefts!? + Free Hair Install | Curlsqueen

Hey guys welcome back to my channel, you guys we're in the bathroom. So you know this is about my hair and, as you can see, I got the inches on me. So this video is featuring this hair from curls queen and I actually have Micro link wefts. This is my first time trying this style, but curls Queen is actually offering free installs if you purchase at least 150 grams of hair. So that's what I did well, that's what they did so I'm at the salon getting my free install. So I'm showing you everything that comes in the Box, you have everything you need for your microlink install. It came with a satin Bonnet and then here are the extensions I have 26 inches. Did I tell you that already it's pretty long? I love that for me, and this is a start to finish process, so my stylist shampooed me conditioned me. We did a hydration treatment blow dry straightened all that good stuff of, so I'm just showing you how she Loops the hair, the weft onto my hair um. If you've had micro links before it's kind of similar, but instead it's on a weft and I honestly prefer the weft version, it's so much lighter on the hair. It Blends really easy without having to put so many micro links in your hair. A cool thing about these microlink wefts is that each microlink came with like this little plastic, zip tie almost like. So, instead of having to use like a crochet needle to crochet your hair through the bead, you basically just pull the hair through that and then it slides right off. So I think that made the install process a lot easier for the stylist or whoever is going to do this for you, but I definitely couldn't do this myself and honestly. I wouldn't want to so I'm just gon na leave certain you know installs for the professionals, because but yeah I really like how a flat the wefts lay um, and we didn't even use that many. I think we used like a full bundle and a half, maybe but not even like you, don't need a lot to get a nice blend and that's the difference between the wefts and the links like. I don't have a lot of hair installed at all. You guys could see that well, at least in the beginning I did like here I had a lot in, but I got home and took a few pieces out, because some of them just were a little uncomfortable. So this is like the after of me taking some out and as you can see it looks natural. You know I don't have a full head of hair. It just looks natural if that makes any sense, because y'all know I love like a thick full install, but I still gave with this thinner, looking install and still got a bunch of compliments which is so crazy to me, because I'm just like are people going to Be able to tell that I don't have a lot of hair in. Is it noticeable, but it's really not so yeah, I'm just curling the hair, I'm using this curling iron from baby bliss Pro it's a small one. One inch maybe, but I do have the light. Yaki texture in 26 inches. I think I said that about 20 times y'all know I have long hair, um, well extensions um, so yeah we're just curling it up and don't even mind me because me curling, my hair took me a while to like get it. I forgot how to curl my hair, like how crazy is that, like to curl my hair with a curling iron, because I normally curl my hair with like a flat iron, and then I have my like twist and curl from Remington, like I'm over here, like trying To figure out, am I curling my hair right, but I finally got a hang of it like it. We'Re just gon na you know, jump to the finish. These are the curls we're curling up our other side. You guys, I don't even I like me and the tools that I use to curl my hair or style. My hair is like mini. I either deep wave it crimp it curl it straighten it straighten it with a curling iron like not it not straightening with a curling iron duh you're straightening, your hair with a flat iron, but like Curly with a flat iron. Just so many ways that you can curl your hair and honestly, I feel like it for certain type of curls. You need to use like a curling iron. You know so that's why I'm using a curling iron, because I just wanted those good old Barrel curls and this hair holds a curl really well. So this is the finished. Look, I'm just brush pushing the curls out because we want like fluffy hair. So that's what we're doing and the hair is so pretty like the blend is amazing. I feel like my hair Blends well with so many textures of hair. It'S crazy! It'S ridiculous, like at this point, my hair is a shape. Shifter y'all, my hair could do whatever she want to do and she gon na do it so the hair blend is amazing. I also didn't dye this hair and my hair is black. So I was a little worried about that, but, as you can see, you really can't even see a color difference. The hair is like a dark brown, but it's not black, but still, as you can see, it looks just like a seamless blend and I love that so yeah I'll be sure to list all of curls Queen information in the info box, as well as the stylist Info and all the information that you may need to book your free install if you purchase 150 grams of hair, remember I have 300 and I didn't use all 300 so yeah.
