Hey: hey, hey, it's tishard on the therapy salon extension studio and today we are going to show you how we do our extension install. So what we're going to do first is we're going to start out with our smoothing treatment with that we do a clarifying shampoo more than once, if necessary, we're going to blow dry the hair, we're going to add our product on. Let it sit for 15 minutes. We'Re going to blow dry again and then we're going to flat iron to activate the product. Okay, we're gon na press it out silky silky smooth, because that's the way we need to be in order for us to get in our install unless your client is gon na wear in its natural state. In that case, you could just do like a really good blow out and not have to soak it out, but our client is gon na wear hair straight. So that's what we did. We sew the thing out. Okay, you see the shine. You see the body all of that is from our smoothie treatment that we use and then our maintenance products. So it's always important that you go and trim up your clients hair. There is no need to think that you're going to have any type of growth. That is being able to be retained on the ends. If you're not trimming it up. Okay, the ends, if they're enough to split they're going to keep splitting up the hair is going to keep getting shorter and you're going to wonder why it doesn't look like the client's hair is growing and they're going to love it too. So you want to make sure you do an exterior and interior trim on the client's hair. If we just trim around the perimeter of their hair, then we're not really able to get in and get those other hairs that may be shorter. They don't meet the bottom and then those hairs will continue to break off and then they'll notice that their hair is like longer in the back, but the top and their sides. It'S a lot shorter. So you want to make sure that you're doing a full maintenance on your clients and not skipping any process of this, because with extensions they are paying a lot of money. One thing i do like to do is let my clients, i trim one side of their hair, and then i let them feel the other side. So they can feel the difference in how the hair even feels trimmed versus not trim a lot of times. If the whole head is one way they think. Oh, this is how it just feels once you go in with that trim and you trim one side of the hair and let them feel how smooth it feels. Then you let them feel the other side, the side that they've been living with then they're like. Oh, i see the difference so once they see the difference, then they're always much more likely to be comfortable with you doing a trim and trimming as much as you need, as opposed to feel like you're, actually cutting their hair, but still consult with your client show Them what needs to be trimmed talk with them, discuss it with them, um to be sure that they're comfortable with it and they don't feel like you're, just whacking their hair off okay. So you see here she did a little shaky shake okay, because she's like yes hair. She interrupted a little bit, but you know she's feeling herself already we haven't even gotten the install so you're going to finish up your trim and then you're going to get ready for the install prior to that. You want to make sure that you're taking a picture of your client's hair in the before state, so put it up in a ponytail. Take a picture. Put it in your little bun. Take a picture. Take a picture of the hair prior to it being trimmed. Take a picture of the hair after it's been trimmed just so you can have that to show the before and after using content. So today, she's getting a double weft install with the double wff install. It allows us to add more volume, um and if they have a blunt cut, it definitely allows us to add more hair to it, because your head can only be so big and only hold so much hair when you're doing like a single left, install or eye Tips or things such as that and then also, if you're doing, eye tips, and you want to keep adding eye tips for like the volume or the length or to like blur that blunt cut. If they have a blunt cut, that means you have to do smaller sections, which means you would put same size of hair like a one gram micro length, eye tip onto smaller sections of hair, and the hair can't hold that you want to make sure that there's An even amount of weight distributed, so we decided to do a double whip. Install with this install we're putting the micro length beads on her hair, and i go all the way through. First, some people do it row by row me i like to do all the way through, so i can take my pictures and be like yes, look at this parting. Look at the sections look at the sizes and then i just love the neatness of it and how it looks like a bunch of little ponytails when you're done. So you see that that's the parts are amazing, they're, brick layered, which always gives full coverage when you're doing a double with install. You can decide how you want to install the rows if you want to do double rows on row by row. If you want to do some single rows at the bottom, some double rows in the middle, some single rows on top. If you need to put all double rows on top like it depends on what look you're going for with your client, it depends on um the the hair they, how much hair they have if they brought hair with them, which i don't recommend. I always recommend that you supply the hair to your clients in this video. We actually did a install with colored hair because she wanted to have the highlighted effect, so we make sure we keep the roots dark and then we add in highlighted hair. So this gives her a full head of color with no color, as you guys saw before. All of her hair was completely dark. We'Ve added in the install with colored hair, the hair that has been highlighted, we're going to just show her how to brush up her hair. While i'm looking at tv while i'm brushing her hair, like i really need to be looking at her head, i don't know what's going on, but whatever something caught my eye but pull the client's hair up um just brush through it, make sure that there aren't any Like pieces of hair that are snagged or caught in it, you definitely want to do that during each stage of the install. So when you install the micro links row by row when i showed you earlier with the brick layer - and you want to make sure you don't have any little pieces of hair that are caught inside the micro lens beads that shouldn't be in that section because those Pieces are going to snag later on or even when she's brushing it up or combing it up once you do your full install you're going to do the same, because now you have sewn the hair onto the links, and so you want to make sure that you Didn'T catch any hairs from any other sections, any crosshairs in that area, pull it up, so your client can see how they can pull it up. So you can see how it feels she actually wanted: a lot of hair and guys a lot of hair. So the best anchor for this was the double whipped install. Had i tried to do this with a single left install, i would not have been able to get as much hair in or i would have had to try to double up the tracks on that single lift install, but the single wolf install is not made for You to double up tracks on it, it can be done, but i do not recommend it. Okay, i'm trying to squeeze this thick hair through this little ponytail, holder, okay, it is thick. This is how she wanted it a whole head full of hair. You have some clients who used to be getting three or four bundles of hair and when they were getting installs like sew-ins or frontals and things of that sort, and so they want that same feel, but look how voluminous this ponytail is. Okay, look at this bun. You guys saw the bun earlier right. You saw the bun earlier, the little baby, bun okay. Well, this is her big, fuller bun. Now the hair that is down in the back is the hair that we left out for her to be able to pull up when she gets ready to pull it up the regular way the you know professional way, while i actually take the time to pull it Up it will stay up um, but this is supposed to give you like that messy girl bun, where you have like a few sprigs sitting down in the back or whatever, but you see, there's full coverage. You guys do not see any tracks exposed. You don't see. Any any beads exposed you don't see any thread, you see nothing. Okay. What you do see is that clear parting right there, okay, the clear parting so just to tighten this hair down a little bit, we're going to go in and flat iron, her out we're going to silk her out. I think the flat iron that i'm using is a um h2 pro h2 pearl. I do believe um and once i was finished with that, i saw that i needed to add in another track on the top. It'S just full of coverage, and so that's what i did if you're ready to make at least two thousand dollars a day of just two clients text. The word link up link up to 833-755-0181.
