Partial Braidless Sew In With Microlinks Tutorial Ft. Xo Crissy Hair | Crystal Chanel

Oh i'm like really feeling this like. I keep catching myself in the mirror and i'm like girl. Your hair is healthy. Your hair looks good girl, just ain't, my hair, hey dog. This is chris chanel and i am back with a brand new video for my channel today is a hair video. I am going to share with you how i got this look. Y'All like this, isn't my hair. I know i know it looks like it's my hair, but it's not it's not my hair and honestly, it's a sew-in. That is a partial. I have really really really small amount of leave out. I did the traditional sewing method. I did the braidless one method and i even have micro link up in here girl, like i got it all. I'M gon na share with you how i did this color, how i did the sew in how i did my my styling, like all of that. So if you want to see how it is that i achieved this, look stay tuned, we're going to go ahead and get started with just the braid patterns. I'M going to do i'm not going to show you myself braiding my hair, but i do want to show you how i'm going to choose to do my braid pattern. So i just washed my hair. I dyed it jet black, as you saw, i also dyed the bundles jet black. I'M gon na be doing a middle part, and i also want to do my hair so that i can wear my weave from i'm going to be working out. Okay, so i'm going to do a sew-in instead of like a u-part wig or something like that, and because of me um, you know working out, i'm going to be sweating, i'm not going to do anything with. Like my edges, i like to have a deep part. So my part probably going to stop like here, so i'm going to make a big circle. You got to make sure to leave enough of this hair out in the back so that it covers your track. Okay, so i went ahead and made sure that this wasn't too far back, because i do want my hair, my weave to come up to like right here. So i flat under my hair and my hair gets like really like fine, like really thin, really fine. So i like to put my finger right here and pull my hair down and make sure i can't see my finger because if i can see my finger like if i didn't want to leave all this hair out, i wanted to leave maybe even less than this Right so which honestly i do i'm gon na leave out as little hair as possible, so i'm gon na go ahead and tuck this away, but now i have to make sure that you still can't see my finger. You see, i can kind of see it right here, but yeah, that's good, because i want the hair to come. My hair is going to basically come right here, then so that we got that done. I am going to use some pack braiding hair and when i use the pat braided hair, i just like to use it to give a little bit extra strength on my side, braids and then the rest is just going to be regular. This is my braid pattern. I went ahead and just sectioned off this is all leave out. This is you know my edges and then i have my hair braided and i'm going to turn around. Of course, i'm going to sew this up. I i like to have my bundles. Come all the way up as far up as possible, so it's really thick under my leave out because again i don't have really thick hair. So i'm going to be using this net. It'S like a mesh neck and the cool thing about the mesh net is that i can sew anywhere that there's like a hook. Okay, so that's why i use this. You can make it bigger, of course, if you want to, but i found especially because i'm gon na be working out. You know just being active it's hard to get to your scalp. If it's itchy, you got ta kind of walk around like this or you got ta walk around with like okay, i did put in the first bundle by having a double weft. So, instead of having a single long track of hair, i went ahead and doubled. It up, i like my back to be thicker, and this is where we are so far. The general rule of thumb when it comes to hair. Is that the longer the hair, the shorter the track, which means you're going to need more bundles to complete your head? Being that this is a shorter bundle, it's only 20 inches. I actually have a lot of hair because they weigh the hair, so the hair is longer you're going to have less hair because of the weight it's going to be the same. So i'm saying all that just to say that i'm going to go ahead and end up having leftover hair, which is great, i'm going to go ahead and flat iron. My hair, i put a little bit of coconut oil on my hair and i'm going to see what it looks like as far as the blend. I just finished straightening my natural hair, and i am really digging how it's looking so far with the blend, and i do believe it covers my tracks. Well now, i do think that the front is a little separated and i think that looks a little stringy and that's going to bother me. I know it is so i'm definitely going to show you guys next, how i'm going to add a track right in between here using microwaves as i do this, i went ahead and i threaded my needle you can see and checking out my hair. The way i'm gon na put this track down is you got ta look for the beards. The beards are like these little short pieces like if you look really closely towards your truck there's short pieces of hair, that kind of make it thicker those are called beards. So i check to see which direction they are in and i make sure that that's flat, that's another secret to doing a um flat sewing these little hairs that are like short and sticking up up here. They usually go to one side, so yeah, i'm gon na. Instead of having it this way from sticking up now the sideways, when i do them because they're going down so the track and attach it going through the hair and i'm going to loop through and go to the next one, okay, so um, okay dog. So i am done. I absolutely love, love love. How it came out remember this is my hair. It'S the xo, chrissy hair that i sell. It'S the champagne drinks collection and it's in three bundles of 20 inches. I only use two full bundles. I use a little bit of the third bundle towards the top for that braidless sew-in, that we did. I have a whole video about the different hair that i sell i'll leave that in the description box. I did that so that i can work out, but not have to worry about my real hair and i didn't want to have to wear braids. I also wanted to have like the whole glam look so that when i'm not working out, i can still be like a baddie or whatever, but i thought a partial sew-in is the perfect workout um hairstyle and obviously i got it short. So i don't have to worry about that being kind of too much in the way, and i really am digging this 20 inches. I wonder what it's going to look like curls.
