I'Ve been getting a lot of questions about micro links. What'S the difference between the two installs? Is there our preference over one over the other? For me, it's all about you, whatever you choose, is the best option for you and for your lifestyle. I personally wear the wefted micro links, which is this so basically the hair is cut into sections. The tracks are cut into sections for to measure throughout the head for them to be placed in in order um. I found with this that i get a fuller install and it takes less time. Honestly, that's the most attractive thing for me is that i can get this done and or do this install in two to three hours, which is the same amount of time that it takes for a traditional sew-in or even a partial sew-in to be installed. So, for me this is this is what works, because, since i just got just ain't got time: okay, all right um for the eye tips in which i've had the same um. The eye tips is basically individual pieces of hair that are attached to your hair. To small pieces of your hair and secured with a bead, both installs require the attachment of your hair with small beads. This is absolutely amazing as well again, it's just about your personal preference. At the end of the day, i think lately, microlinks have been extremely popular. Just because one the time that it takes to get it done, um to how long it lasts. So i wear my micro lens anywhere from 12 to 16 weeks, just depending on what i have going on in my life. If i'm going on vacation or if it's time to just get it redone, what whatever the situation may be um the second, the third thing about it is that it looks so natural. Like i love a partial, install right, it's great. It gives you that fullness that you're looking for - and it also provides you with a secure style that you don't have to worry about for six to eight weeks with this. It is true versatility at its finest right now i have my hair part down the middle. In the center, if i want, i don't have to do a part. If i don't want to part, i can move it over to the side, put some curls in it and it's a completely different, look or most days, because i'm in the salon a lot. My hair is in a ponytail, it's in a big old ugly bun, my husband hates it y'all, but it's just convenient for me to be able to throw my hair in a ponytail and come to work now when it's date night and it's time to go out Or if i have business that i have to handle pop some curls in it and she's ready to go, it's just about convenience and versatility um if you're looking for a stylist who can do either either method, whether it's eye tips or if it's the weather or If it's the weft method, excuse me, you want to find somebody who understands the method both of them. You also want to make sure that you find somebody who understands how important it is to make sure that that your hair is healthy enough to wear the style. The weight of the weft, because if the hair isn't strong enough to hold the weight of the wet there will be breakage, which brings me to my next point: does micro lengths cause breakage honestly anything causes breakage silk press can cause breakage. If you do it too often, or if the heat on the iron is too high, a sewing can cause the breakage if the braids are too tight or if you're using cotton thread. Crochet can cause breakage. If the braids are too tight, like they're every style that you can think of, do sew ins and frontals crossbreakers. Yes, if you don't use the the glue properly and or if you remove it and not know what you're doing all styles can cause breakage, but for the most part, if the install is done properly, if your hair is healthy enough there, it does not cause the Breakage, i know for a fact out of all of my micro length, clients they've been wearing them repeatedly, taking them out getting your hair shampooed conditioned treated, trim and putting it right back in just because they've gotten used to having that flexibility and having a versatility of The style i wanted this video to be under five minutes, so we're creeping up on the time. I just wanted to come to you guys and drop a few hints about microlinks. What to expect answer a few questions and if you guys have any more, please feel free to hit my dms or give me a call at 980, 477 until next time, y'all hair majesty
