This *New* Gel Is | Wash N Go On Type 4 Hair

Hey y'all, it's naisha here and welcome to today's video super excited. We have yet another wash and go. Your girl has been killing the wash goes, but there's been a bunch of gels new, slash new to me that i wanted to try and we have another new gel i'ma. Let y'all comment down below in the comment section. What gel y'all think this is before i give you all the details and spill all the tea about this particular gel, but you know my hair is popping. This is day one hair and i'm loving the volume i'm loving the definition i'm loving the way my hair feels y'all this so far so good. This is a really good gel. I'M gon na keep y'all in suspense. Okay, i'm not gon na spill, the beans on what gel this is just yet. But if you do want to know what gel give me, this bomb wash and go definitely stay tuned. So let's just go ahead and hop into this wash and go so we are starting on freshly washed hair. You can see that my hair is soaking wet and, while i was in the shower, i went ahead and applied the banana leave-in from nature's little secret and i am using the new nature's little secret, ochre curl, defining gel and, as you can see, the consistency isn't Like that of a typical gel, this has more of a cream gel, hybrid consistency. In my opinion, and when i first applied it into my hair, it kind of felt like nothing, it didn't feel drying or anything which is really good, but i don't know it didn't. Really have a distinct feeling on my hair, so i went in with a little bit more product and y'all can see that my curls are popping and i might have been slightly heavy-handed with this product because, like i said it didn't feel like much on my hair. But it was doing what it needed to do. It was defining my curls and it wasn't sucking the moisture out of my hair. So let's go ahead and get into the claims of this gel. So nature's little secret says we know. Okra may not be your favorite, but this nutrient rich vegetable has some amazing benefits for your hair. Okra contains vitamin a c and k which are great for the overall health of your hair and scalp. Okra has a high muscillage content which helps to create defined shiny curls. It also has great anti-bacterial properties. Our ochre curl, defining gel will leave your curls bouncy and defined while providing a lasting hold. So the directions basically say for you to apply this on soaking wet, hair after you've applied either the banana leave-in conditioner like i did, or the avocado moisture cream, which i almost use that, because you all know that i love that. But i decided you know. Let'S see how it works with the banana leave-in as far as moisture, because the avocado cream to me is a bit more moisturizing. So i wanted to see how it worked with the banana leave-in and then it does say that you can either diffuse it under a hooded, dryer or air drying. It'S optional. I am going to sit under a header dryer because i tend to do my wash and go's real late at night and i cannot go to bed with wet hair. So we sat under the hood and dryer for this. You all know we have to talk about ingredients, so this includes distilled water, infused with okra extract aloe vera leaf juice, marshmallow root, avocado oil, a vp copolymer, agave, nectar, sesame seed oil, something derived from corn sugar, a phthalate free fragrance and a few other things that I cannot pronounce so this does have aloe vera juice, but it doesn't have any proteins. It also doesn't have glycerin praise the lord, because you know glycerin in my hair aren't the best of friends. It also doesn't have any coconut oil. It also is sulfate free, paraben, free from aldehyde, free, silicone, free, artificial color, free, there's, no deas and there's no animal testing y'all. So just from the ingredients alone, i felt like my hair was really going to like this gel. I was only concerned about the hold and the longevity. I know that chardonnay the owner of nature's little secret said this is going to be a strong cold gel, but with the texture and the way it was applying to my hair. I wasn't exactly sure if it was going to be like stronghold, how i normally like it, but we did put this gel to the test because it's like 100 degrees here in atlanta - and it's been like that all week and it's going to be like that. All next week, so this wash and go within pretty much 100 degree, weather and y'all will see how it held up. But as you can see, i'm just applying it throughout my hair, i didn't notice any weird, congealing or mixing with the banana leave-in, which of course i love, and i also did not shingle y'all can see that i'm using a combination of the raking and the smoothing Method, that's just what i prefer to do for my hair. Now that i'm done applying the gel throughout my hair, you can see my wet results and my hair is super defined and it's also nice and shiny, and i didn't use that much of the product. This is only eight ounces, but we still got some product left and then i let this dry under the hooded dryer - and these are my day - one results after banding and stretching and fluffing out and my hair looks so good. It'S moisturized it's defined and there's a little bit of a cast to it. Y'All i was not expecting a cast, but there is a cast, nothing crazy! It'S something that you can definitely break if you just add a little bit of oil to your hands, and now this is day three and my hair is a bit more voluminous, but i still have great shine great definition and great moisture. Of course, some frizz is creeping in, but that that's to be expected. But my wash and go looks so good on day three and y'all i'll be working out, i'll be working out and my hair still looks really good. Then we get to about day six or seven and my curls are still there, but of course there's frizz. It'S basically time for me to wash my hair, but this wash and go lasted pretty much the entire week and i definitely recommend this gel.
