Microlink Hair Install On Relaxed Hair | 2021

Hey y'all, so today's video i'm going to be showing y'all on me installing some micro loop, hair extensions. Now these extensions are um kinky straight texture in this particular client. She does have relaxed hair, but the kinky straight was the better um alternative for her. Since she does like to go a while without her relaxes, and so this will just help it to look a lot more natural over time now, as you guys can see, i am installing um the first row of the loops, and so basically i installed them close Together um, since her hair is of the thicker on the thicker side, i did install the first row rather thick. If you do have any other kind of texture hair, i would suggest doing it a little bit thinner, but i did install this real thick and i did them very close together. But, as you guys can see, i am pulling it away from her scalp because she is a little tender headed and so over time. This will allow her to be able to do a lot more styles and stuff and it won't be pulling so much on her um follicles um. So, as you guys can see, i'm just going to continue to um squeeze them and i was squeezing them rather tight because i know um these particular ones are kind of prone to slipping. This is the amazon brand. I don't necessarily recommend this kind, but since this was the kind that she had got, we just decided to use them and i'm just speeding up this part because um i just wanted you guys, can kind of like see how i was putting them close together. But as you can see at the same time, it's not super close to her roots at all, and also another thing i didn't want to note. I did install um the loops skip track, so basically i did a line of the micro loops and then i left some hair in between and then i did a line of micro lubes, because the kinky straight hair is very thick and i did not want it To be overly thick so in between that, i made sure i put the line and then i just braided the hair down, so i can kind of like gauge how thick the hair was becoming as i install them and also as i got closer to the top. I did space out um how many loops i put inside of each row um you do not want it to be. Super duper uh bulky at the top, and so that's why you have to be very, very cautious and make sure you stay in the middle of the head, and also you want to make sure that you're gauging how thick is becoming. Because the last thing you would want to do is to get finished and then you have to take some links out so um. Once i hit almost the halfway mark, i just had unbraided it and i took a picture, so the customer can be able to see how thick it was becoming, and you also want to make sure that you comb it out to make sure you don't have any Snacks or anything like that, because um, the last thing you will want is for the customer to get home and comb their hair and they start slipping out and right here, as you guys can see, i'm just showing you how i uh braided the hair down and Then also i left some hair out when i was braiding it down and now this is the row and, as you guys can see inside this row, i'm going to skip it up, but i am installing them um spaced out, and this is what i was um, Letting you guys know you do not want it to be. Super duper um bulky at the top because, as you can see inside of that scrunchie, that is how much hair we have left to basically play with and so um i did get a chance to do. One more row um, so she can be able to do half a path, downs and she won't have that line up there, where it's showing um. You know the separation and everything. Also you guys please ignore like how ashy i was inside of this video like we literally had a cold front and moms can't be like getting dry and stuff um. When that weather change and like i don't care how much moisturizer i use but yeah it don't be doing it for me all right, you guys ignore the background noise. I am uh under the steamer, but anyways um, as you guys can see right here. I am doing a super light trim on her hair, making sure it is basically the same length throughout um. I did very very light layers and, as you guys can see, it is a difference in the texture of the hair but um anyways right here we are doing a very light roll shout out to my assistant for doing the old school um rollers. You know anyways and so right here she is perfecting the um curl with the i think it's called the martial iron. I don't remember with them what those old things are called, but yeah um, so she is perfecting that and right here. In the end, she is just doing like a few touch-ups and so right here i am showing y'all how it turned out. It is amazing my customer really enjoyed it and um yeah.
