How To: Install Microlinks On 4C Natural Short Hair By Yourself|Curlsqueen

One time, one time, hey guys, welcome back to my channel, I'm back with another video, so I received um this um hair from curls, Queen her company and they sent um all these accessories, which was very generous. I was like yes to the certain Bonnet and um the detangling brush. I was just like these people are so generous and thank you so much girls Queen. So this is their Afro kinky, coily, um texture, and so I received three bundles, which is 300 grams or 100 pieces on one bundle: um yeah, so this is 16 inches as well, but because I've recently dyed my hair to jet black. I wanted the extensions to match my color. That'S why I thought I should go ahead and just you know, dye the extensions jet black. So I rushed to the beauty. Supply store, grab some hair dye, and here we are um. I'Ve got some boiling water and hair dye and I'm just gon na dip, these extensions or the bundles in the hot water and let them sit for at least 15 minutes just making sure that all the strands are covered or saturated in the hair dye. Okay, because we want everything to go, smooth and Flawless, something I really liked how they took the color, so I'm just gon na go ahead and rinse these bundles out um. So when the water is completely clean, that means that the bundles are free from the dye. Okay, so just make sure that you rinse these thoroughly, I'm gon na go ahead as well and grab my Tresemme conditioner. I'M just going to make sure that all the bundles are well saturated uh with this conditioner and I'm just going to let the conditioner sit for 10 to 15 minutes and I will rinse everything out one time. One time baby apartment, the bundles are freshly washed and conditioned and they're looking absolutely gorgeous. Look at that guys. I love that the ends and the hair looks so natural, like 4C kind of texture, and I just had to leave them outside, because the weather was nice and sunny. I left the bundles to dry or air dry outside my hair is in a ponytail, okay um. I washed my hair yesterday um, so it's got everything moisturizer and all that jars um, they think conditioner. So um, I air dried, my hair, usually I air dry, my hair in a ponytail, so my hair is not stretched by heat or cornrows or anything like that. I just used the ponytail just to um, tie it while it was wet. So, first of all, I did separate my hair um, where I want my leave out to be I'm gon na leave out some hair around the perimeters in the middle. I did separate my hair in four sections, so it's easier for me to um install these extensions, otherwise I'll be all over the place. So when are installing the beads, you guys make sure you separate a few strands of hair that can fit into that bead. You guys the beads are very tiny. Very, very tiny, like super duper small. So if you leave um some hair out, which is a bit thicker, you're, not gon na be able to pull through the hair through the bead plus. Remember you have to add in the extensions as well through the same bead, so you need to separate your hair, pretty pretty small sections. Okay, you need small, small sections so that the extensions will be able to pass through so doing this at the back. As usual was difficult, it was a challenge I don't want to lie. It was a very, very big challenge, but I just switched off the camera and I tend to concentrate more when I'm not aware that there's a camera anyway, okay, foreign foreign foreign, so I've used one bundle and this happened. Okay, I was like I'm having a bit like today. I was like what is this: after installing the one bundle um the thingy, that I was using the gadget I was using to install the beads decided to snap or break on me, and I was like. Oh, my gosh, how am I gon na finish this? I panicked a bit, but I was just like okay, they did send me a crochet hook. Let me just have a look and see if this will work, because I was like what's gon na fit into that tiny bead, okay, um! So thank God. They sent me this crochet hook. This was a lifesaver you guys because it is very tiny. I'M sure it is mainly for these kind of beads, because girl I was just like I was just like what am I gon na do. How am I gon na finish this hairstyle, but thank God, um the crochet hook came through so for me to be able to Loop through my hair through the small beads using the crochet hook. I had to literally twist my hair out um, so you separate a bit of your eye and your twist is around your finger. That makes this trend a little bit thinner or sleeker. You know what I mean, and that makes it easier for the crochet hook to grab all the hair without detangling or tagging. Okay, um yeah. So this is what I found easier for me to do um, so I'm just demonstrating to close up. So you can see how we were doing, but I still have some little bit of the white thingies coming out from the beads. I don't know but yeah they did come out. I think most of the time, but I didn't care I was just like you know what I'm gon na finish installing this year, which I did I finished this um here at night. You guys it was really late. Ah yeah, I had to go to sleep obviously, but before I went to sleep this happened, foreign he was going to bed and um. I was like um good night sweetie and he did not want to give me the usual love on cameras like no Mom. I'M not doing this on camera, so yes, 80 odds. You know that's what is happening now um. Yes, it was an advantage to use the certain Bonnet, because the hair is big and puffy. It did fit in certain Bonnet very well. I was like wow. It did not slide off my head. I was like yes um. Thank you so much cross cream. Like I said, I really love and appreciate your generosity, so I'm just gon na go ahead and deal with my leave out right now. I'Ve got my bottle of water. My nioxin gel I'm just gon na, do the shingling May 3rd just preparing my hair so that it blends with the extensions when I wake up in the morning. I'M just gon na go ahead and grab my bottle of water again and I'm using the argan oil pudding from Icy, and I'm just gon na make sure that my hair is saturated. The extensions are saturated and my hair is moisturized as well, because I want my hair to be moisturized. Otherwise, my hair is going to be dry. You know what I'm saying so. I'M making sure that um I'm going over my hair is by just making sure that everything is saturated and after that I use the gel just to seal in the moisture, because I want the curls to be defined. But look at that definition. You guys the curls are popping handsy, um yeah, and these extensions were so easy to detangle easy to brush through um and they did match my hair, which is a bonus yeah. So I'm just gon na go ahead and continue uh blending my hair together with the extensions - and you know, I'm styling this hair, for you guys. I hope you guys are following, and I hope this video is easy. Um yeah the blending was effortless, as you can see right here. You guys my hair was like literally blending with the extensions. I really loved this extensions you guys, like I said they were so easy to style. I know that you're feeling good now that I've finished everything you guys, I'm gon na go ahead and blend in the top part, and, like I said, I went for a middle part which I don't usually do, but for some reason I was just like. Let me try a middle part, so this is what I'm doing right here, just blending my middle part and girl. I was so surprised the hair Blended beautifully with my 4C natural hair. I was like this is beautiful. I really like this texture. I really love that it matches my 4C hair and everything Blended, beautifully and seamlessly um yeah. This is beautiful. You guys it's soft, easy to manage and easy to style as well. I was like this hair is beautiful. I know that you're feeling me here is the Finish. Looking guys as you can see guys, everything was blending beautifully and I am looking good like look at the hairline, you guys, you can't really tell that. I have extension so make sure you leave enough hair to cover any beads um. I did go ahead and try to set up this um unit. I'M sorry! I did go ahead and try to style um this here for you guys, so you can see that it is completely versatile, so make sure you leave enough hair around the perimeter or where you want your hairstyle to be. For me, my favorite is that would be the um, the top bun or the puff you guys. This is my favorite. I was like this is me. I love this because I do go to work here guys. I do have to tie my hair up, so this was like the perfect hairstyle for work. Look at that guys. You can't really tell where my hair is because it does look seamless and flawless. I was like this is beautiful, gorgeous um, texture and I'll. Show you guys the back you'll be like wow you're, not even tell where the extensions are, and so I did manage to use one and half pics um. I don't think the beads were gon na. Be enough for three bundles, so this is all the beads that was left so make sure if you purchase the three bundles by extra installing Gadget and buy extra beads, because these beads will not be enough.
