Foreign, hey, you guys, welcome and welcome back to my channel today's video, I'm going to be showing you guys my updated hair routine. I also cut my hair in today's video because it was much needed and my hair was so damaged. You guys are not gon na. Even believe it, but that leave out is so damaging, but I still love it. So the first thing I want to do is deep condition. My hair, my hair, is washed already, I'm just putting it in half and the deep conditioner that I'm going to use is the Brio Geo or brigio. I'M really not sure how to pronounce it, but it is a miracle worker. This is the don't despair, repair deep conditioner mask and it is so so good I've been using it for a few weeks already and I feel, like I see a difference in my hair each time I use it. Like my curls look, a lot more. You know Lively and not dead, and my hair feels a lot more moisturized, so it is supposed to be good for damaged hair, so I'm going to keep using it for a little bit, but so far I definitely recommend it and I do feel like it's worth. It so I let the deep conditioner and sit in my hair for about 30 minutes and then I'm gon na move on to styling my hair. So the first thing, the first product that I put in my hair, is the way styling oil, not styling, though, why do I keep saying that hair oil and my heat protectant, which is silk elements - heat protectant? The Silk Element is heat. Protectant is probably one of the best heat protectants I've been using this for so long. I'Ve been this been a part of my routine, like I don't really switch that up, because it literally does what it needs to do. It protects my hair from the heat, but the way hair oil is something new to me that I just started using I'm gon. Na be honest. I didn't think this brand was really for my hair type. I always thought it was frustrated, hair types, but it's so good, like the oil is so good and lightweight like it doesn't make it hit greasy it's very light and it gives you crazy shine like your hair is going to be shiny and glistening. So I blow dry, my hair, that's self-explanatory! The only tip is I let my hair cool before I move on to styling it and my hair looked really shiny. So I was happy about that so because I'm on this little journey to get my hair back onto you know a healthy track, I'm going to try to prevent using flat irons as much as I can so I'm using my time, O ring plus, and I really Feel like when I use this, I don't get heat damage. I don't know if it's just me and I don't know the science behind it, but I feel like when I use blinds the clamping of the flat iron with the heat is. What gives me the most heat damage and I feel like when I use tools like this - you know like a comb, I don't get as much heat damage. I really don't get heat damage so whenever I could avoid using the flat iron I'm gon na use this just so I can give my hair, like you, know, a little break. I guess it's still using heat, but I feel like it's not as bad as using a flyer, and now you guys see that damage right there in the front of my head, that is what's driving me insane and my 20 something years of living. I'Ve never had my hair be this damaged, so I was in utter shock. You guys I was shocked. I was shocked, honey. I was in tears almost so I definitely knew I had to cut my hair and do a bob again because one thing about it: I'm not scared to cut my hair, I'm not gon na grow unhealthy hair. I rather have thick healthy hair than long hair. You know it's really not that serious for me. So that's what my hair looked like when I was done. It'S not bone straight, but I was fine with that. Then I was just examining my damage and I really wasn't going for it like. I was trying to talk myself out of cutting my hair because I'm always impulsively cutting my hair, but no this time it really needed to be done. Like my ends looked horrible, the majority of my hair was longer than the front, which was my leave out. So it just had to go so I cut off a few inches. I didn't cut all my hair on camera because I needed to get in the mirror and make sure I'm you know cutting my hair even well as even as I can get it, and I also caught my leave out, even though it was already short and damaged. I it was just going to be growing damaged, so I needed to cut that too. All my ends had to go so I cut everything and I was very happy that I did. The plan was to tuck the fronts of my hair behind my ear. That way, it doesn't show that it's noticeably shorter than the rest of my hair because, like I said, I cut the leave out too and I didn't really care. You know. I don't really mind that, because I wear my hair like that regardless, so it wasn't a big deal for me and I will say anytime, I've cut my hair. I never regret it because my hair feels so much better like it feels so much healthier if your hair is ever feeling a healthy or dead or looking dead, just cut it like your hair is going to grow back. If you take care of it, don't hold on to that length, that's the message of the day. Please don't hold on to that link because it's it's dead since, like Let It Go, but anyway, that is all. I was very happy that I decided to cut it, and this is my updated hair routine guys. I'M gon na be sticking with this for a little bit to try to bring my hair back to life and the um. All the products that I use today is what is wrong with me. Other products I use today will be down in the description like always and I'll see you guys in my next video bye,
