So before I start putting product on my hair a finger comb in a little bit and then I add in my shea moisture, curl and style milk, and then I use my eco styler gel the olive oil one. Then I use about that much um, not a lot, because I don't want to like really make my hair hard. So first I start off by putting the product in, and I just rub it through with both of my hands, fingers combing it and then I start out with a flat twist um. I can't braid till the braiding pattern that I have in my head. My mom did it all I can do is flat twist. I'Ve been trying to practice, but I cannot braid like I just can't get the hang of everything, but what I start doing is I take um one piece over the other and then I just gather more here gather more here, I'm sure, there's more tutorials for flat. Twist all on YouTube, but I mean I can't really explain why I do it's kind of like an overlapping two strand twist on the scalp. That'S all I can say um they, as I overlap the other piece. I add in more hair with that piece and you can't really skip it, because that'll mess up the curl pattern that you want in the flat twist. So I'm trying to be careful without having any mistakes in it. So I take it all the way to the side, and this whole section is my leave out, like I stated in my previous video and so yeah, that's just my whole braiding pattern, so I'm waiting I'm going to wait until it dries for me to put my? U part on - and I just add a little bit of gel at the end of the hair, just so that the ends can be curly as well. Not you know straight for anything and I do have natural hair, so it shrinks up a bit um and that's how long my hair is currently so to prepare my scalp and my braids that I'd have underneath my you part. I spray water in olive oil. Inside of it, I just run it through, and then I add on my you part I just clip it down put it down, like I did in previous video that I have go check it out. If you haven't seen it yeah, I'm just spraying the hair today, just because I wanted to liven up the curls with it, because it was kind of you know, dry, looking um, but the hair is working good. I haven't had any tangles or anything I just wanted to liven up the post in a rush, so I'm going to show you guys how I unravel each so once I start I'd be welcome here and I'm going to unravel and I just have a little slow. So are those who sin, but there's tiny hairs that are connecting it. So it's kind of easy to follow those instead of just combing it out. So I'm sorry carrot keeps getting caught on my nails, but that's what I'm doing I'm just taking it out. So you don't want to do fast, but I mean, if you're used to doing it fast and it comes out. Fine, that's perfect, but I like doing expose this will add a little bit more control over I'm taking it out slow the good thing about you. Putting this hair in like this is that I could clean bit much better with my natural, okay, so um and did not dry all the way, but I have to mean so I have to make it your own. It'S a long date when I comb I'm going to part it down the middle, not a neat part because normally like this, go hurry up or move any part um to make it bones. My mom makes you met the girls, I'm just off turn the submarine love it. So that's too much yeah. I wanted to look good and a good natural. So what I do is take like a chunk of this hair and I just wrap my hair around it. This almost like a two strand twist allows you to follow just enough, then I take one of these. This p1. Then you have a fun. Then it took another section: pull that hair up and do the same thing wrap it take another hope, yeah. What you want to add some more gel, that's perfectly fine, I'm Aryan either on blue reflect you see what it is that father would normally expect. So then, I take his section right here and wrap it again, and I kind of learned this from um Tom and see do I on here, because she works really a lot over. Sometimes if she wears her hath legs and she either roller setting - or I think she rollin sits in here like I'm, she puts rollers and hurried up for the breath and then I take another section and then I wrap that around it and I don't wrap it Around a lot in the front section, because what natural and slap put books on don't want that selfish thing there so now unravel on the side with the sides um, I just press them inside of the hair. I get the clips. You see how that looks more natural reference. I get the clip. I just press it entirely pull that speech, but along the line goals, tariffs. So now I'm doing it again. This rappin that Chris Brown, you back just knitting again and the color looks bright on this. So it's not like it's not not the same color, but it is a bit darker, but I like that. Look because having little star fur makes it look more natural younger with you just because usually people do start. You know conditioner and just coming in. Besides, I'm going to Uli's belong from to start it. So that's pretty much it. I don't really pick this side away, because that side is a little bit longer sort of a complete look better, but that's pretty much it. How are you and yeah flirting left it? You

Taylor McDaniel: Thank you!:) and yes I noticed that as well, so I tried not to make it look like that. I moisturize it with Treseme naturals conditioner, I also use EcoStyler gel. I also made sure I detangled it everyday.

Taylor McDaniel: Yes it can be straightened.. if you watch my detangling video, you can see me do it. It doesn't get really straight though, but it may depending on how much heat you put on the hair.

Taylor McDaniel: I used mostly Tresemme Natural's Conditioner for Co-washing. It has a great slip to the formula, which is awesome for co-washing.

ReneeG: Very pretty. Here's another way you could try... Flat Iron your hair, then flat twist or 2 strand twist with foam or lotta body and let it dry, then unpick it carefully like you did. That way you won't need hairpins.

shellzT: I have a few questions for you...What is your natural hair type, and what is your detangling and/or co washing procedure?
Taylor McDaniel: Yes I will:) I've been so busy. So I will be making them soon! I can try to make a few with this hair as well.
Taylor McDaniel: Thank you! And the hair is more of a 3C pattern/ texture. When it's blown out or brushed out it has the look of natural 4A hair blown out.
Taylor McDaniel: I used the Salon Care Blue Flash Powder lightener from Sally's Beauty Supply with 40 volume developer, I recommend a lower volume like 20 or 30. And I left it on with foil for about 5-8 mins.

Taylor McDaniel: That is so funny because I started to wear it with more gel lately and it does work. I actually added gel in the weave and it takes well too. So thank you, I have experienced a lot of shedding though.

Taylor McDaniel: The hair lasted about two months for me, I don't like keeping styles for long. So the hair if taken care of correctly can last about 4-5 months. It tangles in the nape area. And you have to detangle it a lot.

Taylor McDaniel: Yes it will work on this hair, this hair is by Outre Baby Soft Wave and the company considers it Indian Hair. You can bleach, wash, dye this hair. just make sure you deep condition it after you dye it. It will take any dye.
Taylor McDaniel: Aww thank you!! I used Outre Baby Soft Wave and I didn't color it's #4 lol
Taylor McDaniel: Thank you:) and well at the time my hair was sooo much shorter than it is now, so adding the pins was just so my hair wouldn't pop up or stick out...not that it ever did. But those pins aren't like bobby pins, they can easily be concealed. .overall anytime I encountered others they always thought it was my real hair or a really good sew in.
Michelle: How long did it last and did the hair get tangled a lot?
Tiffanysmith21: I WEAR THIS HAIR A LOT AND THERE IS BAD REVIEWS ON THIS HAIR BUT I GUESS IT DEPENDS ON HOW YOU TAKE CARE OF IT. I USUALLY DO IT AS A SEW IN AND IT WILL LAST FOR 3 MTHS BUT THIS HAIR HATE THE POOL WATER SO DONT GO SWIMMING IN IT BECAUSE IT WILL DRY AND GET TANGLED. And I absolutely love my natural hair however im in the military and I dont have time to really do it especially with the strict regulations they have or styles. Taylor McDaniel: No, I have it completely braided, but I have worn it in a bun and just put a headband/bandana on to cover the nape and it worked out fine.:)

Taylor McDaniel: My natural hair type is a 4a/4b..majority of the time my detangling method is I section my hair on 4 sections. Two front sections that are parted at my ear and the back two sections. I use tresemme naturals to cowash and I use Yes toCarrots shampoo and conditioner if I want to do a regular wash. I make sure I spritz my hair with water . And I use a wide tooth comb to get the knots out of my ends. Then cowash in the shower and style
Taylor McDaniel: I would say it lasted me about 3 months, but I would seal the wefts if you want it to last longer because it does shed. And if you want to sleep in it, just twist it up or pineapple your hair and wear a satin scarf. You'll be fine.
