How To Do Knotless Box Braids On Yourself | Beginner Friendly

Let'S just jump right into the video so, as y'all can tell, I had already started my hair because who's gon na start from the beginning, yeah. I wasn't gon na - do that. You know that I already took a lot for you. Do your own hair, so I had one more row on this side. So that's what we're gon na finish up and we're gon na. Do that real, quick fast and then I hurry up, because if you know you know this process is a lot like doing your own braids and it ain't hard at all y'all. So you don't have to see the whole process and me doing. The back is the hardest, so I couldn't even show y'all back if I wanted to so. This is me doing the last braid on this side. You'Re, just gon na split it into three pieces and what I do to my own hair is I braid it once or twice, and I start feeding in the hair making sure that I'm trying to keep it firm in place. So it can be nice and flat and laid for them. I was apart, you know what I'm saying, because you don't want to look like you did your own hair. You wanted to be real cute and nice and neat. So that's what I'm doing and I'm a braid on a little bit and then I flip my hands over when I'm comfortable. So I'm gon na be going back and forth grabbing half the rack and feeding it into my braid hair because they only had short braid hair. So it took me a long time to feed out of town to get it this long as I could tell, but I was feeling it look at me already halfway done ready to be done, I'm doing my little dance yeah. So all right, y'all see y'all. I, like a lot of baby hair talk about Your Meme. Don'T talk about me like that's just what I like. I like what I like so now, I'm going to pre-part this side. Pre-Point always saves you a lot of time. It'S uh! Basically, it's just a guy. You know showing you was little and then it just making the process faster. You know what I'm saying so, I'm pre-party um, I think I'm gon na do like four sessions on this side, just like the other side and preparing also make sure your parts are straight. So you won't have to worry about that. You know what's going on because you're looking at it, instead of just parting, that you're going to be like dang, this part gon na be bigger than the other side. No, when you pre-part everything, it's literally a line. You already see it so if you need to go back over it, you can who would have thought I'd, get you oh yeah, and then here I go pulling out my savings. Like I said y'all, I like a lot of baby hairs. I like a lot. I, like my sideburns, and they just me so my access, my hair, is already pre-ported. I just add the product to my scalp and go over the part again just to make it make sure that it's straight then I split my pieces into how many pieces I need to be. I know I want my braids small, so I made my my box. Is small, like I said I break down a few times and then I start adding my extensions, my braiding hair or whatever you want to call it like. I said it's not hard at all the hardest part I feel about. I feel it is about braiding, your own hair, it's like angling, your arms and finding that right position, especially if it's your first time brain your hair, I feel, like that's probably be the hardest part - is getting that right angle depending on what size you want, because Some sides are easier than others like, like I said like doing, the back is a little more difficult because you can't see now it's ways that you can. You know get around it like by um putting a mirror behind you and all that stuff, but I just never been that type. I don't know why. So I kind of just felt my way around um doing the back of my hair and it wasn't. You know I'm saying horrible so but y'all see and yeah, so I just feel like that's the hardest part about your own hair, despite that right angle, that right position for your arm, so you can feed in the hair and start your braids off so yeah. I'M already feeding the hair for this braid and it's just all about taking y'all time. Y'All make sure you take your time. I had to really take my time on this braid because it kind of tried to give me like a little problem like not a problem, but it's just like it's. I can't explain y'all until you start doing your own hash, like I can't grip these writers a little simple stuff, so just take your time, be patient with yourself be patient with your hair because it does take patience to do your own, especially your own small knowledge, Spray to do your own hair period, but sister girl, you on the Right video, but I'm telling you you need to have you some patience. So that's what I'm doing and now I'm just feeding in all my pieces. Y'All, if you don't put your hair in your mouth, when you're trying to get some long braids, you ain't doing it right, you have to you, just have to do it and that's just what it is. I'M finished with those yeah y'all can see they real neat. You know what I'm saying it: ain't, giving that somebody else that I'm doing my own hair, it's giving it's really cute. So it looked like I did my baby hair, but I really just threw some product on it because it kept getting in my way. So that's what I'm doing I'm putting product all over this row. I already cleaned the part up I'll go over it again. If need be, and now I'm prepared pre-part my sections, my box is out making sure that I'm brick layering, even though even doing your own hair make sure y'all bricklayer, because that's how it's gon na get it flat effect and you know, make sure the braised land, Like flat over and over each other, not on top of each other y'all, the braid is so freaking cute like. If I can do these y'all could do this. It'S not I'm telling y'all! Please please please just listen to what I'm telling y'all braid down a couple times, feed in small pieces at a time until you get down to your desired length. Is I'm telling y'all save you a couple books? If you don't have the money to just you know, splurge and get a professional or whatever to do your hair baby. You can do it yourself if a whole counselor on you do it yourself.
