I would recommend flat twist. I have been doing flat twists for the longest on my daughter's hair guys and her hair is really really improved now. The reason why I love flat twist flat twist is the safest compared to cornrows. Now cornrows can be a little bit more tight on the scalp and if you do like tight styles on your scalp, that can eventually, with time actually damage your scalp once you damage your scalp, it will take a long time or sometimes it can even be like Forever, you have damaged your scalp forever. You cannot repair it again, because your scalp is where your hair is growing out from. So you don't want to damage your scalp guys. So I think flat twist is the safest, protective style, and it's very gentle as well on the scalp, because when you do it it looks like it's tight, but it actually lose lose itself. It loses itself hey. What am I saying when you do the flat twist right? It just lose its grip from the scalp. If you understand what I mean, it's not like too tight on the scalp, it loses itself, and the other surprising thing about flat twist is that it actually stays for longer. Now most of you might think, oh flat twist, it's not like cornrows. So it's not going to stay for longer; no, it actually stays for about three weeks or even a month or even two months, and yet it's not too tight on the scalp. I think this is the best protective Style when you're doing flat twist always make sure that the hair is properly detangled, because you don't want to cause breakage when you're doing the flat twist - or this is the favorite style that I do on my daughter's hair. I was actually doing the cornrows, the three um. You know you take three scans and then you plate it down, but that was too tight on my daughter's hair. I found myself doing it too tight, but with the flat twist, it's a very, very um. You know it's not that tight compared to cornrows, so I would recommend you to start doing flat twist.
