I look fabulous good morning and welcome back to another. Video today is Tuesday January 10th. It'S actually my best friend's birthday. Jen shout out to you happy birthday. I have to do a little shout out for her on Instagram, but today is Tuesday. I'M getting my hair done today. Finally, I'm so excited it's been literally almost a year since I did a full Balayage highlight, so I'm so excited to add some more blonde in here, because I'm so dark and it's also been a really long time since I've filmed me getting my hair done. Do I have a hair sticking out here? I watched it blow dried it yesterday, so that way it's nice and clean for Aubry so yeah it's been a while, since I filmed me getting my hair done so I'm excited to take you guys, along with I am going to be doing a Brazilian blot on Her not a Balayage. My appointment is at 3 P.M and it's 9 35 a.m. Right now, so I do have a couple things to do. First, before I go get my hair done. Oh there's like water up here. Typically, I sorry there's like water up here. I'M like getting wet over here. Typically, I would like to get my hair done first thing in the morning and get it out of the way, but she only had this time available. This was her soonest. So obviously I was like yes put me in I'm gon na do a couple things: real, quick, I'm gon na go to Orange Theory. Of course, I need to eat lunch, of course, um and then I need to meal prep tonight I need to finish washing my clothes. So there's like a couple little things I need to do. I feel like I'm a little blurry. Okay, there we go. I'M sorry was I blurry the whole time. Sorry, if you guys watched my recent vlog, I am dealing with stomach issues, shocker story of my life. I finally went to the GI doctor and I'm getting a endoscopy and colonoscopy done February 20th. Unfortunately, I hate getting put under and I had to get put under and I'm just so annoyed, but they just want to check to see. I don't have Crohn's disease, which I have a feeling. I do because I have all the symptoms for crohn's disease, because my IBS is just getting worse and worse, so we just want to make sure that I don't have Crohn's disease and if I don't and everything looks good, then they're going to put me on a Medication, that's kind of like an antidepressant. He told me, but it's going to help with my daily symptoms and it's safe for me to use every single day. I'Ll definitely bring you guys along my journey for my stomach issues, because I'm sure a lot of people are going through the same thing as me and you're not alone. If freaking sucks, you can't eat anything without blowing up it just sucks, and it's just uncomfortable like this morning, I woke up. I wake up with a stomachache every morning. It'S just it's just not fun, it's not fun, having stomach issues but yeah. That'S just like a little update on my GI doctor. I will do a dedicated video on my like stomach IBS issues, so that way it's more in depth for the ones that are more interested. 9. 40. I need to get out of here. I have to go to Orange Theory. I will check in with you guys after my workout, maybe when I'm making lunch we'll see. Thank you, foreign. I'M gon na go get a smoothie for Aubry and I, but I'm going to show you guys the colors that I'm gon na bring in case some of you guys are interested um for my main color. I'M gon na use 1036 from Illumina and I think we mixed a little bit of 1003, which I have some on here and then I also I'm gon na mix. Okay, actually it's a hot mess in here. So I'll just show you guys in a salon, but the main one is 1036 from Illumina. I love my color beigey Ash and then, when it fades out, it fades to a really pretty golden blonde or on the beigey side. And then I have all my stuff here, oils on that this is my cute little igk bag. I got from the hair show and then my Behind the Chair tote bag from Austin somebody put my lips on and then I'm bringing my laptop. So that way I can edit a video while she's doing my hair, so I'm gon na go get a smoothie and I will see you guys in the salon feeling like a real client sitting in the chair. Let'S get my hair done. Finally, look at it. Would you look at it? Would you just look at it? This is my before. Aubry did not take a good before of my hair, but you can definitely tell how much regrowth I have. I definitely have a lot of Darkness up there. So we're just going to be going in there adding some blonde pieces, she did start in the back and she does do a baby light. Tz light method, um they're, definitely finer and she does do a slight taste just for the extra blend and for developer. We did use 30 volume with olaplex and again we do use Wella professional, so the bleach we used was blondeor from Willa 30 developer with olaplex. I swear by olaplex. Ever since I started using olaplex in my hair. My hair has been amazing, it doesn't feel damaged and it definitely feels day and night from when I don't use olaplex. So I really recommend using olaplex or some sort of like hair treatment protector and your bleach. I look fabulous so now. She'S done with me. I'M about to foil her up next. This is aubry's before and we are doing a full Balayage, but she does like her color to be more lived in and not as solid as mine. I know I said earlier that I was going to be doing a Brazilian blow on her, but she decided last minute she wanted to change to a Balayage which I'm very happy. She changed because she does have a lot of regrowth and when you want to do the Brazilian blow, it's good to do the highlights first and then the Brazilian blow treatment. So I am just doing more lived in pieces, which is perfect because that's what I specialize in - and I can do it fairly quickly. So while I'm processing I'm just going ahead and applying her full Balayage now after I'm done with her she's, going to be rinsing out the back of my head and she does do a little soap cap and the sew cap is basically left over basically bleach with Clarifying shampoo and just removes any mineral water buildup any product, buildup and just kind of opens that cuticle. So when you put the toner on top, the color is more bright and, as you can see, she's so capping my money piece. She did leave the top on a little bit longer, maybe like 10 more minutes just so it can get to the desired level. And then here we are we're using the leftover bleach and we're applying it all over. My hair, mostly from mids to ends avoid the roots, because my hair is dark, so we're not trying to lift my base foreign. We are going to be doing the toning process now and I know I said I would be showing you guys the toners. I would be using, but we were in a rush because the salon was closing earlier than expected, so she did use mostly 10 stroke, three six from Illumina, which again is Wella professionals and she did mix it with 10-3 and as well as 10-6, and those are From color touch and then for my root top, she did use alumina, six stroke, 1 6, which again is Wella and it's the Illumina. So it's nice because it does have a little bit of ammonia in it and it does lift my natural base. A tiny tiny bit, so I do like that look and since I am a hair stylist, I can't keep up with the color, but it it is closer to my natural, I'm naturally level five and I bumped my base to a level six so she's applying the Toner all over she already tapped my roots, and I do process for about 15 minutes, and once I was done toning, my hair, I went ahead and started toning, her hair and I did use for her on her Roots. I use a five stroke. One from color touch and then I went ahead and threw in the toner all over. I'M not gon na lie. I don't know what toner shoes, because she does this weird concoction, where she mixes a bunch of colors together, and I think she mostly used 997 from color touch and probably 916 from color touch. I'M not sure, but I know it's mostly. 996.. Oh wait. 997. My bad and then here we are we're washing each other out we're about to be finished and we did decide to blow dry our hairs at home. Thank you, foreign styling products. The first product I put in was the orbe run through detangler. I love that product. So much I swear by it, I tell all my clients to buy it, because it's amazing and also has a heat protectant and it's also a um leave-in like a leave-in product. So it's going to help with moisture and all that and then after I put that product in, I did use the hair Alchemy from orbe and it's the serum which is going to be a preventative and a treatment for my hair and it also acts as a Kind of like an oil - and it does hydrate my hair a little bit. I do like to let my hair air dry a good 70 before I go in with a brush and smooth everything out. It'S just less damaging for my hair, but if you are in a time crunch, I would just rough blow dry. Your hair with your fingers. First get all of that moisture out until it's like 70 80 and then you can go ahead with the brush um. I promise you guys this way. It'S just the best way to blow dry, your hair, it's going to be the fastest and the less damaging way, and here is the after. It looks so bomb foreign hey guys. So it is now the next day and my hair looks amazing I'll show you guys up close like in front of the window. It'S freaking perfect, it's exactly what I wanted love it so much. Unfortunately, I couldn't finish the video in the salon because the clients did finish earlier, so they decided to shut down the salon earlier so Aubrey and I did blow dry our hair at home. So that's why I couldn't finish the whole video in the salon, but it looks amazing. I love it. I did a couple curls on it right now, just to give it like style. I do need to get a haircut. I need to get some more like face. Framing because my hair is just super long around my face, but it looks so good. I love it so much and I do get a lot of questions about my hair like what color it is and what I ask for so Aubrey's been doing my hair forever and I don't tell her anything. She just does her thing, so I always go for. Like a beigey blonde and then when it fades out, I don't re-tone it. I don't really use purple shampoo, it's just the way my hair fades. It fades to like that pretty beigey golden color, but initially when I get it done, I do ask for more like that beigey blonde. I don't like my hair too too ashy, where it looks gray or icy. I do like to have a little bit of warmth. Underneath it, but I definitely need a little Ash just for it to pop more and it just lasts longer on me. I did go for more of a rooted blonde this time, because I am going a fun color this summer. I don't know if I mentioned it. I want to go baby pink and to be baby pink. Your hair has to be very very blonde, so I'm going to start the process. This is the first session, I'm not sure if I'm gon na do one or two more sessions, but definitely another session to get more solid. So that way I can do the baby pink this summer. So that is like my little hair Journey right now, so that is my hair Journey right now, but it looks so good. So if anyone wants this color definitely tell your stylist. You want a either a rooted or a lived in Balayage and ask for a beigey blonde, looks so good and definitely really add. All the plaques olaplex is amazing. It protects your hair throughout the service. It'S A protein that you put in the serum and a lot of clients get confused thinking that it's solar plex that you buy in the store, but it's actually the professional one that professionals use and it's a liquid. It'S a treatment that you put in the bleach and it just protects it throughout the service. I swear by olaplex before olaplex my hair used to get very damaged very quickly and with olaplex. It definitely makes my hair nice and healthy. I'M trying to think haircut wise. I don't do anything crazy. I just do like my normal trims. Like I said, I do need to get a little face frame because the front here is getting a little bit long, but I don't get layers or anything and and then also also. I did. I also forgot to mention the colors that I used in my hair. I know I said I was going to mention it in the salon, but we were kind of rushing because we were trying to hurry up because the salon was closing a little bit early. So I can't tell you what Aubrey used on me. I think she mostly used alumina 1036 from Wella and then she mixed it with 10-3 and I think 10-6 from color touch, if you're from if you're familiar with Wella. It'S like the professional use, not the willow from Sally's and then for my root. She did Illumina 616, so it did bump my base a tiny bit and yeah. This is like the overall look. It looks so good. I'M gon na bring my camera to work today. So that way, Aubry can do like a full after and the salon and everything since we were at the salon, pretty late last night looks so good and I'll definitely do an after of Aubry. Hers came out really good, it's so funny, because we were belligering our hair at home. We were texting each other. I was like send me a picture of your hair I'll, send you a picture of mine, it looks so good and she sent me a picture of hers and hers looked good too. So can't wait to show you guys, but I'm gon na end the Vlog here. Hopefully you guys enjoyed this hair Vlog of me getting my hair done. xxxcherrysakuraxxx: Love the vlogs lately Ashley!❤ I’m the same way I do it in the morning so you can do other things later. Your hair not that bad for almost a year. I’m the opposite. I did my hair recently bc last time was 7 months ago. Usually do it every 3-4 months. Oh no hope you get better So cool how you and your co workers were doing each others hair. Your hair looks amazing! love how it turned out!

Espresso yourself!: Hey girl❤ I have IBS myself and been doing a lot of research for a while now on gut health, and I came across a research that tapwater that’s chlorinated in towns and cities, the chlorine will kill off your good bacteria. I’m not sure if those filter water machines people use is actually filtering out the chlorine or not but just thought I would share some research with you I came across.❤

PinkJG619: I don’t bloat but I get so many tummy issues too!! Please include us in your journey!! Side note, how long does heat protectant last in your hair? My shampoo has it, and then my detangler has it, but j sleep with it wet and let it air dry the next day. Then either flat iron it or curl it. I never know if I should add more heat protection.
