Watch as i complete this super flat, nice and shiny middle part, sew-in using level 27 luxury collection bundles. What'S up y'all welcome back to my channel, it's paige cheyenne! If you are new, just stopping by don't go too soon press the subscribe button and continue to check us out continue to take this journey with us if you're returning. Thank you so much for the love and support. So today we are doing a middle part. Traditional sew-in excuse my voice. If i sound a little stuffy, i am a little bit under the weather right now, but i am going to be doing a detail tutorial on my middle part, traditional sew-ins um right now i am just creating her leave out. I do go in and make sure that her middle part is actually a middle part. As you can see, and then i will go in and complete the leave out section when you are parting for your leave out, you want to ensure that you have enough hair to cover the track when this is all complete right. So, a way that you can test that is either by using your finger or your comb and simply putting the leave out over it, which i'll do in a second, which is right here to make sure that it's completely covered. This is the a good amount of leave out. I could probably left a little less out, but it is a good amount, so that is just a secret that you can use when you are doing your leave out and it doesn't matter if it's a middle part. If it's a side part, you can always use that method. Once you feel comfortable with your leave out, as you can see, it goes all the way around to the other side. Once you feel comfortable and confident about how much leave out you have you're going to go ahead, get it out the way put it in a ponytail put in the clip, whatever you have to do, because now we are going to start the braiding process. My client is not keeping in. She never leaves in her sew-ins that long. I think she's going to leave it in for about three weeks or so, if that um, so the braids are going to be a medium size, which is fine, i did a little. I did leave out a little bit of her perimeter, so if the wind blows whatever the case may be, it will flow back. But we do want this to fall in her face nicely when we sew so there's not a lot of leave out as far as. What'S on my hand, it is just something to keep the braids nice and neat. All of my traditional sew-ins come with a wash a deep condition: a trim, a blow dryer and a trim. So right before we did the foundation, we did complete a trim for her because basically it's going to grow right out, because her hair is in a protective style and it's braided up. So you can see that i'm giving her medium size, braids braid, all the way down to her ear and i'm going to connect my braids as i go. This is a longer video, but i'm hoping that you guys um take a lot from it um. It is pretty it's pretty detailed in how i do things, so hopefully you guys take a lot from it. I know it's a little bit longer. I apologize for that, but if you also like longer videos, let me know in the comments below and i can definitely do that boys. I want to keep going with this side up until i get to about the middle and then i'll start the second side and do the same exact steps until i reach the middle point again. Foreign do so here is the opposite side, as you can see, i'm leaving out some of her edges. There was a comment in my pre previous video about the tension of braids. I do not braid tight. Any of my clients can tell you. I do not break tight at all, but yes, once you start sewing, it does get tighter. However, you do want your brace to be nice and intact, so it can actually last for your clients, but we're going to go ahead, braid this side and then connect it to the middle and actually show later in the video. How i take the two in braids and put them in one now we are going to finish off with our last braid of the foundation. We are going to take the braid on her right hand, side and then take the braid on her left hand, side and connect it to this last one. So we end up with one braid total total time for a foundation normally takes me about 45 minutes 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the client's hair density, how much hair they have, how the thickness everything all that matters: um total sew-in time, um or total service Time, i would say about two and a half three hours if that, but that is also including a washing of blow dry. So, as you can see back to the foundation, i'm going ahead and connect it, and you guys know my my fingers get crazy. Okay, i will never do a braiding tutorial because i do not braid regularly. I just don't so i cannot do a braid tutorial. I'M sorry, it's just not gon na happen, but connect the other braid go ahead and break down and then finish off. You should have one braid total. I finished off all my braids and put a rubber band. I feel like the rubber band does help. If the client is taken out to sew in at home. It helps them find the end piece when they are about to take down their braid foundation, and i'm also going in with the hair strengthening oil for her scalp. So now we are going to get ready, she's, so beautiful we're going to get ready for our install, as you can see, i'm using our level 27 um bundles in the loose wave, and i absolutely love our loose wave um, because the wave is it's pretty curly. Actually, it's a really really nice curl, so she is getting two 20s and 18. i'm going to go ahead and sew down that tail piece that was just hanging and then we'll get started with the actual sewing of the bundle all right again. So this is the first bundle i double my first bundle. I double my second bundle and i single my last bundle, so it does allow the hair to be fuller. It allows me to get all of the hair in and it's still natural you know. So i'm going in now just prepping my thread and i'm about to start at the bottom of her foundation and go ahead and sew in i'm not going to talk too much during the sewing process. A couple questions that i do get is: do i sew through the weft or under the weft, the first track and the very last track. I sew through the weft during the body of the sew-in, i sew right under the weft. I also knot every other thread, so it does help with the longevity of the actual style. I also do the flip method up until a certain point as well, when i do the flip methods. You'Ll see that i'll slow down the clip, so you guys can really see it. Money, foreign me, okay y'all, so we made it to the top. I did not record the last bundle i apologize, but the last bundle i did sew in single weft, as i did mention before. I am cutting the wefts instead of flipping them now. So it's super flat. Okay, you want it flat flat um and then i think the next clip is going to be. My last actual, is this the last one. I think this is the last one that i'm sewing in and then we'll go ahead and style her my so you want to make sure that your last track covers all of your braiding foundation. You want to make sure that it's super close to your leave out area because it's going to help with a better blend. If it's not super close, i know some stylists. They do glue the last track, but i would just say make sure that it's okay with your client first, because some clients just do not prefer that and that's okay um. So we're gon na go ahead and finish this off and then we're gon na get ready for pressing her leave out. So i'm just going ahead and prepping her hair with the hair serum just like i would do if i was doing a regular silk press. You know your heat, protecting your hair serum and then i'm going to go in and find that middle part again. So you want to find your middle part prior to prepping or pressing. Excuse me simply because, once it's pressed, you want it to be flat flat, even if you're applying like that wax product or whatever the case would be. I don't apply that. But if you are, you want it to be flat, so find your middle part and then do your pressing. So, as you can see our level 27 luxury hairline our loose wave is very, very bomb. I love this curl y'all honestly. I could have just doing a few more like ron curls and she will probably be good to go, but she wanted to press it out which i'm not mad at either. So we're going to go ahead and press this out, which is good, because i want to show you that this can press nicely and then once you wash it, it will bounce back to a nice loose curl. So look at it, y'all very nice. So we're going to go ahead and press the hair and then that's going to be it for as far as styling we have not officially launched just yet, but it is coming so definitely follow us on instagram or on facebook at level 27 luxury collection. So you know all launch updates. We are excited. You can see that this style came out super cute, it's very flat. The hair is nice and shiny and it blends so well. This is the natural color of the bundles and her hair, so it did blend perfectly. I hope you guys learned from this video. I hope you guys are having a good holiday.
