The reason that I ordered the hair was that I wanted more volume in my own hair. I wanted my hair to be longer thicker. I wanted a product that would match my hair. They were actually. This is the first time that I use their hair product and I had lots of questions and they were able to communicate with me very easily very clearly. They were very patient with me. I would suggest that everybody have this hair. It'S really soft and silky. Really, nice, you can see that when I move it around, it's very natural, it doesn't feel like fake hair.
