Hi, everyone welcome to Bombay hair. Today'S video is all about finding the perfect match for your hombre or balayage colored hair. These are the two biggest styles. If you go into any hair salon or go on instagram, these are two of the biggest hair styles and coloring techniques. It is so incredibly popular. It looks amazing. What we want to do today is help you find the perfect match for your Bombay hair extensions that go with the hombre or balayage happening in your hair, and this video can be applied for teh pins for weaves and for clip in hair extensions. All right guys. Let'S get started so step, one of color matching ombre and balayage to your hair. Color is to have a look at your route. This is a huge part in determining if you should go for a solid hair color in your extensions or go towards the ombre colors of hair extensions, so here's the biggest tip for me personally. My route only goes down about two inches, so the root of my balayage ends right about here. Some ombre and balayage styles start really high up in the hair. If you feel that the route is up high on your head, I recommend going with a solid color. The solid color should be color, matched to the bottom part of your hair. So, for example, the predominant color in my hair is blond, so I ordered the ash blonde hair extensions. This was the best match because my root was still high up and the blond starts really high up on my head, so these were able to blend beautifully and I actually have them in right now. So what you want to do is make sure your color matching the bottom part of your hair. So what is this? Turning into just figure out the color that matches best with this part of your hair? So next up is color matching for people who have their root down lower. So this would be anyone who has their root down past their ear right about here. If you feel that your route goes down very far, then you would be a great candidate for the hombre hair extension. So what you want to do is color match your route to the top of the hombre extensions and then color match from here down to the bottom of the hombre hair extensions. And if you have more of a balayage color and the route starts down here, you can totally give the hombre hair extensions a try as well. So those are super important things to note, because that way you can find the perfect match of your own gray, hair extensions. Now, a little while ago I had highlighted hair and I was also struggling to figure out the best match of hair extensions to clip into my hair. So what I did was, I got two sets of extensions. I got a platinum blonde color, combined with a little bit darker ash brown, and I mixed the sets together in my hair. If you have highlighted hair or if you have a different kind of balayage that has more prominent highlights in there. That could also be another option to assist in the blending process all through your hair. This can also go for teh pins as well, and, if you find the tones are ever so slightly off, perhaps not as ashy as the color that you were hoping for. What you can do is just wash your extensions with purple shampoo. What you can do is leave that shampoo on for probably about five to ten minutes and then give your hair a nice condition after and that will really help take any yellow out of the hair and transform it into a more ash. Color and you can take them to your hairdresser and you can get your hairdresser to tone them as well and match them perfectly to your hair color. So never fear if you can't find the exact match for your hair. It'S totally fine and also one little thing. I want to add, if you're looking into getting ombre done to your hair, what you can do is order a set of the tomato, hombre extensions and just cook them into your hair and you're, adding hombre and lighter colors to the bottom of your hair instantly. So it's kind of like an instant Mako and it's so fun, especially if you don't want to bleach the bottoms of your hair or anything like that. It'S a really good way to keep your hair healthy, while adding some color what's great about hair extensions. Is you can mix and match and create all kinds of really amazing, hairstyles and just a reminder if you need to return or exchange your extensions just make sure that you're not cutting the gold foils at the top of your extensions and only opening up that test Strip and making sure that you just hold it up to your hair and if it's the perfect match open everything up and you're good to go. But if you find that it's not the correct color, you can email our ma at Bombay hair comm and give them your order number. They will arrange an exchange or a refund for you and again just remember not to remove any of the gold ties that come on your new set of hair extensions or it could compromise your return as usual. If you have any questions you can email info at Bombay, hair comm, you can ask them any questions about color matching. You can send a picture of your hair color and within one to two business days. You'Ll get a response with the perfect match for you. Alright guys thanks so much for watching make sure to subscribe to the Bombay hair channel if you haven't already and give this video a like, if you found it helpful and I wish you all the best in finding the perfect match for your hair.
